They messed up my Rx (for poison oak which I needed badly and immediately), then proceeded to be extremely rude and tell me that even though they had an hour to fill it before they closed, that it would not be ready until the next day? I pleaded with the Pharmacy Tech to help me, but she was short with me and then told the other guy working there that she was leaving early for the night. Wow! I've got to knock a couple stars off of my review because of my last few experiences here. The parking lot is very pedestrian unfriendly. Too many cars coming from too many directions make it harrowing to get to the door. Once inside, the place just has a feeling of being jumbled and disorganized. Shelves are rarely fully stocked and what's on the shelves is knocked around. The departments don't flow together, and even though it's a big store, it seems cramped. There appears to be a lot of people working there, but they're not incredibly friendly or helpful. I walked up to one clerk today to ask where batteries were, and he actually saw me, turned and walked away as I approached. I've gotten a few prescriptions filled there, and the pharmacist is a bit surly. I thought maybe she was having a bad day the first time, but after two more times, I'd recommend that she cut back on her customer interaction if she can't come off as more friendly or concerned. It's got a grocery section, and Trader Joes and BevMo are nearby, so like an idiot, I'll probably keep going, but I have to say that I've been in much nicer Walmarts than this Target, and I think Walmart is the third ring of Hell. read more

I go here all the time and all of the employees are sooo nice and helpful. I have had one of the employees, Daniel check me out a few weeks ago. I have never seen an employee that was sooo polite and helpful like he was. Just a genuinely nice person. I called corporate just to give him a good review. Definitely not as helpful as Camarillo or River Ridge Targets! Had 3 items. One of which was a book. I see a guy at the electronic counter (right next to where i got my book) looking bored and pacing. As he sees me walking to the counter he moves from behind the counter and to a shelf where he uses his finger to remove dust. He looks up at me and I ask if I can ring my items up there. He goes "ugh sure let me get you someone." then he looks for a split second over his shoulder (mind you no one is there) and says "ugh it's just suppose to be electronics". I reply oh okay and walk away. But im thinking...Really it's a register that's connected to Targets main computer! It all gets sorted electronically!! The Camarillo and River Ridge Targets will find people to ring up no matter what kind of items you have!! I'm sure he went back to pacing and fingering dust particles!! The store is always clean and organized, prices are very well marked, and the staff from my experiences are always pretty friendly and are helpful when I'm looking for something. Usually always have whatever it is I'm seeking and thank God they do, as I may have purchased the last two oscillating fans in the county this week. Store is well maintained and the only thing that puts me off is the checker always asking me if I want to save 5% by using my Redcard. I always want to save where I can and realize Target is not the only company dealing with data breaches, but the stress of having a store card linked with my checking account stresses me out and I refuse to participate just to save $2.90 cents. That being said, I will continue to shop there, use a credit card, collect the air miles, and fly away at a steeply discounted ticket price when I get the urge to go anywhere. read more

This Target has the best selections and mark downs. Service can be slow but you can for the most part blame the crowds. I prowl the back shelves and look for bargains here weekly. I will not buy food or wine here. You get much better prices at other locations. Ad's always seem to be in stock here. I like that when other places are out. Also staff will help you look. Which I find rare at the other locations. read more

Target is our go to place for family snack and household needs. As we stop into Cafe the worker is very rude. It's lunch time with no food on the menu basicly. Ordered a pretzel with cheese and they said no cheese is available and giving a snare. Asked for a hotdog then said 2 after all please and was made aware that's all they had. No pepperoni pizza available either. So not much choice. When served the hot dogs where left on the counter top not even pushed to me as the customer and hot dogs were green when we sat down to put condiments. Lastly no proper customer service overall alone. Won't come back. read more

I'm not one to take the time to write a negative review, but I feel that it's necessary in this case. I've been using this pharmacy for months now & have finally had it with the horrible service. Not only do I have to wait for long periods of time for my prescription (even though I revived a text/phone call saying it's ready days before I go to pick it up), but I also have received bad service. The employees are rude, unhelpful & impatient. Stella, one of the employees in particular, has always been exceptionally rude whenever I go in to pick up my prescription. I usually go to the Camarillo Target because it's bigger, newer, less crowded and nicer. This location has been open for ages and it's usually crowded. The nearby businesses (e.g., Michael's) in the strip mall aren't too interesting. It's a Target, so that means it's good but there are better locations to satisfy your desire to shop at Target. read more

