This Sabor food truck was recommended by a friend & fellow U.S Veteran. I bought 'Tacos'..Excellent. The two young gentlemen was very helpful, & expedient with service. I like the idea of the pager they gave me to notify me when my order was ready. Which didn't take long. The 'Tacos' with corn tortillas was delicious. We loved them. Plus the fact that it is U.S Veteran owned read more

We used them for our company picnic. We also used them for catering. Scallop mushroom tacos spot on. Great vegan dish

Amazing! I was shocked by the size of my Pescado taco, especially for the price. Picture a piping hot fish filet perfectly cooked with a light, crispy crust and hand-held with a just-off-the-griddle tortilla. You know you're getting something special when they're making fresh tortillas right inside the truck. The crispy ends of the filet overflowed each side of the tortilla, but was made aesthetically cohesive with a drizzle of colorful sauces and a complement of crunchy slaw. So, so good, and so unexpectedly huge. I would never have ordered an additional Avocado taco if I'd understood how massive the fish taco would be, but both were incredible -- well worth the price and the short wait. Regarding service at this food truck, they hand you a buzzer so you can wander away, but we didn't go far and so it wasn't clear how far you might go. It would be nice if there was time to run into a store for an errand and have the buzzer work. read more

Four years later, and the Sabor Taco Flight is still my absolute favorite! There is something about their handmade tortillas that just feels like home. Beyond the consistently friendly and fast service, the quality has never dropped. Highly recommend! read more

Best tacos in town. Makes me want to shop at CVS more, because that's where they park their Taco Trailer.

The first time I tried their food, they were at a local winery for a weekend event, and had a fish taco and a pork belly taco. I have been to their regular location 3 times and keep ordering the same combination. I need to explore the menu more. read more

Very great tasting quality food. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Definitely recommend.

Worthy ! We enjoyed six different tacos all with their own unique flavors. Greeted with smiles and the service was painless. The truck was spotless clean and the simple easy to understand menu was welcome. Back to the taco's, delicious. Every one has a distinct flavor profile not just in the taste the protein but the total build. Well done. They don't get seem to get in over their heads with a huge menu of things rarely ordered. Stay with the basics, level up and present well. That's what I think they do. Parked two miles from my home, perfect. Last words...worthy. read more

Was out here for work and was recommended Sabor for lunch. Veteran owned and operated, this truck was to dieeee for. Meat was perfectly cooked, the tortillas felt homemade, and the asada tacos just made my mouth water right now thinking of them. Service was quick and there's a comfy tree with a ton of shade to wait and enjoy your food. 15/10! read more

Literally some of the best tacos I've had, but their business practice needs to be better. I drove across town and I got there at 7pm to get a few tacos but they told me that they were closed because it was "a slow day", Even though the day I went, on their social media it said they close at 8pm. At least put a post on your social media saying you were closing early but they didn't. Disappointed, as I was walking away, 2 other guys were walking towards the food truck but as soon as we locked eyes, they knew what happened. I told them "they're closed" and one of the guys said "they're closed?!?!" And he sounded all disappointed. They immediately lost 3 customers because they closed early. read more

The tacos here are delicious! Unique and the portion was huge piece of fish with the tacos, the shrimp taco equally fire! Sauce and toppings are on point as well. Definitely would like to try more! read more

