I love shopping at target. I don't know what it is but every time I go I end up leaving with way more than I ever intended to purchase! The store has recently been reorganized. The new layout is much nicer and easier for shopping. The lines usually aren't too bad and I like the self checkout option as well. My only complaint is they often have items I'm looking for out of stock. I do also shop at target online. With a target red card you get free shipping always. read more

I don't understand what's going on anymore. Whoever does the hiring for Target really needs to keep on top of their employees. It seems like most of them don't want to be there and they act like you're bothering them if you ask a simple question. If they can't at least fake being nice while they're at work, then they shouldn't be there. Period. There's plenty of other stores that would appreciate the business. Is it that hard to smile and be helpful? At Target, I guess the answer to that is, YES! read more

Worst target and I love target. The cashier today rang me up for items that weren't mine and couldn't take them off my receipt so she charged me for them and called a manager to take me to customer service center. When we walked over there the manager ducked in the bathroom and never came out. I got stuck in another line for 20 min and when the manager finally came out she ducked her head and ran past me wtf? read more

I'm a huge fan of Target and this by far one of my favorite locations. This location is always kept clean which makes easy to find what you're looking for and the lines at check out are always quick. My only problem with this location is I could never get any wireless service on my phone. read more

Target is excellent The prices are pretty good returns are nice and easy if you have to return something they do price match with competitors printed ads you can also save 5% off your purchase every day with a red card don't forget to use their cartwheel app to save more money off your purchase read more

I go here for two reasons: (1) They carry a particular pen I like; (2) Paper products (paper towels, tissues, etc). My beef is also twofold: (1) Good luck finding the price of something they are not pushing that week; the stickers on the shelves have not been changed in forever and the goods on the shelf mostly do not match the stickers. If it was a supermarket, they would be prosecuted by now. So I always use the price check scanner which was out of service until the end of my trip today. (2) Good luck finding an employee on the floor who can tell you where something is supposed to be. read more

I have no complaints like others going here. Prices are good and I always use the self checkout. I prefer this parking garage than the Walmart parking garage which is crazy. I have gotten some pretty good deals here. read more

WARNING be carful if you get a RED TARGET CREDIT CARD the initial interests rate is almost 23% Target claims to give you discounts if you have a RED TARGET CARD but if you don't pay entire balance at end of the month there is essentially NO DISCOUNT and you are charged a hell of a lot of interest. A VERY DISINGENUOUS AND SHADY OFFER ..... FOR THE WORKING CLASS FROM TARGET read more

I am irate with customer service at the Target in the Electronics department at White Plains, NY. They are unprofessional and rude, not to mention deceptive with their iPad exchange promotion. I went all the way there to find that they were making customers sign a list with names and phone numbers. I was told that I would still get the promotion even after it was over, as long as my name was on the list. My husband and I had more questions, but the associate Devon was scrolling through his phone and barely looked up to answer us. I had a bad feeling about it but left with the guarantee that I"d still get the exchange promotion. Just in case, I took a photograph of the list to prove that I was on it. I called Friday, Saturday and got no response -- either the phone kept ringing, or the associate was not available yet. Finally I reached him today -- and he tells me that the promotion is over, there is nothing he can do for me. I reminded him of what he told me that night; he then throws every excuse in the book at me and finally says, "they threw away the list and I wasn't there that day." Very dismissive, not caring about my responses. "Just call Corporate" was all kept saying. I complained at Corporate and feel unsatisfied with their response. They will not stop hearing from me until I get a proper response from someone higher up. I did not expect this kind of service from White Plains NY. If I don't get a response back, I am cutting off Target. And I'll get my friends, family members and neighbors, students and co-workers to do the same. Walmart will be my go-to from now on. read more

I like the layout and easy to find things I need. It is very convenient to get everything here. I am not so convinced about produce and dairy. I don't need it and better selection (more natural and organic products) at other markets. I love the self checkouts. Need more of those. read more

The only good thing about this target is the pharmacy. Everyone that works in the pharmacy is is amazing and you never have to wait long. However, most of the other departments are a complete mess, especially the women's department. There are shopping carts pushed into every corner that are filled of things that need to be put away. Clothes are literally thrown around and on the floor. I usually love Target but this one is gross. And there is no service down there! read more

Not a big fan of this target. Customer service is very impersonal and almost at the level rude. I had the opportunity to interact with staff for multiple visits and did not have a positive experience each time. This target is extremely messy - seems like there is no attempt to organize or fix things up. Also appears that there is a bit of crime occurring, specifically in the light bulb section, based off of seeing several empty boxes. Lack of presence from loss prevention. read more

LOVE this Target! Everything you need and not over crowded. Easy to navigate and large signs to figure out which part of the store to go to for what you need. read more

I used to work in taget a couple of years and and customer service was #1 no matter what. Now I see the customer service is not as great as it used to be- Target is slacking in putting their foot down to make it feel like your not shopping in walmart. Still love the store and prices but service needs to be a bit better! read more

I am surprised that there are not so good reviews on this page.I went to this Target for the first time today and was very happy! The place seemed pretty organized. The deals were great. It's a pretty big place too. The parking is nice as well, even though you have to pay for it. I will def. be coming back! read more

I have to say: I was at this Target last weekend and it was FILTHY. Clothes and items strewn all over the place, dirty floors, and so on. Such a disappointment! When I first moved to the area 10 years ago, this was a great store. The managers and employees need to care about their store and jobs. I will not visit again. read more

