I usually don't leave reviews but the guy taking my order was extremely rude! I will never give him my business again.

So happy to see a Firehouse Subs in Billings! We enjoyed them in Arizona…read more The employees here are fabulous , hard working and very friendly. The subs as expected were amazing! The only thing I did notice is how many people did not do any type of contribution to the First Responders for their community so I added to mine to make up for it! I think there needs to be more education on how all the customers (and it is very busy every time we have been there) can make such a difference and a good way to say Thank You! We live in Cody, Wy. And on our visits to Billings Firehouse will be one of our favorite chooses for lunch!

Eat because you got the the food fast and the orders were always right. Today went in took almost 30 minutes to get my order. When hardly anybody in the store? Because they told me straight up that DoorDash is a priority. Okay, so when I get Home The order aint right in any way shape or form. I called up Christian is the manager. I guess is the manager or I mean he doesn't manage anything because he doesn't know what he's doing and he told me that they don't keep the corporate number at the store number one, that's a huge line so we lied to a customer. I want my money back by our house. That's what I want, and I will not stop until it happens. I'll never come back to you guys again. And thanks for turning a really good experience for a long time into something really c***** Christian.

Wow! YUM!!! HIGHLY Recommend! First time at Sophie's and we had a delicious brunch with exceptional…read moreservice! Amy was our main server and she was delightful, professional and conscientious. In addition, from the time we entered the restaurant every one of the staff was friendly and helpful! The food was so good! I ordered the Veggie Hash with a side of the Lemon Hollandaise that I drizzled over top--Perfection! My husband had the Bacon Egg and Arugula Sandwich that he thoroughly enjoyed. And... since brunch calls for brunch dessert, we also ordered the French toast, which was not the traditionally eggy version--it was delightfully different, CRIIIIISPY and delicious! So happy we ventured in to Sophies! We HIGHLY recommend and we WILL be back the next time we're in Billings!

We went for brunch on Sunday around 11:30 and although it was packed, our wait was only about 20 minutes, which was impressive for how busy they were. Our server was incredibly sweet and attentive the entire time. My husband ordered the veggie hash and I had the loaded hash browns with asparagus and broccolini added, both were so flavorful and fresh. For our daughter, we kept it simple with one egg, a sausage patty, and bacon, and we also added a pancake with strawberries for the table. Everything was delicious! Overall, such a wonderful spot with a warm atmosphere and great food. This will definitely become a staple for our family!

I absolutely LOVE Great Harvest Bread Co. How could you not? Their specialty bread loafs are…read moreincredible! I always bring home at least one loaf every time I visit my parents. My only gripe is that you can only get certain specialty loafs in a specific month, and the specialty loafs can depend on the day of the week as well. So it all depends on when I'm visiting my parents what my options will be. Thankfully they were plentiful for my mid-October visit. Our first visit of my trip, we picked up a loaf of the chocolate chip pumpkin bread. I'm pretty sure I singlehandedly ate half of the loaf over the course of my visit. And you better believe that was the same loaf I went back for to bring back to NYC. I don't always love everything pumpkin, but this bread was amazing and the chocolate was a nice touch. A few days later we picked up the caramel apple bread as well. I also enjoyed a good portion of that loaf, but the pumpkin chocolate chip was the winner for me. On a whim, I bought a package of two of their pumpkin shaped soup bowls. They were just so cute, that I had to. They're dense and perfect for soup, but do of course get a bit soggy after you've finished your soup, so they're more for aestetics than anything. I'm also obsessed with their gingersnap cookies. I get a bag or two every visit as well. They're so chewy and gingery - just like I like them! Their lemon blueberry coffee cake bread in May is also very delicious. I won't be able to visit next May but you know I'll be making a special shipping request from my mom. Hopefully it travels well! :o) As you can see, I have only tried their specialty breads, bread bowls, and cookies. I haven't tried their sandwiches or other loafs. But I have a hard time thinking anything they make would be anything other than tasty.

It wasn't the swirl, (though we did get the swirl for some time), it was something else with little pockets of cinnamon. And their cookies were so, so amazing. Especially the frosted ones. Their goods were not safe at home, always eaten within like...3 days.
