This stores customer service has really went down. The check the checkers there used to be very nice and now they could care less. They make their signs in the store deceiving with this cart discount only after you get to the counter do you find out yeah you really don't get the discount unless you have their apt so they can find out what you shop for all the time. It looks like Amazon and and Walmart will soon for Target out of business read more

I went into the store to do an even exchange on a pair of AirPods I purchased a week ago because one of the AirPods wasn't working. I was wrongfully accused of switching out of the AirPods. The team member told me once I return the AirPods that matches the serial number on the box then they will do the return. I explained to the team member those are the AirPods in the box. The team member went up to Diana for her to check it out she also told me the numbers don't match. I ask for them to call the security over because I was sure those are the same AirPods that was in the box when I made my purchase. Hailey then said the same thing. Diana gave me guest relation number and said for me to call them maybe they can help me. I said I don't understand how you saying these are the wrong AirPods. Diana then says maybe Apple put the wrong AirPods in the box. I said this is crazy and I will not shop here again this is such a bad experience. Diana then say sorry and good luck. I left the store and call guest relation and explained to them what happened. Guest relation told they verified my purchase wrong that they were suppose to look at the serial number underneath the case lid and not the actually AirPods itself because the AirPods itself have different numbers on them. Now I really feel disrespected and violated. Because I was wrongfully accused of their wrong doing. I am not happy about this situation at all because they wasn't trained correctly and their lack of knowledge they really made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. They really made other guest look at me as if I was trying to get over or something. I will not do business at this location ever again. read more

Well, it looks like I am going to drag down the rating. I love Target. I will shop at ever other one, BUT THIS ONE. I went here Last year and got the worst customer service I have ever gotten. There were 20 pairs of the same shoe by a sign that had a clearance price. I liked the shoes, they fit, so I took them to the register. They didn't ring up on sale so the woman at the register asked someone to price check the shoes. The girl that came up was maybe 20 and looked very upset that she had to work. She let out a sound of disgust and went to do the price check. She came back and told me those were not the shoes that were on sale and I needed to read the sign more carefully. I would have excepted this had her comment not been full of attitude. I explained that I was assuming they were the ones on sale since there were 20 pair by the sign and no other shoes were in sight. I then also explained there is a actual law That states if there are over 8 of the same item by a sign, you have to give the item for the price on the sign. (Working retail for 15 years taught be a few things). She continued to mouth off to me and after neither her nor the cashier would help Mei went to look of a manager myself. In my journey, I got to over hear this 20 year old bad mouthing me and calling me names (rather loudly) to another associate and please keep in mind these were names you wouldn't want your child to hear. I walked up to the associate she was talking to and said I was disgusted by the way I was treated and asked for a manager. I was directly (meaning she pointed) to the front of the store. The manager wasn't helpful at all either. She handed me a card to write out my complaint, gave me an insincere "I'm sorry" and then asked if I wanted to leave the card with her. I said the complaint would need a lot more room than an index card and I would just email corp. This was the worst service I have ever gotten, anywhere. I worked retail for 15 years, I know customer service and this was not it. read more

Worst check out lane configuration! Confusing lanes and lights not on!!! Don't know who's open or not. Also they don't carry Newman's own k-cups read more

I happen to love this target store because they best looking people as well as the kindest people. What prevents the target from receiving a 5 star review is their terrible doors.I m not sure if they planned to trick me by having the entrance door on the left or exit door right. Sometimes i forget if im leaving or entering the store because of the atrocious layout of the doors. Im so confused sometimes i get stuck for hours. It would be my favorite store if i could get in and out more efficiently, but with the backwards doors i can never seem to just make a quick trip. read more

I visit this place at least once a week. Sad but true. I know the layout like my own home. It is always clean, the employees are friendly & who doesn't love Target? They have everything, even booze now! read more

Overall, a pretty good Target. It is not a SuperTarget, but it is got a lot of great name brands. The parking lot is typically ok to navigate and the store is laid out much the same as others. Produce tends to be older and pre-packaged. But I usually don't come to Target for that. I come for all the great deals on camis, office supplies, toiletries, shoes, housewares, etc... I usually buy at least 3 things I did not know I needed prior to entering into the store. I come here a fair amount, as it is convenient to many other places that I shop in the area. The best Target, though, IMHO, is the Target in Broadview. I always seem to find my sizes there. read more

I went to Target's Minute Clinic to bring my daughter to the urgent care since she was sick over the weekend. The clinic was to open at 9am on Sunday's. I got there at 8:50am with my daughter who was running 102 fever and no one was there yet. I continued to wait and since there were no chairs to wait in (clinic with waiting room blocked off since it wasn't open) I sat on the ground with my sick daughter. By 9:25am there was still no one there and when I asked the Target staff if they could help, no one could tell me anything. One employee said, did they tape up a note saying they wouldn't be in today, like this is a regular occurrence. The CVS pharmacy next door didn't even offer to ask the Target management for an update. Truly disappointing as you are a medical facility and just as disappointing that Target although not affiliated allows this to happen in their buildings. read more

I shop here almost daily. Very clean and friendly people. The prices in the grocery section have gone up just slightly but they are still better priced than Jewel or Dominics in the area. read more