I don't like the parking garage, but think the store is great. People are nice, especially in the pharmacy. I know this isn't a bg deal to most people, but I've found their prices on boxes of Crayola products are good. read more

If you find yourself in Target in White Plains and need assistance and come across an employee named Stuart, run the other way. He is rude and doesn't help at all. Twice already he was anything but helpful. He can't assist you, he messed up when he was on register (he claims because he's not always on register and somehow it's the customers problem) and when I mentioned to two other employees that he told me to come up to them for assistance they rolled their eyes and completely understood my frustration. read more

This is my main place for picking up my a to z stuff. store is well stocked and clean for the most part until the slobs start shopping. parking indoors,so its easy to go in and out.staff are for the most part helpful and many cashiers ,so wait is not bad.weekday is best time to come ,less crowded then weekends when mom and dad and those annoying kiddies roam the aisles. customer service are good enough so your stress level is low,and sales are to be found here on many items. ok not as cheaper overall then walmart, but just as good on most stuff, plus this store is bright and not gloomy.if you come early enough many good food products, and selection rivals many supermarkets.every sundays newspapers has the weekly target flyer, so you are aware whats on sale and available. the clothing is priced right for casual wear, plus socks are well priced. i always look in the clearance clothing area for good deals.so folks give this target a look, you will find something you can use at a decent price. just take your time place is big p.s.nice selection of dvd`s cd`s and toys for the kiddies. read more

I hate to love this place because it's annoying and every employee except for the return center girl is horrible. Agonizing place this place

I love Target! I used to live next to one in California and frequented it for everything. Every time I would go in, I ended up coming out with a cart full of stuff. I find this particular Target to be lacking when it comes to their supplies. Either that or they are really lazy at restocking items. I sometimes come here with a game plan in hand and end up coming out with nothing! That never happens! I'm sure there are better ones around. read more

I went to this location to pick up a Belkin Wemo retails for $39.99 for a cyber week deal of $14.99. After paying for parking and no help from store employees to locate the item in store, i found the product. I asked an employee to price check the item. It came up as the normal price and i showed the employees my cellphone indicating the sale price. They did not honor their own sale price because they were "not currently doing price matching". So basically they advertise items for sale and sell em for retail when the customer goes in to location. Will not do business with Target again. Would give 0 stars if i could. read more

The baby section (diapers, wipes, linens) is always half empty, not sure why items aren't continuously stocked. Loungewear section is very disorganized. Many of the 2-piece items are missing their pairs. Racks and racks and racks and racks and racks of clothes are hanging out by the dressing room. The only thing good sections of the store are health/beauty and groceries. read more

Never any registers open- customer service and employees are reluctant to help. Messy most days- it's a shame because they carry a great selection read more

Target Pharmacy continues to be so nice, helpful and caring. There is always a pharmacist right there and they really take an interest in people and their concerns. They are the nicest pharmacy I've ever dealt with, including the private ones. I go there for my animal drugs--animal people should know how many "pet drugs" they carry and that they are way cheaper than drugs sold by veterinarians. I am managing a serious heart condition in my cat, and picking up her drugs at Target is one of the more pleasant parts of this, believe it or not. read more

All too often people are quick to write a negative review. I just wanted to say "thank you" to Daphne, the manager who helped me today. Not only did she help me with my issue but she did it with such professionalism and a smile. I have worked in retail for 22 years and know the demands very well but I also know that customer service is key. Thank you for such excellent customer service from the sales associates who initially helped me and to the managers who helped in completing the transaction. You have gained three very loyal customers Target, myself, my daughter and her fiance who purchased the gift for me. read more

Target is my new store especially since they now have fresh produce. Before I had to go to Target and then continue the rest of my shopping at Stop and Shop, now I can get it all in the one store. The only problem I have is it is hard to find someone to help me in different sections but apart from that I love it. read more

I saw the Threshold Conservatory conversation set and fell in love. I added the 4 piece set to my cart and knew the 4th of July would be cute and comfy. When I returned to my cart after shopping the set was gone. I spoke with customer service and even emailed investor relations. No one could help me. Instead, they suggested I purchase another set that was several hundred dollars more expensive. Either someone hacked their system or this was a convenient bait and switch. read more

cartwheel app does not work, do not lose your loved ones in the aisles, you cannot call to locate them with your phone- location in basement and target wifi signal does not work. could not load e gift card on phone due to "slow" target wifi- employee admitted two other customers complained of the same thing even though on phone signal says"strong". merchandise and clothing strewn all over the place. this location three years ago had 4-6 checkout lines open. now on a sunday at 5 pm, ONE line open. self checkout machines half working. this one checkout line open is not just today. last 10 visits here in the last year have seen LONG lines and people leaving without purchasing. this location is going to go out of business soon with this lack of staffing and terrible customer service. read more

I love Target and always excited to go there with my daughter. But the costumer service in this store sucks. The employee especially in costumer service are is not friendly.I was there last Saturday night(April 8) to look for shopkins lost edition that on sale that week.Because is the last day of sale there is no more in the aile.I'm trying my best not to disappoint my daughter so i tried to look all over the store maybe something still left.I went to costumer service and soon i ask the lady she said no right away (she never even try to look at the returns in the cart.)The idea of having costumer service is to help people. Why would this store put the employee who doesn't even know how to help. But when i passed by there she was talking with other employee. Some people work and like to get pay for doing nothing. In my disappointment to her attitude i just left the rest of the things i pick up to buy and left the store.I would not spend my money in the store that don't wanna even help me. read more
