I really love Target when it comes to buying my daily neccessities and different feminine products. Their prices are fair and they offer a large variety to select from. I am especially excited that they have a small produce area that sells some different variety of fresh fruits. If anything, it's the crowd there that sometimes ruin the shopping experience. Store is good. Always clean and organized.Easy to find what you need. Lines can get long at times but nothing that bad.

For the most part it's clean. The makeup aisle needs some upkeep, as quite a few products have run out. A lot of used makeup is there, but that might be the fault of the manufacturer being that they don't have safety seals. If you look hard enough, they are some steals and deals. They have a good quality selection of home goods, clothes, and toys. Service is good. Made the mistake of going to Walmart the other day and realized why I hate going there. I understand not wanting people abusing coupons but if I have 5 coupons and I bought 15 items, are you seriously going to tell me I can't save money? I love Target stores, especially traditional ones like this. The big stores are fun but sometimes I just like the normal stores like we grew up with. The big stores with the groceries can be overwhelming. I would chose this Target over the big new Walmart any day of the week. read more

The only reason they got 4 stars is because they placed the dog food in the front and shampoos,toothpaste, and soaps way in the back and the aisles are always crowded w/ people. Clean, well-organized, competitive prices, and friendly staff. This is one of the better Target's I have been to - definitely a lot better than the the one on Tyler and the one on Arlington. I prefer it over the one in Redlands too. In response to the review by "Dana S", it is true that it gets very crowded - mainly during evenings and weekends. But, if you are able to go on weekdays, it is quite empty and pleasant to shop there. Although, I know that may not be a possibility for many shoppers. As for the rest of her review, I don't really understand it. I go to this Target at least once every two weeks (sometimes more) and it is never "dirty", There are times where it can get a tad messy because people rifle through the items, but it is never dirty. This Target is super small and it's always busy. The selection is different-sometimes i find clothes here that aren't at the Super Target. However, i usually shop at ST so this place is very small to me. There aren't many check out lanes so the lines are usually a couple of people deep. I am a loyal Target shopper and will take it any day over Walmart. However, I try to avoid this Target if possible. There are ALWAYS ridiculously long lines at the registers. And I mean always. I have tried running in when they open on a Sunday morning and by the time I get to the only open register there is already a long line. To be fair, the customer service of the cashiers is EXCEPTIONAL. My guess is that the manager is trying to cut costs by scheduling too few cashiers. read more

I live not even 5 minutes away from this Canyon Springs Target, so I shop at it often since it's close. Never really had any issues other than the store always looking messy. Today I came in to purchase a baby bassinet. They only had the display in the children area, but an employee brought me the bassinet from the back and he even transferred the bassinet box into my cart, because it's heavy and I'm 36 weeks pregnant. After he loaded the bassinet into my cart I realized the box was taped up and had black dirt and the box was broken. I went to the front Guest Services to ask if they had another bassinet in stock and in a better condition box. The employee seriously asked me to put the box on the counter. I let him know I couldn't lift it, because I'm pregnant and he asked me again! After I told him I wasn't going to lift the box again, he rudely came around the counter to scan the product. I rather make the 10 minute drive to the Target off Nason. Employees there seem to have a little more common sense! I know that to be true, because when I purchased a mini fridge from the Nason Target the employee asked if I needed assistance to load my car. read more

This store has very bad customer service. Some team members act like they hate there jobs. One looked like he was high! No communication within team members. Parking lot lighting very poor, great for car break-ins and what ever other bad things that can happen. read more

