The only consistency this store has is how it takes around 40 minutes to get your drive up order and they're ridiculously long check out lines because they refuse to open more than 3 check out lanes. I went in today to buy a gift for my father in law and asked this younger lady in the electronics section if they had any. (Target website showed two in stock). She looks at my phone and goes to "specs" for whatever reason and says "we don't carry these in store" and leaves the area with two other coworkers. After this I was looking up if Best Buy had them before leaving the store when a guy approaches me asking if I need help, not entirely convinced the first employee was being truthful I ask him if they have any in stock and without looking he says "yes we have them in the back" and goes and gets me one. Only reason I'm leaving two stars is for the guy or else I'd leave a 1 because of the first three employees who were having a conversation while a customer needed help. Back when I worked retail we would converse all the time but if a customer was there we'd make sure to help them before continuing our conversation. read more

This Target is plagued with homeless people who are sitting outside this newly remodeled store. There was a homeless guy sitting to the right of the entrance doors and another dirty homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk to the far left of the entrance. There was an abled-bodied man standing across the entrance holding a cardboard sign preying on the sympathies of others who actually try to work for a living. So I walked inside the Tyler Target to pick up an on-line order I placed 49 hours ago, to be informed on-line orders must be picked up w/i 2 days or they are reshelved (my bad....'live & learn'). I decided to do some shopping, but there were only 3 available carts; the wheels were locked so useless to me. I asked an employee for assistance, and was told the cart-person was on 'lunch break'. At this point, I decided that Target really didn't want my money, so I went home. Basically this Target location sucks! In the future, I'll be going to a different Target location! read more

I maybe a "Karen" right now, but People are grabbing 2+ lysol spray because they have signs that say limit 1disinfectant wipe per customer. Then you go pay and they take it out of your bag and say you can't get two. I went back to take a picture of the sign after I paid because I don't need the attention from the rest of the store. I showed the picture to the store manager Alissa. If anyone sees another sign, let me know. They may have recently change their policy. She was quite nice and calm, but her subordinates need some training. Love going to this Target due to location. Theses people need to change their signs. This place issued 3 gift cards on different occasions to me and non works. I talked to the 1800-440-0680 and they told me that the cashier issued a lost on the latest card that I tried to use. So they're making a false advertisement of get this merchandise and we will give you a gift card and you can never use it. I went to the costume service in the store and she told me that the card was already used and then when I called I had a different answer. False advertisement and tried to blame me for it. They're costumer service sucks! And btw we received some Christmas gift cards from target for the kids and same issue. So be careful. read more

Asked for help twice one the sales floor. One associate was on his cell phone advised me he was kinda new and couldn't help me. Asked another associate she advised me to ask in the front. Was followed the entire time in the store by the loss preventions. He was Hispanic wearing a blue shirt, jeans, blue polo shirt, blue baseball cap backwards with white iPhone headphones in his ears. Once I left the store I was able to confirm the guy following me was loss preventions. He was standing by the exit door laughing and joking with the Target associates. This is the last time I will EVER be going to this target. I bought a gaming subscription for one of my siblings for Christmas, and when purchasing it, I asked the cashier if I could return it. He looked at the card, looked at his checkout screen, and then told me "yes you can return it as long as you have your receipt". So the gift didn't end up working out and a week later, I bring the card back in order to return it, and the cashier at the return kiosk is suddenly telling me that she can't return it. Which was incredibly confusing to say the least, because I never would have bought it in the first place had the cashier told me that I couldn't return it. He lied to my face. The manager came over and didn't even offer store credit for their mistake. I was upset that the gift didn't work out in the first place and now I can't even return it nor receive any kind of store credit for it after I was LIED to? How does that make any sense? I came in to this Target around 6:00 pm last night for two items. Cashier on #4 was rude,didn't have personality for a cashier whatsoever, asked me if I had a return because I was holding a lamp that I already purchased with receipt from a match up price. I think I know where the exchange and return area is thank you. I've been in customer service jobs for over 15 years and I know how to treat customers and I expect to be treated the same way if not better. I asked him " Why are you mad?" He replied, "I was by myself" until another cashier showed up. Oh ok so that makes it better. Since the covid 19 outbreak, I have been in your store many times to see that on at least 5 different times your employees have their masks pulled down below their nose. How can you ask costumers to wear masks to enter and then not follow safety protocols with your own staff. I had complained twice to your store personnel. So I came in yesterday and first thing I see is how your line to the check out stands has no safety to the 6 feet separation, I had to ask the people behind me to back up. All of the other people were a foot apart all the way to where your personnel tells them where to go. The young lady directing the line had her mask below her nose and had no concerns of how people were so close, so I did mention it to her, she said she was sorry and would get it handled, but quickly seemed to disregard my concerns. So when I got to the check out, your checker asked if everything was alright, I said no and explained what's the problem was, so I asked to speak to the manager to only find the manager was the same young lady that I had already spoke to. This is your problem if your managers won't follow safety protocols why would the staff do so. As I was loading groceries into my car I had seen 4 young men going into the store, only 3 had masks and the forth did not. You post masks are mandatory to enter the store but clearly you don't follow the protocols for safety.. My advice to your costumers is watch for themselves and if you see the same carelessness, say something, post it or call their corporate offices to comply... After all it is about you and your families health. The 3 stars is only for the checker who was very kind polite and seemed to care.. read more

