It's seasonal so, not open all throughout the winter and mostly just through spring/summer when the beach is booming. It's easy to walk-up or ride your bike up and you can usually get all the features and seasonal/monthly special flavors along with a list of their featured flavors and some sorbet. When I went to pay, the card reader had what looked like some oily substance on it. My tap payment wouldn't read, so I had to insert my card, and afterward, I had to wipe it down before putting it back in my wallet. It wasn't the best impression. The ice cream may be the main attraction here, but with so many great ice cream shops in the area, nothing about this visit really stood out enough to bring me back. If you're coming specifically for a matcha latte, there are probably better options nearby. Unfortunately, I don't see myself stopping in again.

I think as customer service since there wasn't direction, you could've at least say "excuse me, sorry for the wait but all orders for ice cream, the line starts here. But I see you have kids and waited for a long while, let me take care of these orders first and I will take yours next." Either way, we still had to wait but communicating to your customers is key. Another thing I didn't understand was they had waffle bowls displayed but was told they didn't have them. Was so confused when I was told twice they didn't have them. When I got in there they had everything chocolatey you can imagine and the lady back there was hand making these sweets. But what left me speechless was their ice cream. It was thirst-quenching, if I was a guy who was running in the Sahara Desert and this ice cream dropped from the sky, I would be jumping for JOY!
