I'm a huge fan of this Target, especially their curbside pickup. It's fast, smooth, and honestly one of the easiest pickup experiences around. I order in the app, pull into a spot, tap "I'm here," and they're usually out within minutes--sometimes shockingly fast. The employees are always friendly, upbeat, and efficient, even when the store looks busy. Orders are accurate, well-packed, and I've never had an issue with missing or damaged items. It's such a lifesaver when you're short on time or just don't feel like going inside. This location clearly has curbside pickup down to a science. Consistent, convenient, and stress-free--exactly what I want from Target. I'll keep coming back! read more

My review is for Target Online ordering and drive-up pick up. I love this experience! Place your order online, choose the drive-up option and an alternative pick up person if you need to. When you are alerted, your order is ready you let them know you are on your way, you have a pop-up choice to add a Starbucks order at this time, you can decline or order if you would like. This last pick up I decided to order a latte. When you arrive, you park in a numbered spot and let them know you are there. You get a code that you show when your order is brought out. I was curious about the Starbucks Latte and the staff member came out with my target bag and a Starbucks bag. I showed my code and he gave me both orders through the window since they were both small. I typically have them put in the back. The Starbucks was a 4 cup drink carrier cut in half and the half fit perfectly in the bag, held the coffee, and they had one of the sip stick covers in it. Very clever! Glad this target is so close, first night at the new St. Louis house, need stuff for breakfast and dinner tonight. It's clean, decently laid out, and staff has been helpful and friendly. There are many grocery stores in the area so for real grocery hit one of those up. For a few essentials when needing other things this is a very nice option. Need a quick gallon of milk, a frozen pizza, or maybe some chicken breasts and pasta to throw together This works. I'm not living here full time yet and visits may be for two or three nights, I don't need a lot of food around. They of course have all the regular Target stuff, I look for sales on practical house stuff that I know I'll use. read more

Our car was stolen off of the lot on December 30. Police came but were unable to see the video surveillance as no manager was at the store from 8:30 pm until noon the next day. No one else at the store had the authority to view the video. I find it unbelievable that the store has no management present for those hours, especially during the holidays. read more

The BF and I stopped in here one weekend after leaving Costco's because I really needed a few supplies that I only get from Target and needed to exchange an item. The Customer Service was chill and laid back. I had no problem exchanging out. I was able to find my staples right away and get through the checkout lane with no problem. We also stopped in the little cafe area for popcorn and icee's. We love Target popcorn and cherry icee's from the cafe. It's beyond a great deal to get the combo. I was in today trying to do my normal shopping and had this lady harass us. Keep in mind we don't look like the typical norm people. Kept staring at us and looking at us nasty. She came and attacked and cussed us out in the middle of an aisle and would not back up. I did cuss her out because i'm obviously going to defend myself and security came and told us to leave without even trying to hear what happened on my side. I'm guessing because it was an old white entitled lady that reported us. I didn't get their names because they refused to hear anything from me. I called twice to get stuff figured out and their MANAGER hung up on me and wouldn't give me any explanation. Don't come to this target if you're an alt, lgbt+, or poc !!!!!!! Target is my Home Way from Home. This store is set up a little different than most stores in the area but it's always clean and neat. The staff is always helpful and visible. This is one of the biggest things that brings me to Target vs. other stores. Target is getting much better at providing a one stop shopping experience. My favorite section would have to be the Women's clothing area. They have any and everything and certain brands are geared towards the lower price point. read more

I like shopping at Target. Overall, this Target is clean and organized and easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and it is great that you can come to Target and shop so many departments in one store. I can pick up clothing, electronics and cleaning items in one trip. What I don't like is that they are frequently out of basic items and this is quite annoying. This doesn't just happen once in a while, it happens often. For example, they have been out of items like hairspray, dog food, certain candy, deodorant, dryer sheets, etc. I do very little online shopping and choose to support the brick and mortar stores, but it is frustrating to make multiple trips to return for items that were out of stock. read more