This is a medium size Target. I Saw some a lot bigger. Parking is not difficult to park. There are lot of empty space... however I do not recommend woman to come alone by nighttime. There is some homeless people you could meet there. Some good one some bad one... 3 stars Restroom is just ok they are next to cashiers. Not clean. But not so dirty either 3 stars I was looking for some figures and pop. They have a good selections however In term of choice on funko pop they are 5 years behind hot topics and itluxe comics inside galleria mall. 3 stars If you need help on pricing better look for price borne instead looking for someone to help. Otherwise you will be wasting 10-15 mn looking for help and anyway he might just check on computer or price borne. 3 stars Cashiers: overall polite. However some days line could be long. Went in today and was at the return and exchange area and the associates were all chatting it up behind the register and seemed a bit annoyed that they had customers. I inquired about an exchange the girl immediately dismissed the exchange and when I asked why she wasn't completely sure. A guy named David stepped in and explained that digital download cards cannot be exchanged or returned because they had fraud issues with that ( which I think should be explained to the person buying that as a gift ) additionally when I said ok for my exchange not being able to be completed. My mother was with me and she had a purchase I asked if they're able to ring her out. The guy said the female associate would be able to do that, she looked annoyed from the beginning and asked if we needed a bag when we said yes she just put the bag on top of everything at the end and made us put our things in the bag which to be honest came off really rude. This is by far the worst Target, if not retail store, I have ever visited. I come back multiple times to see if they'll improve their stock or customer service, but on the contrary, I've found that they've merely gotten worse. This is a list of my visits and problems. 1. I asked to put item on hold and they end up selling it to someone else 2. I bought a movie and they didn't open the case, went back to ask them to open the case. The bluray case is empty and they refused to reimburse my money, making me buy another. 3. I visited for the third time to buy a carrying case because they said it was available online, I even called to make sure. I arrived and asked for it, they said it was sold out. 4. I wanted to buy a game. Asked associates 3 times to help me, each one told me to wait. Every associate in tech department kept hanging out, casual instead of helping me. 5. Self checkout lady didn't seem to care about my purchase; I had to ask her multiple times for a bag and to open protective casing for my films. 6. I was going to buy two lanyards but it didn't go through the machine. Told me to wait for almost 10 minutes, manager comes and says that items aren't in the system so I couldn't even buy it, basically made me wait for nothing. It was very hard to compile this without typing out the profanities I have uttered to their smirking, self-satisfied, condescending managers. This is a terrible branch retailer and I am glad to never endure their "services" ever again. I hope it closes down, and maybe the associates can make it through actual training next time they want to be serious about their job. read more

I usually love to go to any Target store, however today was bad. I love to shop after Xmas sales. So, I got some glass ornaments and went to pay. The cashier scanned the items and without wrapping them he just dropped them in a bag with other items. Immediately I heard a cracking noise. I told the cashier that I heard a cracking noise and he says "you did" and takes them out. I was not happy to see that one them was now cracked. The guy wanted to know if I still wanted it or have someone check for another. So, someone went to check and then the cashier said "Do you mind if I help other customers". I did not answer because he broke the ornament and now wanted me to wait. Luckily, the other worker came over with the exact item. I will not be going for a while to that Target. I hope other Targets are better. But, I want to say that I got my cute mustard bottle ornament. read more

Ugh thanks 4 the reminder of why I shop online! Went in right now for medicine as myself & family are all sick. Went in, made a $200 payment on my red card & got what I needed. Went to self checkout and my $97 total got rejected. Tried again and finally asked for a manager who happened to be Ariana (the same broad who took my payment for my $200 redcard) and explained to her my card wasn't working and she says "Idk it usually works" ugh ok well it's not! I really love the flow of this target! Its very clean and the aisles seem to be larger than most targets I've been to. They have a large selection of women's intimates, and most of them are 30-50% off (gotta keep an eye out for the red tags). For a Saturday all the zones were very clean very impressive! Only downfall of this place are the checkout lines. For the amount of employees they have there should be an ample amount of cashiers present. Prepare to wait anywhere from 5-10 minutes.. This Target is nice...if you have time to wait in line. No matter what time of day or which day of the week, parking is hard to find. Also, I have never NOT waited in line for at least five minutes. It's typical for the lines to be out across the main aisle. Waiting and parking aside, the staff is pretty friendly and they're rarely out of sale items, unlike my old Target in Redondo. Their plus size clothing section is a decent size too. They don't yet have a Starbucks here! They have a regular Target Cafe with a Pizza Hut to-go thingy in it. The only problem in the cafe is that they only have sodas and Icees. They don't stock bottled water or sell iced tea or anything like that. If you get thirsty in the heat, you're better off driving to the Burger King in the same plaza. read more

Long story short, Being that I have to walk in crutches all the time I LOVE how they have the 4 wheel electric scooters! It's so easy to shop and you can put your crutches in a designated area on the scooter in the back. I absolutely love this target! But this review is for the starbucks inside! We waited in a long ling, which was fine but the barista was taking her time, in no hurry at all. No sense of urgency. She called every drink out extremely rude. Ignored people when they thanked her. I don't know what her issue was but it was clear she had one. I get it, we all have bad days and maybe it wasn't the greatest one for her.. but you could feel her attitude throughout the whole place.
