Yesterday, I found out that I had company coming over in three hours! One of those first hours was spent at Target. There is nothing like getting cleaning inspiration from great-smelling cleaning products and upscale hand soap! This Target is awesome for getting household products. Sometimes they have great deals on clothes and $4.99 flats (that last you three months). I get almond milk here and just spend time browsing! Not a huge fan of their Starbucks here though. Almost every time I drive in to this Target, I notice glass in one of the parking lot spaces. I also have seen a couple fender benders in the middle entrance. So be extremely alert because someone else might not be! read more

You would think customer service would be a little more friendly. I was searching for a board game online and found it was available in store locally. So I drove to the store where I found the game for a different price, this isn't the first time this has happened. So I went to the customer service counter where they will adjust the price to reflect what their weekly add says. The lady behind the counter was extremely short with me and said the price is the price, and she wouldn't honor the Internet price for target.com she said I would have to buy it on line and pick it up in store instead. Although it was a headache I began the process, after getting to the checkout page and creating an account I get told by another stellar customer service agent that there's no reason to wait for the game that they won't even give it to me within two hours of me buying it online because it has to be pulled from inventory. I still had the game in hand....so I canceled my order and bought it on amazon. I try to shop locally but in the case of target, I won't be back unless I have to. read more

They ALWAYS have problems with the lines here, there is never enough open. They have two check outs usually open and 25 lanes....something needs to change! read more

This is a huge Target. They have a nice selection but never have enough cashiers to check you out. I always have to wait about 10 minutes.

This is my local target, its pretty good albeit a bit understaffed. Everything is always well stocked. Most of the staff are friendly as neighbors bar two employees, Abram and this lady Damarice or Damris or whatever. Avoid those two like the plague but the only reason I single them out is because how awful they are . Other than that best target in Tucson read more

I want to give you -100 stars because you take all my money and make me broke, buying things I don't need. 3 new candles when I went for eyeliner? Yep... it happened. It happens every weekend. read more

Yahoo recently ranked target as the third lowest paying company in the USA (Walmart and mcdonalds are 1 and 2). Maybe this explains why their is always a line of people at the checkout, and shopping carts dispensed throughout the parking lot. Why does a huge store like this not have an express lane or automated self checkouts either? The workers have always been friendly, even the chain smokers who hang out front. Just wish they had more workers around when I needed to find something or had a question. I really like target, but maybe just because it's not wallyworld. read more

autumn has given me the best customer service of my life!!! went way beyond to help me :):) definitely my favorite target !

Brian helped us find a game at another store, called, and had it held for us. Took initiative, wasn't even asked to. Thank you!

First of all, ive never once written review for a place no matter, but i was so disgusted by how I was treated at this location because I was wearing comfy clothes i.e. hoodie and jeans, I was followed around so closes that I actually ran into the undercover person, also they had broken merchandise sitting on the shelf that I had cut my finger on, so I walked over and politly let them know it was broken and asked for a bandage. As I was walking away to wash the cut they were chatting rather loudly that I had broken the merchandise and refused to fess up. Lastly when I was finally leaving I had a worker standing 3 feet watching my every move. I will safely say I will never return to target, if you suspect someone of something confront, don't ruin their whole experience because of what they are wearing. read more

They always have what I need in stock, the store is always clean, and the staff are super friendly.

Really nice, big, new Target. They have everything. I still hate Target though.

It's a Target. There are some good parking spots for the handicapped but they could use some more. They have two handicapped motorscooters, they need more of those too I think. read more

Yay! My favorite Target. This place is HUGE and has a great grocery section as well as other houseware items. It is clean, the parking lot is large and accomadating, and the employees are helpful. Highly recommend. read more

Just want to give a HUGE shout out to Yvette! I know this time of year is crazy, especially at a Super Target but when my coupons didn't work out she took time to make sure I received my discounts and kindly explained (more than once, thanks girl!) how exactly it all was applied. Thanks also to the cash register woman, she was very kind. two thumbs up! Coming from the customer service industry, I love when people are kind, patient, and knowledgeable! read more

I like this Target because of the produce and the fresh herbs! They also have a great selection of cooking oils. The customers you gotta watch out for ...really rude...I've seen some of them throw stuff on the floor. (must be this area, hmm) The employees are helpful and actually pick stuff up off the floor ! YAY! They actually smile at you , too! YAY! I hear they don't get paid well, so that's asking a lot,..booo! I have the longest wait at the check-out , booo! 25 lanes and 2 cashiers? COME ONNN! And because this is Super Target , everyone and their brother has a fully loaded cart...so yeah....30 minutes later I might be done, and then I forget what else I needed to do...yawn read more

Your standard target, but my favorite of the Tucson options.

Love Target. Something for every room, every need, and here..some groceries as well. Not the best price for meats, but in a pinch it fits the bill. read more

I enjoy their store but DO NOT sign up for their RED CARD, its a joke! My husband manages our payments and they have lost payments twice, i have had to pay double on the payment and am still waiting on two payments to be credited. They stated they sent a replacement card and I never received it, that is when i found out once again they lost a payment. I will use my real bank cards in the future thank you! closed this account pronto! read more

I love this store. My favorite place to shop. The associates are very friendly and always offering assistance.

