I was surprised at the size of the sandwich as I pulled it out of the bag. A huge part of meal satisfaction is presentation. I unwrapped my burger and quietly giggled. I knew before I even bit into it that it was going to be a cosmic moment. Every bite was balanced. Juicy. Delicious. I'm just passing through from the Midwest and am amazed at how expensive stuff is here in sunny California. The value of this burger was off the charts. It outclassed any place in town comparing cost to quality to taste. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. A Food Truck kicked the butt of In@Out and any other brick/mortar place in town. I should have asked for hot sauce because while the shrimp taco had a little kick the fish didn't. But they were pretty tasty. The three were $15 and that's a little pricey but they are a good size. The fries were good too, about what you'd get at a fast casual restaurant. The staff were friendly and I got my food pretty quickly. They're in the parking lot of the Country Kitchen so it's easy to find parking. They' give you a beeper so you can sit in your car to wait if the weather is poor, or just if you want to sit. Their truck looks well taken care of and has a nice logo on it.

You know you're getting something special when they're making fresh tortillas right inside the truck. So, so good, and so unexpectedly huge. I would never have ordered an additional Avocado taco if I'd understood how massive the fish taco would be, but both were incredible -- well worth the price and the short wait. Regarding service at this food truck, they hand you a buzzer so you can wander away, but we didn't go far and so it wasn't clear how far you might go. It would be nice if there was time to run into a store for an errand and have the buzzer work.