Oh my goodness! A taco truck here in town serving tortillas a la Mano! Yesssss please! Their name says it all ...this food truck serving up delicious and creative tacos of every kind is an absolute must for taco lovers everywhere! I would like to mention that this is a veteran owned and operated taco truck here in the central Coast, wonderfully clean and very presentable. The food is delicious! And when I say delicious boy o boy I mean it!! We had a fish taco , jalapeño pepper popper taco coconut, shrimp taco pork belly taco el pastor and the mar y tierra (favorite of mine) all of them were so so delicious as you see I had a favorite, but they were all handcrafted to perfection with homemade tortillas just the right amount of salsa and flavors. They even have their own orange sauce that was quite impressive. The service was great and fast, especially them being taco truck to get this type of quality out in a timely manner is amazing. They also have pagers that they will give you once you made your order so you can go hang out in your car or run to CVS while you wait as you see in the pictures how delicious and impressive they look again you will not be disappointed, if you make it down to the southside to get a plate they are located between Luckys and CVS and they are parked right by a tree with a grassy knoll so if it is a beautiful day you have a picnic place! This is one of the places I don't want to tell everybody about because I don't want the lines to be so long, but I want everybody to support this business so they can get the opportunity to open brick and mortar- can't wait to see what they offer next! read more

Not what I would imagine when someone says 'tacos', but by far my favorite tacos in Salinas. Yes they are small and maybe a little more expensive than your average taco but they're totally worth it. My favorite is their pork belly taco, but everything else is also delicious! As a plus the taco truck workers are always very accommodating and super nice. read more

Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. The flavors are incredible and very unique.

Our family goes here a few times a month, and what we love is that they have a different menu depending on the day. Taco Tuesday has amazing carne asada fries and mulitas, which you don't find everywhere. Delish! Birria Wednesday because...who doesn't love to dunk quesabirrias in consommé?!?! So tasty! And then their original menu is full of flavor bomb tacos! The surf and turf and pork belly are some of our faves! And on top of that, all their team, including the owner, are fantastic! They are super nice and helpful, always making solid recommendations and are the perfect advocates for their unique and fusion food truck! Love this place and will continue to support those awesome local business! read more

I have been driving by this place wanting to try it and finally got the chance the other day. After ordering, I was bummed that they ran out of salmon and didn't have any lemons...Then after trying my food, none of it mattered because my fish taco was EXCELLENT. The fish was fried to perfection, the coleslaw was so crispy & the customer service overall was amazing. I will definitely go back. read more

It's tradition in our office that we have fish tacos on Fridays during Lent. We all agree that the fish and shrimp tacos from Sabor Latin Fusion are the best we've ever had, and we have tried about every single place in Salinas over the past 15+ years. My favorite taco Tuesday, food truck in Salinas! Excellent flavors, nice variety of options, and stellar service.

I must say, I have gone to several tacos spots in Salinas, and who would've thought that the best tacos in town are not in the east side of Salinas but rather next to Lucky's at Sabor Latin Fusion. We went to the Salinas Farmers Market on Saturday morning and ventured up and down the street to see what options we had to shop for and eat. In the end we wanted some taco's and tried Sabor. The tortillas are freshly made, they are thick and don't crumble and we got some fish and asada taco's that were both delicious. They were not over stuffed with lettuce, had tons of meat and different sauces and crema and they were soo good. I wish we would have gotten more. Great choice! read more

Super awesome food truck! Delicious tacos. You can get a trio of beef, chicken, and pork for $11 which is the perfect amount of food. And each is flavored a bit differently and they are all delicious. I also really love their shrimp and pork belly tacos, but they are priced higher. I didn't know exactly where to find them, and their website doesn't work and facebook/yelp list the wrong location. And they didn't respond to my message. But a friend recommended them and told us where they usually park for lunch. If you can find them, I highly recommend their food! FYI - their photos on Yelp are old. I haven't seen any Blue Zones food options the three times I've been. read more

Fresh. Fast. Simply Delicious! Enjoyed 3 tacos: Pollo, Al Pastor, and Chicharron. Their Orange Salsa is spicy and addictive.

The food is amazing, some of the best tacos and mulitas i have ever had! I get the pollo tacos each time and they are perfect and the asada mulita and the mulita is to die for ! I have dreams about it! The mulita is usually only served on Tuesday but i went today, on a Saturday and tired to order one and the employees offered to make me one with a regular tortilla instead of the corn one! Above and beyond service, they could have said no but went out of their way! I love this place and will continue to come back every week! I can never find service like this anymore!
