I have been a loyal customer of Target for years spending thousands of dollars on their merchandise. I am a college graduate and present myself well. I believe I am the type of customer any business would be glad to serve. I am saddened to say I will never shop at a Target again after the way I was treated at the Canyon Springs Parkway store in Moreno Valley. On December 28, 2011 around 5:15 PM, I walked into the Canyon Springs Parkway Target greeted by a menacing stare from an asset prevention member named Johnson. As I looked at items in the front of the store he continued to shadow me. I could feel his eyes watching me so I decided to move to the back of the store. I couldn't find the items I wanted in the back of the store and I didn't want to look at items in the front of the store because of security guard Johnson. Based on his outward perception of me he treated me like a criminal. So despite wanting to buy items in the front of the store I just decided to leave the store empty handed. At which point security guard Johnson followed me with his menacing stare through the first target doors pasted the alarms that remained silent. Then he glared at me through the second door window as if he was going to tackle me outside the store in the parking lot which frightened me. Security guard Johnson is a large man over 6'4 with a muscular build. So at that point I rushed back inside to customer service and asked for a manager. As I waited for the manager to arrive I watched security guard Johnson look at everyone who walked in but only zeroing in on African Americans and Latino Americans. Finally, manager Jasmine arrived and she did apologize for the incident. As I walked away I approached security guard Johnson and called him a racist. I also informed security guard Johnson that I was going to report him. Before I left the store I approached security guard Johnson and manager Jasmine together discussing the situation that happened between security guard Johnson and me. At that time manager Jasmine wanted to stop the conversation but I asked her to stay and continue. I asked security guard Johnson for an apology and he refused. At which point security guard Johnson told me his actions that frightened me as a woman alone and offended as a minority were nothing personal. Manager Jasmine again apologized for his behavior and informed me it was okay for him to check my receipt. I then told manager Jasmine there was no receipt involved and she looked surprise. I believe he lied to her about what really happened. Then I discussed with manager Jasmine how I watched security guard Johnson racially profile customers who walked into the store at which time she did not refute my claims. I am very displeased with Target racially profiling customers and allowing their asset prevention members to use frightening tactics on innocent women merely trying to shop. read more

Great location - right across the street from Walmart Supercenter (not). Their shelves are usually well stocked, prices are usually posted (unlike Walmart) and they have price scanners all over the store (again unlike Walmart). Employees are helpful and polite and usually all over the place. I once had a half dozen employees ask if they could help me on my journey from the entrance to the grocery section. Carts are often collected from the lot and parked in the store so I don't have to grab a cart on my way in to make sure I have a cart. Motorized carts are usually available and usually charged. Sometimes checkout lines are long but they move quickly (employee incentive) and cashiers are friendly and polite (unlike so many other places where the customer is "invisible"). While they sometimes don't have what I'm looking for (certain brands of socks for example that Walmart supposedly carries), they have alternatives. Their merchandise displays are usually neat and orderly (except when certain customers go through and toss things about while looking for something). I enjoy shopping at Target. They have a nice variety of merchandise, especially in their household area where they have all kinds of kitchen utensils. They don't have a lot of hardware or tools but I can go to Lowes down the block for that. They also have a good variety of cereal (a whole aisle) , a selection of Indian seasonings and sauces, and several different brands and varieties of bagged (ground and whole bean) coffee. Another plus, Target has a credit or debit card that gives 5% discount when used. Also, their prescription pill bottles are unique and they have different colored bands that fit near the opening of the bottle so families can color code their prescription bottles. I really love the products at this Target. The customer service is excellent. Why was there two male Hispanic adults , observed loitering in front of this Target store. On Dec. 28, 2019. The approximate time: Of : 7: 30 p.m. They had big plastic bowels. So obviously they bothering various customers walking into Target and walking out of Target. Isn't this called: Hazing? Calif. Gov. Code: 12900 . Also loitering : Calif. Penal Code: 647g ? We then noticed one of these subjects just standing in the male bathroom. He was repeatedly opening and slamming the bathroom door. Of the small bathroom stall. He was not using the bathroom stall. So was he in reality trying to get a date for some gay action? I do hope the manager of this Target can please look into this unjustified behavior? Both subjects had a blue or purple type of hood jacket. The one loitering and standing in the male bathroom had a mustache . Both subjects loitering in front of Target were male Hispanic adults. Why was one of these subjects just standing by the small male bathroom stall? He was repeatedly just slamming the bathroom door . Of the small bathroom stall. He did not use the bathroom. Just standing and repeatedly just slamming the door. Why? As previously stated , I do hope the managers of Target can please look into this please. Can you imagine if you were using the bathroom stall . Then some one out side the stall is unjustifiably just standing and repeatedly just slamming the bathroom door of the stall next to the stall some one is using. This is what we observed him doing. How we love visiting, this particular Target. The products are very nice. The customer service is very good. Yet, we observed some male Hispanic adults loitering in front of this Target store. They both had on a blue or purple type of hood's. When we walked out the store , one of the subjects attempted to approach us. He said, " Excuse me". I replied, " No thank you". This incident was on: Dec. 28, 2019. The approximate time was : 7: 15 P.M. Then I had to use the male bathroom. As I was using the big stall , in the male bathroom. Some one near the small bathroom stall repeatedly kept slamming the bathroom door of the small male bathroom stall. When I existed from the big male bathroom stall. It happened to be one of the male Hispanic adults that was previously standing out side bothering customers for donations. His unjustified slamming of the bathroom door is hazing . Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Also if they are not purchasing anything at Target. They are loitering . Calif. Penal Code: 647g. Plus: Trespassing. Calif. Penal Code: 602. So the big question is: Why doesn't this shopping center have any security guard? Plus: No shopping center out side cameras? Why are these two subjects allowed to bother customers? Bother customers walking into Target and walking out? I do hope the Target manager can please look into this? read more

