On the rocks serves breakfast most days until 11 AM but they also offered lunch and dinner. On Wednesdays at 7 PM they have bingo. I chose the breakfast burrito with sausage. The hashbrowns were OK and the breakfast burrito was great. It was a very large portion. I didn't end up finishing it. I do wish that there would've been a little bit more salt and seasoning as with all of the scrambled eggs (because it is packed full of them) the flavor really started to dull after a few bites. I ended up requesting some additional salsa which helped but additional seasoning would also help.

I ordered 2 asada and one quesabirria taco. I asked for HOT hot sauce, which I haven't been able to find in Billings so far. They also have chiles toreados, YES!! The tacos had plenty of meat and plenty of flavor. The salsa was not super hot, but tasty. The toeados made it for me. They gave it that little extra kick! NO GRINGO TACOS HERE!! Still, as much as I enjoy the downtown spot, sometimes I just don't feel like making the journey. Burger Dive has solved that problem with this west side location. Between the two locations, I've tried several of their burgers and the Jerk with pepper jack and Jamaican jerk sauce and the Garlic with roasted garlic and garlic basil mayo have been my favorites so far. Both are decent size, juicy and the toppings enhance but don't hide the flavors. It's the shakes that have my curiosity piqued -- the Essence of Goat is a blend of huckleberry and Goat cheese. The tiny pieces of that sharp cheese was a great balance to the sweetness of the huckleberry and ice cream. (The ice cream is Wilcoxson's of course, a local Montana ice cream. ) The roasted garlic and salted caramel shake was interesting but didn't wow me as much as I expected. The caramel was there but any hint of garlic was lost. The shakes are available in a smaller size and after barely being able to walk after a burger, it was a good selling point. The employees have all been super -- customer service has been spot-on. I might have to venture toward the Nathan's hot dog offerings next visit.
