Would not answer phone in electronics untill the third try. Said they had the TV I saw on liine, in the back of the store. She said I would have to come in to buy it. I asked if they could hold it for me. The clerk said after asking her supervisor they did not have it, even though it showed they did on their web site. Bait and Switch? I didn't think stores followed the Sears sales model anymore. Guess Target is still stuck in the 60's. (Actual rating minus star) read more

Stopped by to check it out. Seemed well stocked and clean. Cashier was nice and friendly. No complaints. read more

Clean and easy to find stuff, great remodeling. They added extra check outs on the left side of the store.

This location is always very well-stocked and very clean. The employees at the pharmacy are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help you with your medications. read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Riverside, California

NEVER COME HERE! There is a reason why I NEVER come here. I was needing to pick up a few items and normally I drive all the way to Riverside to avoid this location. I decided to give it a try and I got my items. I was waiting in line and had to get moved three different times and finally got to Destiny's line. She was not only unfriendly she made me and my daughter uncomfortable and rushed. She told the gentleman behind me, who stood in line the same amount of time as me, to move lines because she needs to go home. The man was super confused and was unsure why he has to move when he was waiting the same amount of time as us. We told her that and she said "fine, I can help him. I need to clock out and go home." Not only was she extremely rude, the "manager" Michael was as well. He came up to tell her to clock out and he asked if we had any questions because we were explaining to Destiny that he shouldn't have to move lines. We said no, we would like to talk to a store manager over the phone. With a snarky response he said "mhm okay. sounds great!" He and destiny covered their name tags up so we had to ask them twice what their names were. I will never ever come back and I will be contacting a higher superior. I would rather driver farther and out of the way to get half decent service in Riverside. Never again. read more

I love Target, so I frequent Target a lot when I need toiletries or whatever, but this Target is no bueno. They're always out of something if not most things I need. Today it was Ponds face lotion & the orange covergirl mascara. It's just annoying that their stock is constantly low. read more

I came into the store the other day looking for a new shirt, as mine was kinda dirty from working out in the sun. An employee by the name of lexy-lou greeted me in the clothing aisle and asked if I needed help. I informed her that I just needed some cheap shirts to replace my current shirt and she directed me to a brand called "goodfellow". I had never heard of the name, but my gosh these shirts are super comfortable! She even rang me up right away so I wouldn't have to wait in line. Talk about good service! read more

Nothing too special - but this Target is the one closest to me and I do visit it every so often. Sometimes I get killer deals on stuff I didn't even know I wanted! (one of my qualms about Target, actually. Making me spend money like that...) I did get a lot of household supplies here though, so very grateful for that, along with being near me. read more

today my friend was racially profiled by the self checkout clerk. The lady, named maria, was staring and on my friends shoulder the entire time she was checking out. She would not keep touching her stuff , trying to say she was not scanning items, as if $200 dollars worth of stuff was not on the register. So my friend told her she could rescan everything and start over, so as she starts, the employee maria a foot away from her watching over my friends shoulder , would not stop grabbing and rescanning things and taking items out of her basket and moving them, as if she wasn't scanning everything in front of her, my friend had multiple of certain items, and again everything rang up again to well over $200 dollars, continuing on she then again restarted her entire check out A THRID TIME, as the lady kept accusing her that she was not scanning the items, as if their wasn't a whole camera watching the situation, security, and people staring us down like thefts as my friend had $300 in her hand. My friend finally said forget everything after the mental stress of being watched and profiled because she was black. This lady was not paying attention to anybody else , but my friend, and it just so happens my friend was the only black person in the self checkout. i made it clear as hell to everyone in the damn store that she was feeling some type of way, and then go escorted out by security for confronting the situation. The super target on elder is way better and friendlier, i wouldn't recommend coming here if you are a person of color because they have some people hired here who will discriminate you. read more

