Went to Temecula I needed a couple things. All of the staff and the cashiers were very nice and welcoming. I do have to give a shout out to Kayla in customer service she went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience. I came back a couple of hours after I purchased some things and didn't end up using. I tried returning them but my receipt wouldn't pull up because it was too close to have the transaction check out. She went and personally searched for my receipt and made sure that I could do my exchange. I am very thankful for her superb service, she is willing to go above and beyond and that can be rare! read more

I don't always post a review but I'm doing this because I don't want others to experience the rudeness I encountered with one of their associates. I went around 11am on Dec 21 at Target in Rancho Cal and as I was getting the last cart I heard a "No no no no no!" I turn around looking where was that coming from and I proceeded to getting the cart. She again said "No no no no!" Then I realized this older lady working there telling me "No" to the cart. So I asked why? She simply said I can't have it. I told her it's the last cart there. Then she said "No you can't have it!" Confused and wondering I asked again why, she said "it's broken". I told her she could've told me that in the beginning instead of "NO NO NO NO NO!" Treating me like a kid! Then she said "I don't need to explain to you!" How rude! Well, this saddens me to say but the Temecula Target has really missed the mark. I had a pleasant trip around the store, ignoring the remodel and usual store inconsistencies. My son was getting hungry so I grabbed a bag of chips at the register and started unloading. As most people know, Target is a popular place with moms and I started chatting with the one in front of me. We were having a friendly discussion when the most obnoxious cashier interrupted us. He must have pushed for the Target Red card at least a dozen times. Even telling me to tell HER what a good deal it is. She gave him a gift card and he didn't even run it. And when she asked him why he just brushed it off and said oh you can use it next time! Mind you, this was before he even got to my items. I was purchasing gifts for my daughter and he proceeded to comment on each and every item. His judgmental little quips were complete with more pushy comments about the red card. I told him to please stop about the card and he proceeded to tell me he "likes to see how many times he can mention it to each person". I shudder to think about how many people sign up just to shut him up. I asked him to cool it with the comments and judgmental remarks and he said it makes for "more interesting conversation". I even mentioned how his manager wouldn't like it and he was not phased at all. I am so disappointed that this behavior is tolerated. Rude remarks about how much things are, how "no one wears these anymore" for my kids gifts and when I told him I only need one bag he proceeded to try and charge me extra. Like this kid needs to be put on cart duty or stocking because he needs a slice of humble pie and a muzzle. I'm not trying to be blunt but I was visibly uncomfortable and I expressed that and he kept going. That mouth is going to get Target in some hot water if he's allowed to continue. I've been looking for a chrome book, laptop or iPad or Samsung A8. I purchased an HP lap top from BestBuy yesterday, that' I returned today for performance reasons. I arrived at this Target at about a quarter till 9 pm there was a young woman behind the counter arranging some things. She never approached me to ask me if I needed assistance. Mind you I was one of two customers in this department. I found the Chromebooks and right away I spotted the one I was going to purchase. I walked over to the counter and the young woman was gone. I must've walked back and forth from the register to the laptops, I don't 2-3 times; 20 mins later, still on sales associate in sight. Finally I got tired of waiting for a sales associate that was never going to show up. Needless to say, I'll be making that purchase elsewhere. read more

This store is RED. Those from the world of Target will know what that means. From what I can see... they are RED in every metric they have. Granted, they are going through a remodel right now, so I'm sure things are in a bit more disarray than normal... but outside of the remodel area, the store just looks bad. The end caps are sloppy, soft lines is a wreck, electronics is typical (multiple employees sitting behind the counter BS'ing), p-fresh and fridges are out of multiple items pretty much always. And recently, my wife and I came in and experienced pretty much the most obnoxious cashier in the front lanes ever. His name was Cd. Target STL or above... if you are reading this, get this kid out of the front lanes before he offends someone (I'd be shocked if he hasn't already). read more

