Super disappointed today with the employees. There was one person ahead of me as I stood in the Starbuck's line today. There was one woman at the cash register, and I patiently waited for the person in front of me to finish up before I ordered. Meanwhile, I'm doing my best to manage my three girls who are under the age of six. As I was waiting, 4 target employees came up behind me. They chatted with the 2 women behind the counter. I heard the one employee say he had a list of other employees' Starbucks orders. As I walked up to the cash register to give my order, the other cashier opened up the other register and began taking the employees' orders. Um. Ok. I'm detailing all of this because after about five minutes, I went to check on the status of my latte. It was put behind the 7 to 10 other cups for the employees. I asked if I should come back and if it was going to be a while, and the cashier who is now working on the drinks said "yes, it's gonna be a while". I get when people are working together there's a certain camaraderie that happens and helping each other out. But I feel like there is a lack of manners training and management of these employees if somehow it was completely OK for them to cut patrons of Target in line. It was very apparent to the two cashiers at Starbucks that I was there waiting with three little girls way before their fellow employees showed up. I had a limited amount of time to shop in target, and being so rudely pushed aside and disrespected really gave me a bad experience this morning. If employees went to get coffees, that's great and I understand, but there needs to be a little acknowledgment of the other customers patiently waiting. I sound so old when I say this, but what happened to putting customers first? Especially, if they were there first? read more

not the cleanest store I've been to, or the friendliest staff, however, it's a Target. It's not awful, and it's usually pretty well stocked. The only issue is that it's a DRY Target, so no alcohol is sold there. Right across the stress is a BevMo so that's not really an issue. Over the years (I've been coming here for maybe 12 or so), it's gotten a lot better and nicer. Parking is usually always found on the second story, because the first and third lead to the store entrances, they should be either avoided or just expected to be full.. Just walk up the steps for access you don't always need to park RIGHT BY THE DOOR. overall nothing back to say, it's Target, not a Hotel, I don't see the fuss with people given 3 stars and below. Everything is where it should be, and you can always find someone if you're having a hard time personally. read more

I go to this Target because it is the only one close to work. However, that being said, at lunch time there seems to always be a line of people and not enough cashiers. If you have time constraints you may want to skip this one or leave a little early. read more

This was my first ever Target. First. EVER. So of course it will always be my favorite. There's only one bad thing: the parking. It's murder. No matter what time of day or night it's horrible. So many people shop there. I used to live a few blocks away, and walked it a few times LOL yes with the cart! The staff are nice, medium turn over rate. The bathrooms are kept clean. This location happens to be one of their "test" stores. That means when they are thinking of trying something out; new floor plan, category, service, it all goes down here. They used to have a garden center, then removed it to have food instead. I personally missed the garden center. You always remember your first.....and this is a fond one to have on my list! read more

This a good store to shop at great selection reletivly fast service the only issue I have is this: the restrooms ld say don't get me started but I opened Pandora's box so to speak.:anyway being that I'm in . I've been to many Targets but this one is just not fun whatsoever, in fact, I dread coming here. Parking is in an overcrowded, filthy structure which doesn't even have an obvious entrance and then when you go to leave at check out, there's 8 registers, 3 employees standing around them, and only 1 with a very slow employee working it. I could only imagine how slow and stressful this place would be if you're in a hurry. I come here to get a lot of stuff for my office and it's the closest one so it's really my only option. Had one of my most successful Black Friday runs ever here! Left my thanksgiving dinner full wallet and stomach both full as heck, ready to fill my car up with things I thought i needed. Pulled into the structure and they had people organizing everything from parking to lines! Extremely organized and they had an amazing selection... They were stocked up through the roof! Came out -$1000 but up a lot of cool things! read more

The shelves are half empty and the items are not in order. Sale items are not posted as they should. When asked the staff are unwilling to help and tells you to try another store. Worst Target with the dirtiest and smallest parking lot. read more

Wow! I cannot even begin to explain how much I despise this Target location. I'm only giving it two stars because I love Target as a whole. The employees here are absolutely rude and unhelpful. Everyone acts like they hate their job and their life and they have no problem sharing that horrible attitude with you! I used to force myself to come here because it's the closest Target to me, but I'm not putting up with the awful customer service anymore. Why do I hate going to this Target? It doesn't seem that different from other Target stores. The lines aren't longer and they have all the same stuff as the others. I think there are 2 issues at the root of this problem. 1. The parking garage is bad. Actually, not just bad. Terrible. Wretched. A disgrace to parking garages everywhere. 2. The layout is funky. I've never once been able to shop here without taking the escalator twice. It's a pain. Now I don't know if I'm being too picky about these issues, so I'm going to be fair and give it 3 stars. Either the issues are bad or I'm becoming cranky in my old age. I'm still not sure which one it is, but I think it's time for my nap. read more

Not sure why only 3 stars but, it's Target. It's as Target as Target can get. Plenty of parking in the structure, just as good as any Target. Also as a hint/fun fact, Target does price match to Target.com. Usually I will find things cheaper online and then go to the store only to find the same product a dollar or two higher. For a Target-- good. Huge location, tons of parking, staff is average but definitly reccomend the pharmacy. Very friendly and helpful. The elevator is super slow, and the escalator rarely works-- if it does, the cart excalator doesnt. . . .lol Close to home n dont mind going there too much. This is a pretty big target. It has 2 floors with an attached parking structure. The entrances are on level 1 and 3 of the parking strcture, so of course those are the busiest parking levels. There is a convenient cart escalator and elevator to get between the 2 shopping floors. The staff there are really nice and helpful. The Starbucks and food court are on the 2nd floor. There is also a photo lab and a portrait studio, which I think are really cool. There are checkout registers on both floors, which is helpful, but also means that there are not many cashiers on the registers as there could be. I love that they have late night hours, and am glad that I live so close to a target if I ever needed anything. I guess having a credit card there with 5% off is bad thing, but you gotta live a little and splurge every now and then. read more

