Iced caramel macchiato and target perfect combo

Great store and love just wandering to check out new items or sales. Today I was shopping for school supplies, pool noodles, replacing some much used household items, and looking at the swimsuits selection for my upcoming vacation(they are currently 30% off). I found a cute roomy crossbody purse on clearance. For my family, we have large food bills with 3 tween/adult boys so saving money is a good thing. Todays find was full size box of rice krispies cereal at 1.48 a box because they were red, and blue.

NEW GROCERY SECTION!
Mary S.

For some reason it had been months since my last Carpenter Road Target visit. When I stepped inside, I saw the NEW GROCERY SECTION. Awesome! Where's my camera? I had to wait a while to return for photos. I think this new grocery section would really appeal to someone who wanted to fix a quick dinner after a day of shopping. Why not make it easy on yourself after you haul home those giant packages of toilet paper? Is it just me, or is the staff here a little bit more attentive than at the Waters Road location? I was just making my way toward the heart of the store when a nice man asked if I knew where everything was. I ran my idea by him. He gave me a few suggestions where to look. I'm so glad he asked! Then later, when I was trying to juggle my selections, another man handed me one of those small shopping baskets. Thanks! I needed that. He knew where they were stashed. I really appreciated that.

I love this place. Take my money! Would move in permanently if it wasn't weird and illegal.

I never knew about this store until recently and it has so many good deals and home necessity items…read more(like couch pillows, chairs, rugs, etc)!! I love their selection of everything you could need! The cashier was very friendly and added to my experience. I came back within the same day to show my husband all the great items!

Like the Wixom location this store is HUGE and the sheer volume of what they offer is mind boggling. Seasonal decor, kitchenware, serving ware, organizing bins, storage, faux plants....SO MUCH! There are several aisles, like a dedicated section of the store, just for wall decor/art. And there's a huge rug section organized by the primary color scheme. AND LAMPS!! So many lamps!! An aisle of curtain rods! I could go on. But basically anything you could want that would be for your home you can find here. I love coming here in the summer to find garden decor like lawn stakes, planters, and decor like solar lawn gnomes and the like. They also have a great selection of umbrellas and cushions for outdoor furniture. And if you need the furniture frames, they have that too. From sectional couches to single seats, lounge chairs and more. Prices are pretty good, too. It's not the most high end stuff but things I've bought for my yard are going into year 3 now and have held up pretty darn well during the various swings of Michigan weather. All that said, there's just something about this location that doesn't feel as polished as the other ones I've been do. It's always empty, not just of employees on the floor but also shoppers. I often feel like I'm the only one there. Some of the stock is a bit lighter than other stores, (though it still dwarfs other big box stores when it comes to home goods), etc. But overall, it's still my go to when I need containers to organize my pantry, need a new throw rug, or just want to refresh the decor in the house.

We are looking for a round table, and the selection is very nice, making it tuff to pick just one. We took a good look around browsing and we had already looked online so we knew what was available in stock based on the website and we are very happy we came by bc I think we found the one!

This is a warning to anyone that is considering buying furniture from Arhaus! Stay away!!…read more We recently moved and our dining room table that we purchased in 2023 is still under the five-year warranty. I just talked to somebody in customer service who told me that they cannot service it because they did not move it to my new hone. I asked her what I should have done and her response was to call Arhaus and ask how to move the table. That is the dumbest response I have ever heard! So according to her thinking I need to call each individual furniture company to find out how to move each piece of furniture in my home. She did however give me the name of the company that Arhaus refers to for issues after the item was moved by someone else. Also, the manager of the store where we purchased the table told me to call customer service and there wouldn't be any problem since it's still under warranty. I'm not blaming the manager at this store. They need to train their staff properly too.

Great news for Metro Detroit Area!! CB2 and Crate and…read moreBarrel items at an affordable price!! Ford Road in Canton is packed with good furniture stores now!

YOOOOOO did you all know this was happening? A Crate and Barrel outlet in Metro Detroit? Because I…read moredidn't! I stumbled upon a news article about the opening just this afternoon and made a beeline for them almost immediately. I'm in the market for a new dresser and thought it would be good to get there sooner rather than later. The space is no frills, pretty open concept with everything stretched before you. It's a huge space tho, so there's a lot to browse. They opened just yesterday and we were informed that many of their outdoor pieces were snatched up but there was still A TON of stuff to consider. If you're looking for a new couch or living room furniture you have to get there now because that makes up the majority of their stock. I also spent some time with the dining tables as I'm looking for a new one for our house as well. It's an outlet so, as expected, what you're going to lose in slightly damaged pieces you'll make up in markdowns. They had a number of beautiful pieces that I had admired on their websites (this store covers Crate and Barrel, CB2, and Crate and Barrel Kids, FYI) with injuries ranging from small nicks to full on scratches and damaged corners (those pieces were priced accordingly, tho). There was a really nice dining table with a few leafs that I considered but after spending almost 15 years with a scratched up table I inherited from a cousin I think that's one item I'd like to be in pristine condition if I can help it. They also have a ton of office furniture, a bit of patio, beds/headboards, nightstands, sideboards/buffets, consoles, coffee tables, etc. They also had a lot of dressers. I considered a couple but the space I'm looking to fill is on the smaller side and there weren't any options this time around petite enough. But it was cool to see so many of the dressers I'd drooled over on their website pretty deeply marked down (an additional 50% on bedroom furniture) without any noticeable damage. The perimeters of the store are filled with shelves full of decor and other home items like bedding, hampers, and a ton of kitchenware like dish sets, serving ware, pots and pans and even a few small appliances like microwaves and even a KitchenAid mixer on sale. The thing about outlets, though, is if you go in looking for anything in particular you're probably NOT going to find it. But if you go in without expectations you'll surely walk out with a lot of treasures. Since I was in the former camp today I didn't leave with anything but I can't wait to regularly pop over there to scour their new arrivals (a staff person told us they plan to get 2-3 shipments a week) and hopefully bring home something special in the future!
