Thought I would give this location another try. Did curbside pick up and didn't realize half my order that I was charged, was missing. Usually if an item is no longer in stock they would tell you on the app and refund you automatically. So half my items not being in my bag wasn't a stock issue, it was an employee issue not doing their job or not paying attention and probably placing it in another customers bag. Just get rid of curbside pickup at this location if you can't do it efficiently. People use the dedicated parking spots as normal parking spots anyways. read more

I'm shocked right now. I just left Target after running in for a quick errand and heard cashiers (who were standing around the self check out) loudly complaining about Target's guests. How they don't have to serve us if they don't want to. How much dislike they having customers. I was appalled that they were saying these things on the floor! I resigned myself to notifying a manager once I finished my purchases. On my way to the service desk, I saw the customer service MOD flirting and laughing with the same complaining girls so I knew there was no point. As you can see Staff of Target do not clean the shelves especially in the food Department, this can cause many types of sicknesses to others. The fact is when an Employee was notified about the napkins he said "Oh well if you get sick that's on you". Ummm no that's a law suit against target if someone were to get sick. I would recommend not to go to Target of Vallejo CA, although they just remodeled obviously they don't care about the health and sanitary of the building. This is my go-to place to get all my essential needs from toiletries to food/water. I hear stories about fighting and shooting going on around in the parking lot are but it's a big plaza with restaurants and clothing stores and what not. But as far as I experienced it's a pretty safe environment and family friendly. Never seen anything shady going on here, lots of kids and old folk folk shop here too. Been treated as respectful and kind as one can ask for every time I shop here. Good deals, great Starbucks, excellent variety of items. Very clean and organized too. Guess them stories just come with the territory I been told countless times since I got to Vallejo that the city's got problems with violence and thievery but then again you tell me which city is squeaky safe. The staff members at this location are very rude and not even trying to make any attempt to make sure the customers have a positive or even a satisfactory experience business. I purchased a laptop computer for almost $500 with my debit card and before I purchased the item I asked the tech at the electronics section if I would have any problems returning it if it ended up being the wrong computer because if it was the wrong computer I would have to go somewhere else and purchase the right computer. The staff member insured me and reassured me numerous times that NO as long as I brought it back to the same store especially if it was the same day I will be able to get my money back no questions asked. Lo and behold it was the wrong item so about 2 hours later I came back to return the item and was told that it's a store policy that they cannot refund me my money until the next day??!!! Except I in fact know that their return policy actually requires you if you paid with a card of any kind to return at the same store only if it's the same day because their system does not complete or finalize the transaction within the target database that goes and connects to every store until the next business day however the original store has the transaction information within their system as soon as the transaction happens. I actually had to call Target's corporate office explain the situation to them and have them tell the "team member" at this location to refund me my money and not make me wait until tomorrow and THEY REFUSED TO FOLLOW CORPORATES INSTRUCTION. Just last Sunday I was doing my normal target shopping when my purse was snatched while I was at their express lane. There are criminals everywhere- I totally get that I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. However!! Target did very minimal to ensure my safety- before, during, or afterwards. I had to proactively call them to ask them the next day to let them know that a police report was filed and asked why there were no security guards at the front of the store. Rhonda and Isaac, their store manager and head security, said that the time that I was there which was around noon, is when their security guards take their lunch!! What's the point then right? If it was possible to give this Target a zero I would. I stopped there this morning to purchase a wireless router/modem. The guy working there instructed me that all the routers were wireless. When I got to Mendocino called internet co to hook it up they told me it's not wireless. I called the store to speak with a manager and the operator kept hanging up on me. Then she put me on hold forever. When I called back she said her manager was busy. When I asked her the name of the manager she wouldn't give it to me. How do these people have jobs? Really like this location even though I know many people consider this place to be a little sketch. Just don't come late at night and there should be no problem feeling unsafe. It is always well stocked on clothes, food and all other items. I have bought a few faulty items, but not due to the stores fault, but due to the company who made the product. I have never really needed help in the store, but at the same time, I have never had an employee approach me and ask if I needed any help. Their website claims they exchange gift cards for Target cards. They don't. Not unless their 'tech guy' is scheduled to work. Sooooo those new express lanes... Suck! I had four items. The only reason I chose to use the damn express lane was because they had two registers open with really long lines and no one else was opening them up...so The first three items scan and the fourth item scans but because it's on clearance it doesn't ring up. Soooooo I need someone to help me apparently well finally after being ignored someone helps me... Says to ring up that item I need to go to a register and wait in line or the photo department. If I don't leave my house all day, Target is an outing. I walk up and down the aisles and never leave empty handed. I usually have to get a basket instead of a cart so I don't buy too many things. Love the $1-$3 section when you first walk in. It always has cute season/holiday appropriate items to browse through! This Target has food and snacks. Nice! Service is okay. They also have security in the parking lot to make sure your vehicles are safe and to keep the homeless out. Bathrooms were clean and the checkout lines are short. My husband went to Target with my birthday list and came home saying whatever you do online tell them Target rocked! What, Target? Yep. I haven't been to the VALLEJO location in a very long time. First let me say I like target clothes, nice product for a decent price..especially for babies and kids. It was chaos when I went this last time. The store looks like it's being remodeled of some sort but for the boy section everything was everywhere... I felt like I was at a Ross or DD's discount store. The Store manager or lead was having a team huddle right on the floor in the woman's section so I didn't want to be rude or bother them by trying to look at clothes of where they were.. I feel like that should be in the back of the store away from the customer.. I didn't really need to know the problems or what they are working on... lines were decent but the store is just totally unorganized. Remodeling can be a hassle but at least have things organized and displayed properly especially if your still open for business.. it took me 15 minutes to look through panties for me to just give up because I was tired of searching through everything.... hopefully things will be better when they finish remodeling read more

So my daughter and I are at the front of the line at Target to go in and an emergency room RN goes up to the door in full scrubs with a hospital ID and asks the employee if it's ok she cut the line because it was announced that they can. She's told no I'm sorry the line isn't very long. I look at the employee and say are you fuken kidding me? I told the nurse to go in front of me she said no but thank you I'll just go to Costco. I knew Target would have a greater selection based on memory. Every year in the back to school section, they also have a couple aisles of dorm necessities. I was not disappointed this afternoon and was delighted to see that without fail, they had a well stocked HUGE dorm section. Target sold me a used expired baby car seat. I purchased the car seat 2 weeks ago and I didn't look at the car seat after I took it out of the box. Today my wife saw it and told me it is missing pieces. She took a look at it and noticed it was expired and old. It looks like the car seat was used but cleaned up and repackaged to sell. Disgusting!
