Today was a new drop in Pokémon items. Target knows that Pokémon fans are outside in the early hours to try and beat scalpers and get some product. Store opens at 8am, and there was already a line of people waiting for the distributor to deliver Pokemon stuff. All day the workers had been telling everyone that they weren't sure of what time this distributor was going to arrive. (No one expects them to actually say what they know). The security guard even told one person that he wasn't allowed to speak about it. Okay. Cool. No problem, well after waiting a whopping almost 7/8 hours THEN the employees start saying "oh, well there was a delivery yesterday". I used to love going to Target. It has changed in the past few years so much. It seems like you are making a boutique store which you should not try to do. Had a great experience at Rancho CA Target today. I've been looking for a basketball hoop for my kids and tried Dick's (too expensive) and Costco ( nothing in store). Swung by Target on the off chance they'd have something in stock and hit the jackpot. Got a nice portable, adjustable set for $229 ( -5% with my RedCard). Not only do I feel like I got a good price for a decent quality set, two guys from the back loaded it into the bed of my truck. I have been coming to this target for years and I absolutely love it! It is always clean and for the most part fully stocked. I wish they had more to offer in the bullseye section but it is a smaller target compared to the ones in Murrieta. I like that they have a Starbucks so you can get your drink before or after your shopping trip. Araceli is a great cashier speaks both English and Spanish and is so nice, friendly and helpful! I mean what girl doesn't like Target ? I get alot of my essentials here from shampoo to groceries. It's a one stop shop. Not to mention if you sign up for the red debit card it can be linked to your account like a debit card and you get 5% off every time you use it. Another bonus, sign up for the Target circle app and get coupons instantly. They have bonus promotions if you make a certain amount of purchases a certain amount of times you get an extra gift card. The customer service is horrible. Some workers are great, but lately, I see a lot of workers standing around, gossipping. Today, this one worker was openly and loudly complaining about another worker saying that "it's not hard for them to work the cash register." Stopped in during my lunch to check out a few household furniture and Christmas gifts. I was looking for a specific end table and every Target that stocked the end table was just not up to my standards. I saw that it said it was out of stock at this store online, but I decided to check anyway since I was in the area. I ended up finding it here, and they price matched their online pricing with no issues. I also found some Christmas gifts, the aisles were stocked and customer service was great. Parking here can be a hit and a miss, I prefer to park far and I don't mind the walk. I just noticed a lot of customers would not put their carts in the designated spots (big peeve of mine) so there were a ton of carts in random spots in the parking lot. read more

The women's bathroom at your Temecula store is constantly dirty. I go to this Target in Temecula (on Rancho California Road), every week, to shop and I kid you not, every time I walk into this restroom, it's the same story every time - used tampons, plastic tampon covers, toliet seat covers, bathroom tissue and other "things" on the floor - either from women who don't clean up after themselves or others who don't care and just drop it on the floor and expect Target staff will clean up after them! However, it is the duty and responsibility of Target staff to CLEAN THE RESTROOMS and not the customers. Although to be honest, I have done my part by picking things up before - and that is no lie! On numerous times, I have alerted staff that the restrooms need service. The worst problem was yesterday on 8/20/21 around 4:30 PM - there was no toliet paper to be found and there were children who had to desperately use their facilities. So another lady and myself alerted staff and it took them over 5-6 minutes to bring some paper into the restroom. I made a couple attempts to get some from the men's room, but it was occupied with a male occupant and I couldn't enter. So we waited? I almost went to the back of the store and grabbed some off the shelves. Staff was very slow in their weak attempt to fix the problem and their attitude was very nonchalant. This type of attitude is unacceptable! Additionally, there does not appear be a cleaning schedule worksheet affixed to the inside door, showing a cleaning schedule. This is a chronic problem with this store! The Store Managers are not managing and you have failed in your duties! Also, there is alot of "red target shirts" walking around, but oddly enough they never seem to make it into the restroom to address it. A loyal but frustrated Target customer! read more

I don't always shop at Target but I do come sometimes to get few items here and there. They always have a great variety of what I need and want. Store is really big and very organized! The pharmacy staff are always wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend this store! read more

Nadine at the phone counter was extremely patient in pushing through an order. There were multiple credit card rejections despite my seeing in real time there was more than enough availability, and also it appears in this day and age AT&T red flags accounts where not everyone has the same surname. Really, AT&T? Not Target's fault. But there is yet another issue: Target's wifi connection gets overloaded. That can be solved, Target. Through it all, Nadine held it all together, and finally after over an hour the order was completed. Thank you, Nadine. You are a great representative of TGT! read more