A banner on the front of this store currently asks customers to, "Please Excuse Our Mess While We Remodel". Request DENIED. The store is in a complete state of disarray. Dirty disarray. The aisles have been narrowed to comical proportions, while a very large section of the back of the store remains bare. Today when I was trying on clothes I was graced with the pleasure of overhearing the dressing room attendant yack loudly on the phone for a good 10 minutes. "I told him I'm pregnant, but he said, 'No, no you're not, you're just fat!' Can you BELIEVE he would talk to me that way?!" Mmm, yeah, actually I can believe it. Meanwhile, her boss was squawking to her over a loud walkie-talkie, which she ignored, along with an entire basket of clothing that needed to be folded and put back on the shelves. Very classy, Target, way to keep your associates professional. I come to this Target because the one closest to me expanded their grocery section and, in the process, drastically downsized their toiletry department. A girls gotta get her shampoo somewhere, right? Well, I won't be getting it here anymore. The toiletries have magically shrunk in the remodeling process, just like they did at my other Target. I'm guessing this remodeling means that this Target is expanding their grocery section, too. They have their reasons, I'm sure, but I don't go to Target to grocery shop. I go to Target to buy laundry detergent and shampoo and the other unmentionable products that are used for daily maintenance in a civilized society. Do you know what this means, Target? Do you? Went to target today to grab a couple essential items, a few minutes in, everywhere I walked or turned I saw this women and was being followed. At one point she came in the same isle as me and just stood there. I was so annoyed and uncomfortable I wanted to set my stuff down and leave. May I add on my end I am a browser I like to look around at everything and take my time but it was honestly degrading. There's a manager or assistant manager at this location .. I'm not entirely sure of her name - she's tall, thin, with short light hair. I went to return something one day and the clerk was having trouble processing the return (I don't recall exactly why) so the clerk ended up having to call the aforementioned management over. This person was hesitant to do so - and I soon found out why. The interaction between the clerk and management was so bizarre that my heart went out to the clerk. We've all been at a workplace where someone makes you feel small - but to belittle an employee in front of customers was something I'm glad I don't encounter regularly. Seeing this, I made sure to throw in some "no worries" and other niceties to try and assuage (at least in part) the tension. This is when her behavior became directed at me. The item I was returning (curtains) had been purchased the previous day. She made some snide comment about how old the return looked (to be completely honest, I did not re-fold the curtains as elegantly as they were folded upon purchase). Her tone was harsh and full of judgement. Baffled, I immediately replied "the receipt has a date and time for a reason." To which she rolled her eyes and stormed off into the back muttering. The clerk, now even more uncomfortable, repeatedly apologized to me. I assured the clerk I knew her behavior wasn't on anyone but herself and not to worry about it. At this point, the woman came out from the back door of the guest services area - still fuming. She said "PSYCHO" loudly and laughed as she walked away. In front of a line of at least 3 people behind me. Again the clerk apologized. It took me a while to consider shopping at that Target (or any other for that matter) again. But, figuring enough time had passed that she must surely have found herself on the unemployment line by now, I ended up at this Target the other day. To my shock, there she was. Luckily, I did not have to interact with her that day. But seeing she's still there, I felt compelled to finally write this review. read more

This is by far the best Target ever. It's pretty new, so it's incredibly clean and bright, and well, it's just nice. I love Target anyway, whether it's a ghetto Target or a nice new one, but this one is just, well, my favorite. The place is laid out like every other Target, but has a really good selection of baby clothes and a decent clothes selection for adults too. It's just a Target, so there's not much to say about it, you know. We have all been to them before, and they rarely (if ever) offer up any surprises, but this one just deserved a special mention on here...especially since no one had reviewed it yet! read more

April 6. Day 2 of Missouri lockdown. I needed sewing supplies for healthcare masks I am making. (BTW, they have no sewing notions.) But by now I'm in there so I picked up a few things. Realized while shopping that not ONE employee was wearing a mask. I asked the manager about this and he said they were 'on order.' I told him I would not return. Ever. The checker was using hand sanitizer between customers. Apparently they are out of disinfectant??? There was no way to disinfectant the cart when I got it. This store should not be allowed to be open. They are NOT protecting their customers. Avoid unless you are not afraid of coronavirus! read more

