The issues included: - It's 20 degrees out and the door takes forever to close, so every time someone comes in, you get an endless blast of cold air. They should put a sign on it saying "CLOSE DOOR BEHIND YOU." Or maybe just get a decent door. We were freezing. My son kept his winter coat on. - It took forever to get seated, forever to put in our order and forever to get our food - even PIZZA SLICES. I had to ask three times for a club soda. -They were out of a ton of things including 8 out of 11 beers on tap, lemonade, and bone-in wings. - So we ordered boneless wings which came AFTER the rest of our meal and were basically disgusting chicken nuggets. The Caesar salad also arrived after everything else. - The salmon was adequate but worse than Applebees and basically every other restaurant salmon I've ever ordered. The carrots on the side were undercooked. - They had no way of playing music outside of the TV so we had to turn off the music to put on the Celtics. None of these are unsolvable problems. Someone just has to care enough to solve them.
