Feels like a wine community that you want to be a part of where all are welcome. Our group loved the murder mystery tasting- everyone was able to rise to the challenge and solve the mystery of wine by the end!!!

From the moment I walked into the heights home for my friend's birthday, Arielle greeted my friends with warmth and hospitality. The customer service was impeccable, and felt more like hanging with friend than a formal course as she shared how her and her husband started the business. What truly stood out were the lessons for novices like myself. Arielle took the time to explain each wine in detail, from its origin to its flavor profile, making sure we all better understood our own preferences and are able to order/ buy wines more confidently in the future. I left feeling like I had learned so much about wine, and for weeks have been telling everyone I know they must go learn from Everywine! The selection of wines was fantastic, ranging from crisp whites to bold reds, ensuring there was something for every palate. Each pour was expertly curated allowing us to explore a variety of styles and regions, surprising us with unique wines that didn't fit their conventional norms. Overall, I cannot recommend this winetasting experience enough for birthdays, bachelorettes or dates. Whether you're a seasoned wine connoisseur or a novice looking to learn more, this course is sure to delight and I'll be going back again asap for other classes. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

This was a treat! My birthday gift was a wine tasting: Texas Vs The World. We had to reschedule…read moreand at the 6 month mark we finally got to get it in! But wait, there's more.... I never knew this place existed. So when we drove up, i was a bit surprised that this has been here for as long as it has, whilst I remained unaware. So they have three business in one. They have a retail shop, as you will see from the photos. Racks on racks of wines. And they're not all high dollar. I think I saw some in the $20's for my frugal fermented fruit freaks (take no offense, I too am one of those). They also have a tasing bar and lounge (Indoor and outdoor). Their second business, is their wine club, which offers storage and a lounge. They have a few different plans you could be on. They also have a number of perks that come with membership that I'm not familiar with just yet. And the third business, which brought us here this evening, the school. They offer classes for enthusiasts like us, and also curriculum for those wishing to take their gratuitous grape glee to the next level. Our instructor for the evening was also a student enrolled in certification courses. In fact, he was due for another exam the following week. I hope he passed! Out course was Texas vs the World. We compared Texas wines in a head to head with wines from Italy, France, Spain, and California. The gal likes all of the non-Texas wines more. I had a Texas wine or two beating the opposition. At the end, the instructor let the class take wines home with them, since they couldn't use any opened bottles afterwards. It was a nice treat. Because we stayed later, and were the last two chatting with our teacher, he let us take 4 half bottles. I was unexpected, and they were very much appreciated. A little bonus to an already enjoyable evening. Check out their calendar and book a class or tasting. Great night out!

I hope to maKe it all the way to a diploma. I tthink she got me to pass the level one certification. I want to go Baal soon and take certification 2 while my knowledge is fresh. This class was great for the wine enthusiast or someoNe like me whhod like to retire and do something with wine. I thought I knew more than average and I didn't. Half the info was new to me but nnot overwhelming I know other places do this class in one day. I think three evenings was perfect. I can't wait for the next class Also you can do wine parties/tastings with less info and Morris tasting. You can order wines here. A cool place.

I was helped right away, which made the experience easy and welcoming from the start. The staff introduced me to a few new options and took the time to explain them, which helped me feel confident about my purchases. I am still on the hunt for a rare bottle of tequila that is not overly expensive, and while I have not found it yet, I did join the mailing list so I can stay updated. I appreciated the selection and the overall experience, and I will definitely be back if they bring in any new or interesting bottles.

As I'm celebrating this weekend, I checked out their website for the selection champagnes they offered, and found one I'd wanted to try. The crazy construction getting to the parking lot is off-putting, but as I have no idea when I'll be back in this area, I didn't let it deter me. This is probably prettiest wine store I've been in. I don't know what it was but it was an inviting atmosphere. The service was awesome; the staff is very attentive & knowledgeable. And although our salesperson told my Hubby & I how to pronounce the champagne we purchased, I have completely forgotten. LOL! I'll definitely return to try something new.

So happy to see a virtual cooking class on the Weekly Savor from Central Market. So easy to invite several of my friends who I met cooking virtually at many, many Yelp cooking events. The free live online class and discussion with Chef and Restaurateur Einat Admony, who is known for her fresh, sophisticated Mediterranean palate, was fabulous. So interesting to learn about Chef Admony's journey and challenges as a chef and then cook along with her using chicken, lemons, herbs, onions and olives in Braised Chicken with Olives and Citrus. She also did a bonus Tahdig recipe. The food turned out amazing!! Chef Admony was one of the first chefs to introduce Israeli cuisine to Americans. I would love to eat at her flagship New York eatery, Balaboosta. She sold her Taim franchise to Chipotle, the Mexican fast-food chain. She has competed on the Food Network's reality television show Chopped and won twice. She is also a comedian and is a great teacher. Her passion really shined during this virtual class. Thanks to Chef and Restaurateur Einat Admony for sharing your wonderful story as a chef and your cooking tips. You are an inspiration. Thanks also Central Market Cooking School for offering this great class virtually. Thanks for the recipe and the recording. Braised Chicken with Olives and Citrus. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Put the chicken, olives, onion, preserved lemon, dried limes, lemon slices, oil, honey, salt, cilantro, garlic, turmeric, cumin, paprika, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix everything thoroughly, making sure the chicken pieces are well coated with the spices and herbs. Arrange the chicken pieces skin-side down in a deep baking dish in a single snug layer. Arrange the rest of the mixture over the chicken. Whisk the stock with the orange juice in a measuring cup and pour over the chicken.