This is my favorite Target! Food prices are competitive with nearby grocery stores. Great deli and bakery. Easy layout. Helpful staff. And their shopping carts are the best! read more

Salesfloor staff is great, but the cashiers suck. Definitely skip the extremely obese male cashier. He throws your bags in the basket because he doesn't have much mobility. My bread was squashed and dish washing liquid upside down leaking. He really should work in another part of the store. read more

I visited your store at 4040 N Oracle Rd in Tucson, AZ at around 10:15 AM this morning. I was there to shop, and planned on spending money, and generally tried to enjoy my day off. It has been a stressful week. I glance over to someone who enters the aisle I am in at the time. The gentleman I see starts shoving merchandise, specifically perfume, into a duffle bag he found in your store, and then makes his way to the front of the store. I lock eyes with another customer, and ask if she witnessed what I had. She confirmed. I followed this man to the front AS QUICKLY as I could. I called out the first employee I could find, but the shoplifter walks right past 4+ employees standing around, and right out the door. I am shaken at this point, but return to shopping feeling accomplished for notifying someone as fast as I could. From two aisles away, I can hear your store manager LOUDLY telling a customer I should have done more to stop the shoplifter. I made my way to the front again, and confronted your manager, who raised her voice at me in front of other customers. I was so appalled, I raised my voice in return and promptly left the store. I didn't know as a shopper at your stores, that I also have be a member of your security team. I tried calling the store to address this and was hung up on. I tried calling corporate and was rushed off the phone. I will not be returning after being a long time customer and that saddens me. Worst part is? I was trying to help you. Next time, I'll just let the bad guys walk away, like your store manager did. Bummed that a large corporation like you, refuses to take customer feedback seriously. Oh well, I shopped at Walmart instead. read more

Target has cool stuff but they have horrible cashier's one had to count the money 4 times for only 20 dollar bills.and another one put to many juice box packs in a bag and it liked a juice box witch leaked allover the bag.then another person was bagging way too many stuff in a bag and not double bagging stuff so my mom said could you not bag too many stuff in a bag and so he got all mad and started bagging one item in a bag and slamming it down and he has an attitude so target hires horrible people read more

I unfortunately was charged a hefty late fee, just opened up the Red Card and forgot that I had opened up this credit card and when I talked to C/S and Supervisor they wouldn't understand and could give me no help, they had a canned speech and wouldn't budge although I have had my bank, other credit cards, etc. be more humane and understanding being the first time. Closing my account and will not be using Target anymore, I have spent loads of money especially in their Optical Department but will go out of my way to go elsewhere! read more

I ran into this target shopping and hoping to grab a starbucks coffee while there. There was myself and one other customer, a friend of the managers', and she was evidently more interested in telling him about her private life, pg, marriage being a manager etc. then even notifying me she would be with me in a minute. Saved myself $5 on that one. PASS IT BY read more

This target is nice although it hasn't been remodeled. Unfortunately I will try not to shop here again. Sunday the cash register had a problem which the store manager and customer support could not figure out how to correct. The problem resulted in three debits to my account which they verified however could not resolve. After a lengthy time in the store many excuses why they couldn't fix the issue I went home with the assurance it would be resolved and I would get a call by 2:00 PM the next day. No call and three people later and hours spent on the phone the issue has not been resolved. The money has been taken from my account and no one has any idea how to correct it. I am currently on hold again with guest relations as I type this. Good Luck if you have an issue wave good bye to your cash and get ready to hear a host of problems. You will learn the store manager isn't available, they are short handed, the person in charge has to close the store, the guest relations person left one hour ago and is hourly, they can't contact a manager once she leaves......haven't mentioned the excuses received on the phone at the 1-800-440-0680. read more

This target is the best on town, the customer service there is excellent and I feel welcomed every time I go to this target location.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! A couple weeks ago I witnessed an appalling display of violation of civil rights. A young lady was leaving the store and security apparently thought she was shoplifting. Whether or not she had is besides the point. Two ununiformed security guards grabbed her at each arm and tackled her to the ground. They were telling her to stop resisting. But it was clear she was not. If anything she was simply trying to hold her dress down so as to not expose everyone of her more private areas. They grabbed her so tight she was screaming from pain. I heard her say she was not resisting and would give everything back. I know shoplifting is wrong but the way security handled her was violent and unnecessary. She was about 130 lbs and no taller than 5'6". She was held down with excessive force by two men easily double her weight. She was trying to be cooperative but security blew the situation way out of proportion. They handcuffed her which I'm not sure is legal considering they are not police officers. Being that they were not in Target uniforms, they could have been anybody. How would an individual know they were not being kidnapped or seized by strangers? Their attitudes were sickening, and actions were clearly civil rights violations. And although it appears she may have been shoplifting, what they did to her was assault. Quite frankly, I hope she sues and Target has the gusto to apologize and drop any charges (if there are any against her). DO NOT SHOP at this Target. Because if they even suspect you of shoplifting you could be assaulted and your body exposed in humiliating ways. My prays to that girl. read more