I can always depend on Target to have quality merchandise at a reasonable price. So Walmart is more affordable but the quality at Walmart isn't that great in my opinion. I wish Target had more of a sporting goods section like Walmart. I like the mens department here at Target just because they have decent clothing and the prices are nice on my wallet. It did suck that Target was hacked but it happens to the best so I understand I just hope they do more to make sure it doesn't happen again. They now close at 11pm during the week which is amazing because I know some people just can't make it before closing. Some of my favorite things about Target is the employees are pretty helpful, the products they carry like Method and Dr. Watkins. An employee stopped me mid-shopping to ask "how I planned on paying" for my stuff. I'm positive this isn't typical (I've been to other Targets in different areas and none have done this--pre- and during this pandemic.) There were other people in the same areas as me also shopping and Id like to note that none of them received the same question. I wasn't ready to pay, I wasn't indicating that I was done with shopping so I'm confused as to why 1.) an employee questioned my ability to pay and 2.) I felt followed by other employees as I walked throughout the store. I was buying groceries and some kitchen supplies so I'm very confused and I left feeling very uncomfortable. It's sad when the bathrooms in Walmart are markedly cleaner then the bathroom in target. The men's room had one functional sink that looked like Biden shaved his back in it. The drain was clogged with long stringy hair. The floor was covered in urine. Pretty pathetic, do better! read more

This place was such a wreck I gave up and went elsewhere to find what I was looking for. Did the drive up method for picking up my online order, accidentally went to the wrong store after the worker told me it was at another store. After I got to the correct Target store on Business Park Drive, I waited 15 mins still pressing the "I'm here" button I call one of the workers over to ask about my order. I found out that they make you start over the process that you do to pick up your order so that it resets the clock for the order so it makes them look like they "give you your order on time" so it doesn't make them look bad. Also not to mention they didn't even give me a bag for my item so it doesn't get damaged especially since they did it for others that had a one item to. read more

Although this Target is older than the one in Murrieta, off of California Oaks, but it's still a good place. They don't have the Pizza Hut food in this store but they do have other snacks to much on like: pitas, mac & cheese, mini pizzas, pretzels, popcorn, and fries. They have a good variety of things, whether its hair products or toys, greeting cards or linens, they have just about everything. I like scouring through their clearance items located usually at the end of the aisles. The cashiers always have a smile when they check me out. Don't throw away your receipt! You can win a $5000 giftcard if you fill out their survey online. Look at the receipt for details. Lots of good parking too. Plenty of restaurants nearby if you don't want their food. read more

Employees chit chat about wanting to retire and are busy gossiping about how much they hate their job rather than offer you help or assistance in finding an item . This is for this target as well as all surrounding and target in general. I appreciate them so much during this pandemic. The drive up option is so easy. So quick. I've never had a missing item. I've never waited more than five minutes most. The delivery people are so friendly and appreciated! Always running in and out. Waiting with order no matter the weather. One mishap this Christmas season with my bag being mixed up w another, and they handled it so well I was very grateful for the effort. They're online chat assistance with a delivery order was unbelievably helpful as well. Deliveries are so quick. Target is #1 source for me this year/pandemic season. The easier option would've been to just walk out the door because even though there were 2 employees and 4 registers, we were sent to the front of the store where we waited over 20 minutes in line because there were only 2 registers open on a Sunday afternoon. They totally screwed up this store when they added on and renovated it. They took over an empty store next door, added to their space pretty nicely, but they don't know how to utilize space at all. They have more space and less stuff. How does that make any freaking sense? And their prices went up! They're trying to set a shopping experience, but it went completely downhill. Can't stand shopping here anymore, and I was a true Targetonian. Not anymore. It's sad. Their grocery area is pathetic as well. I hate the fact that people who shop here have to go elsewhere to get everything they need! It doesn't have to be this way! Maximize space Target - go back to the older version, and add all that you can for a 1 Stop Shop. You have a larger store somewhat close that has so much more. I wasn't going to write a review but because I need laundry detergent I figured I'd see when Target closes and I started to read the reviews. So here I am, at home, writing a review when I should be driving to Target before they close at 11pm so I don't have to load up my 6 kids tomorrow morning and do it while my husband is golfing his life away. Besides that, I have been shopping at this Target for a good 25+ years. I love this store. I like the employees and I think the employees at the check out lines are on point. They even ask where the rest of my kids are when I bring half in...that's pretty freaking awesome. I think it's clean and well stocked and yeah, sometimes the carts are dirty but that's because people are nasty and can't manage the super easy process of cleaning up after themselves. My kids spill in the cart and I clean it up because that's my job as a decent human being. Other than that, I like this store and it's employees and I've always had good experiences at this Target. read more