This is a 2-story Target on Sepulveda Blvd and Burbank Ave, in the city of Van Nuys, but also really close to Sherman Oaks. I'm mainly adding this on Yelp because I was using my Yelp iPhone app to get directions to the nearest Target when I first moved to Sherman Oaks, and it led me on a wild goose chase that made me end up all the way at the Target on Raymer, which pissed me off, cause the Raymer Target is a lot farther and honestly kinda ghetto compared to this 2story Target on Sepulveda. This Target store looks a bit more modern and new, and is pretty clean. Hope this helps someone. read more

This Target is the closest one to me hence I usually find myself going there. The parking isn't bad as long as you don't try to park on the ground floor (don't even bother as you'll be stuck in a cluster of stopped cars). Store itself works good for me and I usually find what I need. Checkout lines don't take long which is good. Most recently we got our iphone 4s phones there and the staff (especially the young lady who works there) who handles the cell phone department deserve 5 stars. We got a good trade in with our iphone 3g's which we used towards our new phones. I highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade your phone to use these guys and they service most all carriers. Do note my phone arrived overnight and I still got good service when I brought it in on Black Friday to activate it. (The lady who waited on me told me to come in that day). I'm satisfied with this store and go there on a regular basis. Only bummer with this location is they don't carry beer and wine. read more

As everyone stated, the parking situation here is horrible even though there is PLENTY OF PARKING. The problem is that there are six floors of parking which I have never seen full (and I went the day before Christmas), but everyone has to hunt for a parking space on levels one, two, or three. This creates a massive traffic jam that you can't get around. When I went before Christmas, I thought there was no more parking left over which is why people were being so aggressive. I decided to go hunt on the sixth floor where there would be less competition, but guess what? The fifth floor was half empty and the sixth floor had one car in it. I literally waited half an hour in my car to get up to the fifth floor. I'm not sure if people don't realize there are more than three floors of parking or if everyone is so lazy they would rather spend twenty minutes in their car instead of going down two or three extra floors in an elevator to get to the store. read more

Love target. Easy returns too. What doesn't target have?? It's the best. This store has everything- clothes, shoes, kitchen appliances, food, accessories, furniture, purses, office supplies, make up, laundry, and tons more. Be careful when you come here because it gets very hard sticking to your list! You end up needing everything. The staff are very nice and there is rarely a long wait for a cashier because there are so many lanes. Parking is okay here. Many levels in a parking garage but during holidays can get a little messy. read more

I was here for my second time. It was okay, a couple of items I needed were missing, the produce was definitely past shelf life (I wanted to avoid going to the grocery store for just mangoes and apples) but overall it was bearable until the cashier, Lizbeth, was her name, saw me standing in line then decided to say she was closed after the customer in front of me was about to pay, I told her I'd been waiting and she said "uh no you haven't" I probably only had 15 items in my cart. By the way, there were only 2 cashiers open and 2 huge lines. So I had to move to the other line and wait all over again. Thanks, Lizbeth..... This Target fortunately is right down the street from my house therefore, I'm here quite often! Besides the clothing, this place has everything! They even have a Starbuck's which I'm sure almost all Target's at this point have one but it's still always convenient! I Do have mixed feelings about this Target. The hours are fab. I love going late evening. However... They close at 0000, but start cleaning/inventory.. What ever they are doing that blocks all aisles .. Around 2200.- Especially on the first floor by home decor/bedroom sets.. & rude about it as well. They have a great selection. Just sucks that the employees outwardly gossip about weekends out/partying.. Etc, all while blocking the damn aisles i want to visit.. ok, back on 11/10 to give another chance- jyst walked out left my cart in front of 2nd floor check out lanes- 500$ worth of merchandise. Never coming back to this location, miserable, rushed by employees at 11pm when store closes at midnight. All aisles are blocked at this time in home goods area- hate this location . Do not utilize the photo printing services here. It is horrible. There seem to be only a few employees that are trained to operate the equipment and in my one encounter with this service, they even neglected to turn on the printer. After submitting the same order five separate times, my one hour photo experience became a three hour nightmare. I would give this store amenity zero stars if I could. read more

Target: the scene of many, many childhood disappointments, has become, in my adulthood, the place were I can buy six cans of dog food, seven pairs of socks, a sieve and two canvas bags for thirty dollars. And really, that's all one needs to say about Target. It's been around for longer than I, and as I get older it seems that they just carry more and more random stuff to keep my household running! In comparison to other Target locations, this one is pretty clean. The downside of the high standards of the staff is that you cannot leave your cart unattended for three minutes. If you try to leave it at the end of the isle while you browse it will likely be gone when you return. Also, please don't be the asshole who tries to park on the first or second floor. There is no where to park on the first level AND those suckers who park on level two have to take an elevator into the store anyways! SUCKA! that's what you get for slowing me down on the way to the third floor!!! read more