My family and I moved here a couple weeks ago, we were so excited to have target right across the street from us. We have been going there non stop and making orders since it's so convenient and we like target. Toda for dinner !!!!! I have Romain lettuce from target I open that wasn't open. I find the tiniest bug (maybe a nat) which was fine. I took that piece off and stuff washed the rest. THEN I find another BUG this one was as big as a quarter. Very very gross and it was in the crease of the lettuce in the middle. NOT SURE IF THEY CHECK OR CLEAN THERE FRUIT. OR THERE COULD BE BUGS. They really need to check it out. It ruined our dinner and there customers view of them. I didn't even wanna take a picture....makes me gag. I'm not trying to shame on them or anything but this definitely needed to be said and heard. read more

Wow! Been in my local Target many times. On my most recent visit I was really taken back. Upon entering the store with a mission (how men shop) I asked an associate where i might find the item i was looking for. She had a two way talkie and located my item in sporting goods and on which isle! Awesome! I've shopped here for bedding and towels before and was impressed with the quality and reasonable cost. Today I perused the towels on the way out. Been using the same olds for a while. Wow nice selections! Checked some mens clothes also. They carry a new brand called Good Fellow. Some cool looking mens clothes. Also lots of sports or warm up pants in fleece. Bought a pair. Also noticed the womens clothes on the pass by. Nice stuff, really trendy I thought. It is hard to believe that it has been at least 8 months since I was at Target. I know this because I became a dedicated Yelper in April/May and this is my first check in here. I love Target, but I guess I have moved on to online shopping, CVS, and (don't judge) Kohl's. Something about Target draws me in, and I always realize that I need much more than that one curling iron (or whatever that one item is that I came here for on any particular visit). I was lucky this time. I tried on clothes, I shopped, and all I bought was a curling iron and Christmas cards . . . and a cowl neck sweater. This Target is like any others. Snack shop, retail, pharmacy, grocery store. Cash register and self serve lines are always long. Because they sell groceries, they charge for bags. I love this Target! All of the customer service and pick-up employees are always sooo nice - especially the young woman with the curly hair. This store just got a major facelift and I'm obsessed! I feel rich and fancy AF when I shop now. They've also expanded their offerings to include more Black hair products, which I'm here for. They even have minis. I love this store. This is the best Target in Temecula. This is not up for debate. The staff here are so well organized and appear to at least run as a team. The aisles are always clean and baskets are consistently wiped down (thank you, you are appreciated because I can only imagine how you feel). This is NOT direct reflection of Target... BEWARE...we bought VISA gift cards at Target and they both were hacked. One was hacked before our first purchase and the other was hacked before we ever used it, so the number was not hacked online. They seem to get the number before we purchase the card. Also, the hacker only used a specific Target to use the money off this card, Target 11842. We have flied a dispute with the ViSA gift card and we have to fill out paper work and wait.to see if we get your money back. I am NEVER buying Visa gift cards from Target again!!!! This Target is officially the Ghetto target in the area. Lived here 26 years and watched this place continue to disintegrate in quantity and quality, especially management. This was the go to spot and yes I will run here for any random necessity needed, but for actually shopping for clothes, makeup, shoes, etc ., I would rather drive to the Target off Clinton Keith. The aisles are always messy, clothes on the floor, trash on shelves, clothes hanging off their hangers , and the shelves seem to me always half empty or empty. Can't find anything here anymore, nor does the place look presentable to look through. It's a shame to see this original target JUST LET GO of itself. read more

No one knows where anything is at. The only nice employee I've encountered is the older gentleman who works at the Starbucks inside target. I also purchased some sandals that were on clearance and the cashier rung them up full price when the barcode wasn't scanning, didn't realize until I arrived home. Not worth going back to fix since they'll most likely not know how to do a price adjustment. Rather go to another location but unfortunately this is the nearest one. We were having issues with self checkout. Nobody came for literally 5 min. Trying to make eye contact with either employees and they didn't bother to call for help. I'm home now and left an item near guest services that I paid for. The phone has been ringing for over 9 min and counting. This Target is an absolute disaster. Not a single person available to answer a simple question such as where can I find the women's night wear section. I would try to walk up to a worker and they were way to busy to notice the person in front of them. Target as a whole has gone down hill after they tried to reinvent the store. We got robbed by Target employees! At least that is what I call it when you buy $200 in gift cards from Target for Christmas gifts on 12/21 and while they sit under your tree they are drained by someone at Target making Target transactions without the physical card...number or CVV ...for the exact amount of the cards. Tried to report it to the Store Manager Arnold who didn't seem surprised or to care. Something is going on at this store...I think it is a crime ring. read more