I write this review about the CVS Pharmacy. What a total waste. From the top the female head pharmacist went to war with my 86 y/o mother over filling her .5 lorazepam. she said my mom gave the pills to her grandson in the Navy. My mother told her that she was very upset about him leaving for the Navy and ran out ONE whole day before refill, Well she screamed like a women under the influence of some of the products she dispenses, in front of everybody in the store. NOT in private. She was told not to ever return. I reported her to CVS brass. I found out all CVS do not like people on controlled drugs and treats them like second rate citizens. Go ahead and try them out for controlled meds. She brought with her a crew that follows her every command. One curly haired short female is by far the most rudest and meanest I have ever meet.DO yourself a favor . DO NOT GIVE THIS PHARMACY any support unless you like being treated like criminal. I used to go to the CVS across from Buena but made the switch about a year ago-and I wish I would have done it sooner. That cvs was always so slow and the people were very irritated 99.9% of the time. This CVS in target is always so quick, the techs and pharmacists are so nice as well. It has a "mom and pop" pharmacy feel to it-in that they are willing/ wanting to help, even if it's finding something that's completely unrelated to the pharmacy within the store. I feel like I have to let people know that buying a EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM TARGET IS A WASTE OF MONEY . I bought a 46 plasma TV and stopped working thinking that since I BOUGHT 'INSURANCE' how they would like to call it when they offer it to you , I would have no problem getting my TV fix let me tell you is been a nightmare for the last three weeks for me , the manufacture took two weeks to sent me a shipping label so I can sent my plasma tv and now I just found out they do not cover for packaging that is 70 dollars I have to pay out of my packet . This Target is horrible. Personally I actually work at the old trget, so i may be a bit bias. However, that damned escalator is always broken!!! They should have just put in stairs cuz you gotta walk up the stupid thing anyways and leave your cart downstairs. Plus the employees there are so not helpful, if you can believe it they actually told me they didnt have a back room, which is a total lie, ive called over there from my target i work at enough times to know they have a back room!!! And also this lady gave me a cash refund on an item bought with credit and that is totally against policy!!! They never have things in stock. And just so everyone knows the old target is going through remodel and by march will have a meat and produce section, we are a one story store and its much easier to find things plus our employees are much more helpful than the ones at the mall. Target Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They continue to get it wrong even after I tried on several occasions to get their mistakes corrected. They waste my time, have long lines, promise prescriptions are ready when they are not, and don't have extremely common drugs in stock. They stink! Go to a small neighborhood pharmacy instead. I have been going to this pharmacy for about 4 years now (main street). I've never had any complaints until recently. I was prescribed a new type of birth control by my new doctor and had a bad reaction to it. After talking with my doctor she agreed to write me a prescription for my old birth control. I called in two weeks later and was told that my prescription was in and I could come by at any time to pick it up. (please keep in mind this was going on during the remodel to the pharmacy). When I came by to pick up my prescription the following day, I was told that my prescription was not in. Obviously this was a bit irritating since I made the trip because I was told it was ready. Rather than apologize, the manager Jaclyn kept telling me 'it's a new system and we're still trying to figure it out.' She also assured me that a request was sent out and it would take 72hrs and encouraged me to sign up for text alert so I knew exactly when it came in. When I asked what day the request for a refill was sent out, Jaclyn couldn't tell me because 'the system was new and they were trying to figure it out.' Not to sound ignorant, but staff not being trained to use their equipment really isn't my problem until it becomes my problem when I'm given incorrect information. The longer I stood at the counter and waited for some answers the more irritated I got. I just assumed that the 72 hours began the day I went to pick up my prescription. Wrong. Two weeks later I was shopping and I thought I'd follow up with them to see what was going on. The pharmacist at the counter had to ask me for my birthday about three times before confirming that there was no request out in the first place. Irritated doesn't begin to describe how I felt. I had to explain my previous experience to him. Once I did he assured me, just as I had been assured before, that my prescription would be in 72 hours. When I went to confirm my profile information, I discovered that they didn't even have my current doctor on file!! UGH! Profile was updated and request for a refill was sent out. Since it was a Saturday, I waited until today, Thursday to follow up since I hadn't heard anything.The lady that answered the phone was beyond unprofessional. I was clearly upset that once again I was having to tell my story again. It was as if every previous encounter just disappeared into a black hole and that nothing had been done. This woman had a strong accent so it was difficult to understand her. She kept cutting me off and acting defensive and then hung up on me. I called back and she accused me of hanging up on her. Being as frustrated as I already was I wasn't in the mood for her attitude so I asked to speak to a manager (who conveniently wasn't there). This woman put me on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up. I tried calling back and the SAME woman answered and tried to deny that she wasn't speaking to me previously. Apparently there are two woman with very strong accents that are exactly the same and have the same rude, unprofessional attitude. This woman would not even let me talk and kept screaming over me. I have NEVER experienced anything so unprofessional. I finally called back and spoke with a manager and he was wonderful. He listened to me rather than get defensive because I was upset. Alfonso clearly understood and took responsible for the fact that they've dropped the ball not once, but three times. I don't know what has happened to this pharmacy but the customer service I received (aside from Alfonso) is expected from Walmart. read more

You can always count on this store to have the basics. The men's clothes are preset high quality and very affordable and they have all the stuff you need in life which makes this place one of the places that you must shop at unless you want to be naked without silverware and dishes. Holly at the returns desk gave me an extremely hard time and would not return the recalled item this Target sold to me. I asked her why can't you give me store credit for selling me a broken item and she just lied to my face and said oh it is not recalled, but at first she was saying it came up in the computer as recalled. She told me to wait a minute and started helping customers behind me in line and I stood their for about 25 minutes waiting in the hot no air conditioned mall Target that reminds me of Oxnard walmart because of the over population of smelly dirty diapers and people who love to throw them on the parking lot as a trashing grounds. Finally after she refused to help me I went to the older target down the street and the returns desk returned my recalled item with a store credit gift card of full price that I paid within seconds NO PROBLEMS.