Your typical location. The produce was very picked over and had limited organic options (on everything. Example: ZERO organic spices). The cashier was in her own world and so slow I could have ran a few laps around the building. But I stayed patient and smiled politely (not that she looked up or made eye contact once). I typically give 5 stars but I've been to 5 star locations and can't say this was one. Although... pandemic. So wouldn't rate it less as we all need to be understanding right now. They had what I needed (drawer liner, other random items for a new house). Line outside but it moved fast. Tried to purchase an item from the website, and pick it up in the store. So I chose the merchandise, placed it in the cart, and the site went down. So I opted for the chat, and the chat person tried it, and said that I removed the item from my cart, but it had a purchase number for reference, which I gave to him. I purchased a MicroSoft Xbox live card and I pay for it and go on my way. The next day my son goes to redeem the card it says it's not activated. I call and they say call Microsoft, so I call them, they tell me to go back to store and have it activated. Being from Oceanside and having a change of plans at the last minute (my cousin convinced me to stay for a bonfire and it was pretty cold outside. So I stopped in and ended up buying some cute clothes while on the hunt for a warmer hoodie than one I was already wearing. It was super hot in there, which is probably why I got a weird look from some employees I approached to ask where I could find hoodies not cropped when I was already sweating like crazy (due to my internal thermostat being broken- I'm always too hot or too cold hence the hoodie hunt) from trying to locate some in the trendy sections. I just wish people wouldn't look at me like I was some kind of crack head when I'm going through things like that which already makes me super uncomfortable between my health and my mask I was burning up but knew I'd freeze at the bonfire. Today I went back for a return. I did not have a receipt and I only had one tag on my return. The lady that helped me Brenda, was so helpful! She was able to use my credit cards to research recent purchases placed on the cards and was able to locate the item purchase. I was able to get my money back for the purchase. I did not expect this, and am extremely satisfied with my experience. I initially rated this Target location with a one star review because I felt like I had been mistreated by employees. But after this visit, I feel like I can come back into this location and be treated like a human being... and in this case, like a customer who is valuable. Thank you Brenda, you made my experience very pleasant and I will definitely return again. Worst target in the riverside county. Some of the employees have major attitudes. I used to live down in san diego area and I never faced such issues with the target there. Is it my fault if the cash register takes the coupon when its supposedly not supposed to? Like fix the machine then and move on. The problem is Target does not trust its floor level employees and worse yet its shift managers to make simple decisions. I am a 64 year old man who could not buy a bottle of wine because he left his lic at home. It had been a while since I shopped at Target, this one being my go to location. I walked into the newly remodeled store and immediately thought "wow this is different"- not bad, but not as comfortable to ease into as a shopping experience. Although I was able to seek out my intended purchase, I felt a bit indecisive looking through the merchandise available. Liquor department on the other hand was a bit too inviting. Easy on the eye in navigating product. The staff was cordial and accommodating. Less dressing rooms available, but the wait was nothing to become impatient about. These are the reasons, why I hate Target now. Especially this one store in particular! The manager here is an ass!!! My Family and I had to return a printers ink. Since we got the wrong one and same as the printer, however when we tried to return it the Manager refused and denied it. We then went to the electronics area of the store, when once again we're hoping to return something since we also had to return the wrong printer back, which we had at Best Buy. Which they at least gave us store credit! But not here apparently. The workers here too are always noisy or don't care about the customers at all! They have an awful return policy. To which my Family couldn't believe and neither could I. Wondering how this store is still in business. So we talked to the workers over at the electronic center, they're also rude by the way. Then calling the manager to see about the return policy. Surprise, surprise it was that lady from earlier!!! This jerk still denied about the returning fee. Which also explained that in some Target stores, they would at least allow returns with store credit. However, in this store, they don't. Hence why they're still in business seeming as well. Their awful corprect scams, with their policy somewhat makes them still afloat. By the way, the manager here doesn't look all great either. Just saying, you know if you saw her and the other workers there in the scene as well. She might want to check herself out, before she starts running on people with their corrupted polices. So afterwards, my Family and I left the store all furious and upset by their disgusting practices! With their returning policies here. We head out to a different Target store, which thankfully allowed us to return our item. With store credit as well. So I will highly say this about this Target Store, never go here ever!!!
