This place was suggested to us by Yelp. It was a really good choice. The ladies were friendly and helpful, and explained the menu to us after asking if it was our first time in. My daughter is able to order almost anything here, which is amazing because she has a dairy allergy, and most smoothie places have a very limited dairy free selection. They are open during Covid, but you can't sit inside. Their drinks are amazing. The best is the seasonal Watermelon drink, so yummy and refreshing. All their drinks are good if you like the ingredients. I got a matcha drink once before and it just wasn't for me. I got the strawberry peach drink and I liked that one. I went in to Tastea for the first time, not knowing what to order or except as far as customer service goes. I was greeting by the sweetest most helpful girl, I think her name was Rebecca. She guided me through the entire menu just to give me a better understanding of the drinks they had. I was unsure still, so she picked a drink for me. WHEN I TELL YOU IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!! Hands down the best drink I had in my entire life. Imagine being deprived of water for 2.5 days and finally drinking 16 full oz of ice, cold water.... that's the feeling that I had when I drank the tropical bliss drink. Tastea is a popular boba joint in CA. I'm so happy they finally opened one in AZ. The drinks and food taste awesome! I recommend ordering the watermelon heaven while you can before it's out of season. Usually with slushies like this, you drink up all the juice and all that's left is ice at the top but it's definitely not the case here. The fries are soo crispy and has a really nice seasoning to them. I also tried the chicken one, it pairs nicely with the sauce. The owners are even nice enough to check up on you to make sure everything is up to par. Great customer service, highly recommend this place! read more

I love tastea! I really do drinks are always good and the girls always greet you when you come inside super sweet (these are the 2 factors that keep me coming back). I just always get such negative and upset vibes from the cashier (I believe Ej) we ask for drink suggestions and it seems like a hassle or like we're a bother and it's been on multiple occasions not just once which brings me to this review so we gave chances you know? Maybe it just wasn't that persons day, but no not the case. It seems like the job isn't enjoyable. My mom was having some difficulty ordering because she didn't know what she wanted. Instead of telling us or suggesting us the popular drinks he told my mom "there's a sign right next to you you can read that has the popular ones" I get it times are difficult with COVID but customer service should always be ready to help customers and professional. A great place to go to when you're looking for a refreshing drink in Arizona. They have a large variety of drinks to quench your thirst and a couple of food items that are amazing. My favorite drinks to order is the Jasmine Sunrise and the great white. When ordering food it's a must to have a side of their weak sauce! The employees are very nice and friendly and will help you decide what to order if you're having trouble. 11/10 would go everyday read more

We are frequent Tastea customers but usually at home in Chino Hills,CA. We are visiting Arizona this week and made Tastea in Glendale our first stop. Just lile home we ordered online. I placed an order and one of our drinks I put 3 scoops of boba adding a note I would like it on the side. This has never been a problem at our home location.. they will put the extra scoop of boba in a cup so that we can pour some of my son's 32 oz drink in there for my daughter (she cant finish a 20oz). I go in to get my order and turns out they made the drink with the 3 scoops in it. I tell the girl that I wanted it on the side. She proceeds to tell me that they were too busy to do it like I wanted (I don't understand why being busy would prevent you from scooping the boba in a separate cup-IMO it takes the same amount of time). I then ask if I can still get a boba on the side. She says i would have to pay for it even though I already paid for the 3 scoops! She then tells rhe other girl just give it... But as the other girl was about to scoop it into a cup she says... No not in a cup.. he didn't pay for it. She then gives it to me in a dipping sauce container. At this point I was over it and took it and left. I thought the drinks were 100% satisfaction guaranteed... I didn't feel like it was. read more

Honestlyyyy, Tastea hit the spot! I went in yesterday and the layout is very modern yet cozy at the same time. They have some unique neon sign & murals. Everything was pretty colorful as you'd expect at a boba shop. I was welcomed right away by this nice employee. She took the time to explain the menu to me and recommended their new Horchata milk tea. I also got honey boba in it and that was the best part, it had the perfect consistency so i knew they cooked it recently. I also got their fries but couldn't finish it cause the portion was so big. After working on a house remodel I needed something refreshing and decided to try Tastee for the first time. I was more than impressed in so many ways! Parking was easy to come by and as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. Walking up to the cash register I was not sure what I wanted and was helped a great deal by Olivia! She gave me a good explanation of the different options and I ended up choosing the strawberry banana smoothie. As I waited patiently I was able to watch them prepare my smoothie and needless to say I was very happy I chose the 32 oz cup. :-). My visit was quick, enjoyable and very satisfying. This location is fairly new and I honestly have to say that everybody who was working was very nice. They were very attentive. I took a well time to order and they were so patient! so awesome for them. Employers are all young and super detailic about information on the drinks, so they definitely know what they're selling and what their product is because they informed me of minor things that I may not like in my drink. So making sure to adjust it how I would personally like it is awesome for checking in with me on that, love it! they called my name loud and clear as my drinks and food came out. it was just so mouth-watering. I had a pleasant time, my drink was even better (Bootea Shaker) I did not expect my drink to be as good as it tasted. It was very lovely because the matching of the two combinations were just a very well pair together and I don't think that I would really want a better snack than to come here and enjoy a little relaxation. read more