I go to minute clinic and no I have been siting here for 2 hours and the lady is sitting typing on her computer when I should have been seen soooo long ago. When a customer asked if I was waiting I said yeah like two hours and she walks up now and says it would be soon ...hahaha alright ya bad experience here read more

Their displays are somewhat OK the lady folding children's clothing just made it seem like she didn't want to be there. That kind of ruined it for me but it's target lol. The lady in check out was amazing fast and didn't say a word Bc my son was starting to get tired. read more

This place opened at 5am this past Friday and my girl and I were crazy enough to go for their sale. There is only 1 entrance and the line was wrapped around the freakin buildin! Holy cow! I thought I was goin 2 the American Idol tryouts! It was insane how many peeps were there! I have never done the Black Friday madness so my girlfriend and I wanted 2 try it this year. WOW! We so didn't expect that but it wasn't so bad after the doors opened. We walked right in and people went crazy 4 the electronics. By the time I got there my item was sold out, but oh well. I wasn't too sad. Overall, this Target had a lot of items on stock and had plenty of staff waiting on their customers. Good job Target for being prepared! read more

Always great deals and huge selection of anything you desire. Very friendly employees working there

All I can say is I LOVE my Target! I don't know what it is, but I prefer this Target over the others that I know of within the 10 mile radius. So far I have always had good customer service (not that I needed much of it) mostly the cashiers who are mostly pleasant, but I guess its the location and I usually always get a decent parking spot. read more

Every time I walk into this store it's like a ghost town, no matter the time of day. The few employees you do find tend to dodge you as much as possible and when you finally track one down they give vague answers and offer little help. I'm tired of it, I won't be going back. read more

This Target hires people to stand around and watch you wait in line. Just terrible. Go to a different Target.

I will no longer be shopping at Target based on experience there today. Target has been my large family's primary shopping destination for everything for as long as I can remember. After spending an hour shopping for a large cart load, adding everything to the Cartweel app, my phone died at the register just prior to the cashier scanning the bar code. The cashier's flipped attitude of "oh well.... the only thing you can do is bring everything back later when it turns back on" illustrated to me that customer service is not a priority to this Target store and possibly their corporate training. I am fully aware that they can scan a curtsy bar code in situations like this. It was very clear that they do not care if they have my business or not. They lost our business, not only today but also the tens of thousands of dollars we spend every year with Target. read more

Meh this location is off Kingery so it's always packed and naturally always a Charlie-Foxtrot. But the inside is basically the same. It always looks like they're running out of stuff, and you can never seem to find the stuff that you actually want. One time I wanted a specific type of bread that they were clean out of, I came back 2 weeks later. Still out of that type of bread. read more

I will NEVER shop at Target again based on my experience at this store location. I picked an item off of the shelf to purchase and added it to my cart. I found an employee, Gil, and asked for assistance as I wanted more info regarding the features of the product before purchasing. Not only was he unable to describe the features but he took the item and put a "spider wrap" on it before he would allow me to take it to the cashier to purchase, which made me feel like he thought I would steal the item. I'm usually the last to say that any situation is "racial related" but this was the first time in my entire life that I felt racially profiled. I felt disgusted and asked why he needed to place a sensor on the item as it was on the shelf without a sensor and there were several remaining on the shelf without a sensor. He couldn't give me a straight answer. I discussed with a manager, but obviously this employee had already told his distorted part of the story to the manager on the walkie talkie. When I spoke with the manager Sheila, she defended the employee and basically told me that she does not have to explain to me their Loss Prevention policy as it is confidential, nor could I insist on how they "should" have sensors on all of those items instead of adding a sensor only in the case a customer inquires about the product features. I can say that one manager, Jamie, did apologize for how I was treated and offered a discount based on my experience, however this was quickly overturned by Sheila who spoke to me and my husband with a disgusting attitude and with such lack of concern. I reported my concern to a corporate Target corporate rep who seemed genuinely concerned, but also explained that this would be investigated by the area manager, and that Target may or may not get back to me. Maybe my expectations for Target customer service were waaayy too high. read more

The "manager on duty" Bee is very disrespectful and unhelpful. I bought 13 of the same item and tried to use a cartwheel. It only came off of one item even though all items were literally identical. She was like I don't know why it's like that, I can't change it. The customer service was terrible. I expected more from target. Do NOT use the location. It is by far the worst. read more

Target Card users beware. If you accidentally make a late payment, they charge you 22% interest rate on not only the month that you were tardy on your payment, but also on the next month's balance as well! Unbelievable given mortgage rates are 4-5%. I'm switching to online payments so hopefully this won't happen to me again but they were unwavering in applying their policy. Boo Target! read more

If you are WIC user, I recommend not to use WIC coupon at this store. This week and last week, I shopped using my WIC coupon at this store. I had really bad experience on both days. They have WIC signs on wrong items and blames the customer.THer cashier made me go back to the end of the line and said, "She has to go back to the end of the line because se grabed wrong item." If this is Jewel or other store, the worker help me find the right item and never make me go back to the end of the line. This week the cashier did not know anything about WIC and she did not let me get the milk. The manager like worker came to help her, but she said she cannot help me and I had to pay for the milk. This store did not carry things for WIC and I ended up wasting my coupon. I think Target really don't want to do WIC since their target is rich people and don't want to deal with people who cannot afford baby's milk. I would never go there to use my WIC coupon. read more