I went to this location looking for some new pants I couldn't help but overhear they were playing the best song ever! They were playing "You belong with me" by Taylor swift the best artist ever! I walked up to worker and said "thank you for playing this song! You made my day!" But I left with pants! read more

Target I have been highly disappointed with your stores lately. I tried to give your stores the benefit of the doubt. With all the new remodeling being done, and During the holidays I figured that's the cause of your stores being extremely messy, and not stocked. I understood. Yet now, we are in MARCH and your stores haven't changed at all! Every time I go in now to any of your stores, it's a complete mess, and NOTHING is EVER stocked! I shop here almost on a daily! Lately I've been not even interested in going to shop because of the terrible messes, and nothing being on the shelves. read more

I went in with my 12 year old daughter to get a few things we needed. At the register we were helped by Sarah who was very sweet. She answered some questions I had about the target red card and helped me understand how it works. She had a quick chat with my daughter and had a beautiful smile on her face the entire time. Her customer service was so good my daughter told me "we have to yelp her mom" so I did. Thank you Sarah for being as sweet as you were to my daughter and myself. Keep up the good work! read more

I went there to get some beauty products, and the lady that works in the beauty aisle was extremely helpful and very nice! I forgot her name, but she worked today, 8/11, around 12:00. She was extremely nice and answered any questions I had. read more

Target is a good affordable place to shop, still not the cheapest, but you can get certain items with good discount with their card for a price lower than other places. Some edible things cooked onsite make the shopping experience more rewarding!! read more

I absolutely avoid this target. Worse target I have EVER been too. It smells and is gross. The last few times we checked out the workers helping us weren't all that friendly either. The bathroom is completely disgusting as well. read more

They don't pick up their phone when you need the operator. And they are very short staffed

Target never seems to fail, I literally went there straight from Walmart that's across the street because lines where crazy and only 4 cashiers working , You can always count on target to be an upgrade , read more

Target is relatively clean. It has a lot of options you need. My only complain is the employee here who handles phone calls to the store. Every time I try to call, someone picks up the phone and hangs up either immediately or after 3 seconds. read more

I'm sure that like every mom out there I love love target!... however this store it's the worst I've ever been to, ( even worst than Walmart) their check out lines are always soooooo long it makes me not want to go in.... they need to either hire more people because I honestly rather not go in than to wait 20+mins to check out read more

This store overall used to be great. Had everything I needed and more. With this remodeling I am unable to find anything that I need. What used to take me 20 minutes, now takes me an hour to find. The shelves are barely stocked. They only have 1/4 of the product they used to carry. Went in with a big list of things I needed and walked away with only a few. There is no staff to help ether. I couldn't find a single employee in the clothing department. Will not go there again until the remodeling is done. read more

Everytime I go to this pharmacy in target there has been an issue. She either puts in my medication wrong and then judges me based on my prescriptions. Wow! have had no issues at other CVS pharmacies .. The pharmacy tech here is rude and clueless. They need to retrain her. I will never go to this pharmacy again. I work in the medical field as a nurse and I can't believe how unprofessional these TECHS are. read more

Every time I call the Targets off Day street and eucalyptus They never seem to answer there phones at all. When they do someone always hangs up. Whats the point of having customer service desk and no one there can answer a call. I called about 6 times to both locations nobody answers the phone. I will take my business somewhere because it shows me that they don't care about their customers at all just about their money. read more

We like coming here. staff is friendly i always find what i need. shelves are always stocked. only thing we dont like is the people that have been hanging around outside and now some families asking for money. i try to give people money but its sometimes uncomfortable seeing that alot now when they stand in front by the entrance. or i notice a few walking around the parking lot. its a tough situation because police wont do much if you call unless something happens. but we still continue to shop here. read more

The new aisles are way too crammed. I understand they are remodeling but the aisles should be a bit more wider for people with shopping carts. read more