I looked up an item in the target inventory. It showed that they had multiple items. When I got to the store I inquired about them. They gave me attitude when I asked, and refused to look in the back, because the items were not on the shelves. We got the manager, who was also not willing to go in the back to look. Absolute worst experience with buy online pick up in store. Stood in line for 25 mins for them to tell me it was on the other side of the store. Also 2 of the items I tried to order online showed not available only to find them when I got there. The guy at the counter wouldn't ring me out for these items so I had to get back in line. Clean aisles. Shelves stocked. Attractively arranged merchandise. Available sales merchandise. Light conservation in freezer aisles which is nice. Unfortunately, I haven't been in there much, and purchased very little, since security breach in December. I've felt Target concealed breach, and magnitude of breach, so I no longer trust them. I only pay cash now which limits what I buy and how much I spend each visit. I like Target, like their merchandise, like shopping in their store but I no longer trust Target to keep my credit transaction or information safe so will have to curtail my spending until they can regain my trust. I used to use Target pharmacy but switched to CVS after Target repeatedly "lost" my prescription or couldn't fill it because they had to order the medication. I did like their unique bottles and color coded tops though. I used to visit their food court until my last visit a couple weeks ago when the male employee took my order, rang it up in the register, and went to chat with the female employee who was making pizza. As I'd just ordered popcorn and soda, this wasn't a difficult order to fill. As he hadn't yet collected my money before going to chat with his coworker and I waited 5 minutes (I watched the clock), I left. When I completed the Target online survey and mentioned this, they replied back with an order for free credit monitoring? Which, by the way, was the only time Target ever notified me about credit monitoring - three months after the fact? read more

I want to start off by saying I LOVE TARGET! But, this has been the worst experience I have ever had at any target I have ever been to. This generally is regarding the pharmacy. I have delt with two very rude individuals and both of which seemed to not care very much about their job. This is also regarding multiple occasions in which they were both rude. Over the phone and in person. I specifically had my prescriptions sent to target because I have never been disappointed, but I will never again send any prescriptions here. My Dr. Office had to call in my prescriptions multiple times. Then they had the audacity to tell me that my dr called and was rude to them! Really!? This is pretty much the closest Target to me in Moreno Valley and it's okay but it always seems to be understaffed and under stocked. Looking for a ghetto shopping experience in MoVal? Canyon Springs Target is the place for you! From the customers, to the employees, to the bathrooms, this place never disappoints. The employees not only look pretty tore up, their lack of professionalism is pretty impressive. Loud conversations between cash register attendants, absolutely no sense of urgency no matter how many people are in line, it's fantastic! My mom and I went in to pick up some pictures that I had ordered an hour and a half prior to coming in. We had to stand at the photo counter for a good 15 minutes while multiple employees completely ignored us. I finally had to go up to the customer service to ask if there was anyone that could come help us and then the girl couldn't find my pictures. I want to thank the amazing and loving employees @target for not only being there for me during my pregnancy going up and beyond but for being there for me when I called to let them know what had happened to us. They know me by name there and were in tears. I told them over the phone that one of the hardest thing was the logistics of tiptoeing past their room and knowing that I probably won't have twins again and I may not have a child for a long time. I didn't want a storage shed and let my items depreciate but finances are a very real part of building and losing part of your family. I decided I would return basically everything but their cribs and some of their clothes, shoes and blankets. I am a doer and I can't function when I have an item that isn't being addressed in my brain. On Sunday I loaded up the Tahoe which was also for them (can't return that) and literally scheduled an appt so I could have my favorite team members and managers there to help me sort through the gifts and items we got for them. When we walked in there was a set of newborn infant girls and what would have killed most made me think it was some sign from the boys since I don't believe in coincidences. The line was a little long and I caught side eye from people and could just read their minds going "how tacky bringing all this built and opened stuff back" - again you never know someone's battles. To target, thank you for your ongoing support during the loss of Conrad & Princeton and I hope one day I can return and buy the items for the next round whether it be 1 or 2 and I am tucking the giftcards away until that day comes but can't say I'll be willing to build anything until they come home alive from the hospital. #target #infantloss #targetse (target off canyon springs) thank you to Britney, Robert, D and Camren for getting us through such a difficult task. still have 6 more stores or so to do this.