Plenty of parking... and the lot is set up much better than the Brentwood store. Inside, the store is being remodled and has an unkempt feel. Although the remodel is to expand the grocery section, it sure feels like the rest of the store is suffering. All in all, it's a target... you know what your getting. I love Target. I always find something there, even if I just go there to kill time. This is the closest one to my house and while I love that its been remodeled I do wish it had some more selection like some of their greatlands. One thing I dislike is that they discontinue your wedding registry right at 3 months of being married so if you register there you'd better print a list because you will have no way of accessing it after your wedding. I have stated it in other reviews of Target, I am a Target fan and have been one since I was a wee lad working in the the receiving department for part of my youth. This store is one of the better locations, its big yet easy to find things since the layout is similar to other stores. I like this location since it's in my old neighborhood and its enjoyable going back to it even though the things have changed over the years in the area. The store is clean and the employees although they like to talk a great deal to each other, are actually pretty helpful when you need them to be. My husband, baby daughter and I stopped in this Target location today to check out convertible car seats and grab some diapers. The store was clean and newly remodeled. I was disappointed that they appeared to be out of stock or almost out of several things, white onesies, hair bows and diapers. They did have a large selection of spring/Easter dresses. The most disappointing thing was the interaction with the cashier. She seemed to take it personally that my husband declined the Target credit card and went into a personal story about how it saved her a lot of money, even though there was a line of 3 people behind us. I know Target is not the only company trying to recruit customers to get their credit card but she was overly aggressive. A customer should be able to say 'no thanks' and not get a guilt trip. read more

I was very disappointed cause when I go to stores I look for quality and you just have the quantity. The customers were nice the employees were ify. I loves me some le Target (Tar-sjhay). But there is just something about this one that rubs me the wrong way. The customer service is really hit or miss. I got a notice in the mail from AAA saying that as a member I get a discount at certain places and Target was on that list. So, I went into daring mode and asked what I've never asked there before "DO YOU GUYS GIVE A TRIPLE A DISCOUNT??" *stands akimbo and proud* The cashier girl gave me the strangest look (possibly because I had my hands on my hips, my chest puffed out and a huge grin), tossed her hair and said "I don't know" in the sassiest way possible and that was that. I meekly said "Oh, ok..." and felt kind of steamed that she wouldn't even take the opportunity to find out from one of her fellow cashiers or supervisor. It really seems to be a running gig where asking a store associate where something is is just THE most inconvenient thing EVER. How dare I stop them mid stride to ask them where the restrooms/vacuum cleaners/picture frames are. The Targets in California are better.... read more

Look, I'll say it. The girls who work at Target are hot. They give Victoria's Secret a run for their money. One of the major distinctions between Wal-mart and Target (and there are many) is the physical attractiveness of their employees. With Wal-mart, generally speaking, they certainly aren't known for their attractive employees. But Target, oh Target. Those fresh young cuties in their tight khaki pants hugging their curvy bubble butts just right. Sometimes I gaze among the beautiful little starlets, and enter a daydream where all the Target girls take turns sitting on my face in those tight khakis - with the smell of rose pedals and daffodils on a breezy spring day seeping from their loins. Of course though, I would never act on such a thing. Unless of course I got the girl's full consent, which I'd never have a chance of getting because I'm too shy to talk to them in the first place. But maybe i have a shot, I don't know, I am an attractive guy with a beard. Stores are always clean and organized, and the products in aisles are always evenly zoned - but that's only because no one shops here, they are all shopping at Wal-mart and dirtying up the place LOL. For real though, how does this place even stay in business; it's always empty compared to a Wal-mart with roughly the same prices. I mean the Hampton one does good business, but the South County one has to do horrible business, the parking lot is never full, and its in a horrible location where you can't even see it from it's main road, Lindbergh, which would be fine it it were a dental office but it's a freakin' Target, what should be the main attraction of the whole strip area. Who's bright idea was it to move the location from the one by Ronnie's 20 Cine to this. Of course it looks new and clean, no one's ever in here lol. No but for real, I like Target. I don't know how the owner is paying his bills but that's his problem I suppose. Not much to say other than the target is close and is like all department stores. Most employees are nice but handful are also the entitlement type too. But that is pretty much everywhere with age bracket. Have not used the drive through pick up service but it is offered here. Also off the beaten path so pay attention to road signs. read more