This is the closest Target to my house, so visit this location the most! I like the dollar section at the front and the electronics section in the back, but that's about the only reason I go to Target, except for my Target gift cards. Groceries are more expensive than Walmart and there's nearby clothing stores for clothes. But Target has enough business to survive with or without this review. Go Target yay! read more

Lexi was a very great and knowledgeable associate. I was wondering around sort of lost as I was new to this location. Lexi noticed my body language and was prompt to help me. She showed me where to find the departments I was looking for, and managed to snag a great father's day gift that I'm sure my father would love. Can't wait until my next trip to this location! read more

They recently revamped this place. Not that there was something to complain about before (on my end) but it's even better now. It is very clean, well stocked and organized. They have a lot of summer items now which is fun to look at, bright and cheerful. Prices are not too bad. They have good quality products as well. This Target is not as big as the Super Target in Eucalyptus Ave. but it works for me mainly bec. it is close to home. I also like the people here, both the customers and staffs. Atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Staffs are always smiling, helpful and well disposed. Importantly, they look clean, well kept. Not untidy like walmart associates. read more

Came to photo department today to print so pictures, the machine out ribbon, one gentle man employee came to help right away, the second time the machine needed a employees pass word. So we asked a lady employee at customer service. She said I'll be right there. As she chit chatted with her co workers. Then she gets on her cell phone. It's a Target for god's sake! What is so different about this one? Absolutely nothing. Not a damn thing. What I CAN tell you is that it sure beats the Walmart down the street. So what? Pay a little more for your toothpaste and detergent.. at least you won't have hundrends of small children running around, screaming and throwing things on the floor. :shivers: read more

I stoped by quickly to get a few items I needed for the house. The department store no problem. After check out I stoped by the cafe to get a couple of red bulls. I stood at the cash register waiting to be helped. Linda, who was attending the cafe, was prepping food. After waiting a couple of minutes my boyfriend said excuse me, she then turned with a confused look on her face and said, "I have to take this out of the oven, they only give me 3 minutes." I was expecting an, "I'm sorry I'll be right with you," or maybe even just an "I'll be right with you." She turned around and kept on packing her bread sticks. I understand if she didn't notice we were there but when she did realize it I feel as a customer I should have better service. Not one to complain but SMH. read more

I prefer Target over Walmart most days of the week. This location is convenient and they have everything you may need in life!! Staff and cashiers are super friendly. I work close to this target and am here every day at 10 am. No matter if I don't need anything we always seem to find our way here and I always seem to have a shopping bag full of crap when I leave. At 1015 they always have their team meetings in the middle of the store. It's kinda creepy how they all ask if you need help as you pass through the line of coworkers, leering at you like some zombie in waking dead. "No I don't need help that f'n worker just asked me" is what I want to say, but I'm a nice guy so I don't. Maybe they want to get out of the meeting. Overall a good store but they need to open up more registers. It's just like Walmart that way read more

If I could give no stars I would a couple of the people do go the extra mile but only if their mood is good at that time .....the only pharmacist I have never had a problem with is Reggie but he doesn't seem to be there anymore. This rating is specifically for the Pharmacy. When I went to fill a prescription my dentist had given me, it took longer than expected. Apparently the prescription was "tampered with". Who tells a customer that? There's obviously a reason why a people get prescribed medication, and should be empathetic versus judgmental. Which is exactly how the tech made me feel. The only reason why I filled my prescription there to begin with was because I was already shopping there. Next time I'll make sure to take my business elsewhere. My two star rating was based on the pharmacist that explained herself appropriately to me after the fact. Otherwise I would've gave them one. Some pharm techs really need to get a grip. read more

I'm so sad that this is one of the messiest Targets I've ever been to. I love Target. This particular store went/is going through a remodel. That doesn't mean that every single department has to be an absolute mess. In the home decor section there are items scattered everywhere! I went a few months ago and went back last week hoping for a different outcome, sadly nothing had changed. I will make the drive to another Target from now on. read more