Ok This is My Target... I've been shopping here since I moved to Eastvale (Before it was even Eastvale) I bought my Daughter a Mini camcorder & have purchased 2 SD cards for said Camera, that don't work. Finally we just took the Camera in to see if they can help us in the electronic department. Such a waste of time... No help at all, the guy behind the counter was clueless. He didn't even look at the Camera or SD card. His suggestion was to "buy a new SD card"... No Sh** Sherlock. That's why I was there, genius. & he also chimed in with this winner "Or you can buy a new Camera" WTH ??? I thought they were supposed to be somewhat knowledgeable. How wrong I was. I will still love my Target & my Target runs. But, if that's how they run their electronic department.. I'll stick to Best Buy. Thank you very much. read more

Ok so I haven't been to this Target in well over a year and I thought to myself can it still really be as bad as it used to be. Well today on my way home from work I stopped in quick to check if they had something that I needed. I walked in and INSTANTLY had my answer. WHO STOCKS THIS STORE??? So many of the shelves throughout the store were either completely bare or had like one or two items on it. Seriously I know that shipping constrains and such still exist but this store is just downright terrible and always has been. Target corporate should really look into how this store is being managed and maintained because it's not a good look for the company. And on a final note of course they didn't have the item I needed nor any of the other last min stuff I was going to pick up as consolation. read more

I needed to print some photos for my son's kindergarten project. It was Sunday after 6pm and most office supply/copy centers we closed. I was referred to Target. The customer service area was packed and unfortunately the girl working that line was also in charge of the photo center. Even though she was slammed, she answered my question and came over to help as soon as she could. There were some issues with the self-serve kiosk (no receipt paper), but she assured me that she would take care of it. Instead of coming back in 30 minutes, which the kiosk said I would need to do, she told me she would take care of it. I grabbed a few things in the store and when I came back 10 minutes later she found me and handed me my photos. I wish I would have gotten her name, but THANKS! read more

Between walmart and target i would say this location is very great because when i get my stuff im not standing in line for to long at all and i like the fact that they hire young people and its very muti ethnic with females working there to very proud of target for doing this anyways i always joke with the target staff that there so friendly and i prefer the target people vs walmart people lol read more

Ghetto to the max. Everything is locked up like a third world country, they have non-existent cashiers and one huge line where you can check yourself out. Most, if not all employees look like beaten rats under a trance. Target should call it a day and close this location. read more

It beat's the hell out of Walmart. The only problem is that the people there aren't as funny looking as the people at Walmart. But to be perfectly serious, I do almost 60% of my non-food shopping here. Just wish the lines weren't soooo long all the time. read more

This store has great customer service, I asked an associate about an item I was looking for and they took me to where it was located. in most cases they would have spewed an isle number and wished me good luck. Great store, well stocked. read more

Before anyone goes all gah gah over the MoVal SuperTarget, you might want to ask the employees how they're treated.

Workers very friendly and helpful. So far, I've found the items I need it. Mostly newborn items.

Love this place! It is a fun place to just go to and window shop! Highly rec for first dates!

They recently remodeled. Everything looks great.
