I absolutely love this target! But this review is for the starbucks inside! We waited in a long ling, which was fine but the barista was taking her time, in no hurry at all. No sense of urgency. She called every drink out extremely rude. Ignored people when they thanked her. I don't know what her issue was but it was clear she had one. I get it, we all have bad days and maybe it wasn't the greatest one for her.. but you could feel her attitude throughout the whole place. I have always loved this store for its excellent inventory, cleanliness and thoughtful layout, but since we are in unique times with COVID-19, I am beyond impressed with our everyday heroes, and Target employees are no exception. They work extremely hard to keep shelves stocked, keep the stores disinfected, and to maintain order. The employee directing customers waiting to enter this morning kept us constantly informed of the status of in demand items, she and ALL employees were especially kind and friendly. You all have made this so much more bearable, and in keeping customers abreast of inventory status, as well as limiting amounts each customer can purchase and number of customers entering the store at once, you maintain adequate social distance and keep everyone calm. This Target is okay since it's close, but I prefer the Norco Target as well. I didn't appreciate the employee who scolded my mom and I as we were leaving one night because my daughter was trying to get under the cart when we were clearly trying to remove her from the spot ourselves. Very dissapointed with the eating concession inside Target. Did my shopping around 10am then decided to get bag of popcorn. Asked the young man if the popcorn was fresh and was it just popped since there was not much there. He looks over at one of the tables to ask the young man who handles it if it was freshly popped. The guy looks up disinterested shakes his head yes goes back to looking at his cell phone. I bought it and when I gotvto my car started eating it. This location is beyond ridiculous the lack of customer service is pathetic and the employees don't hesitate to let customers know that they don't care if a complaint is filed to a manager. My husband waited 2 hours to get in the store and some random guy got to the security and told him he was going to pick up something from customer service. Instead of doing that he went back to the collectibles and got all 6 items that had just been put out for sale other locations limit purchase of high demand items one per customer this location allowed this man who is probably going to sell them on eBay take them all. When my husband complained the employee just smiled and said you can dile a complaint with the manager. It is obvious that the manager doesn't care about the customers that come to this location giving them one star is definitely more than what they deserve! read more

This Target has gone downhill since their remodel. They no longer carry popular items (reusable zip lock bags, mag flashlights, etc). They election is extremely minimal and very unacceptable. I can tell that they do not restock on a regular basis because the exact same shelves have been bare for weeks. I see 3 employees standing around gossiping. I used to love Target but now it's just as messy and unprofessional as Wal-Mart. Clothes are unorganized and scattered over the floor, the small section of produce is nowhere near fresh, and the cashiers are no longer friendly. Ok so first time using drive up at any Target. Now a friend of mines told me that these types of services was for lazy people. Well this is the best thing Target could have came up with. I commute during the week from LA County back to Riverside County via Metrolink right across the fwy from this Target. The last thing i wanna do is go inside ANY store when i get off the train. I submitted my order at 4:50pm before getting off work. Before i got to train in LA County at 5:30 i was notified my order was ready. 28 items to be exact. Got off train let them know via app i was on my way and no i didn't wait long. Was greeted by a very nice lady and on my way. Got home around the same time i usually do. Well i use WalMarts grocery pickup sometimes too but i did compare some prices and found Targets was cheaper on most of my items and I got not one but two $5 gift cards. Now Walmart don't do that! So to my friend that says this is for lazy people, no this is an excellent service for hard working, tired commuters like me Lol read more

The customer service is AWFUL! did i say AWFUL!? I meant REALLY AWFUL! I stood in line while two employees talked. I waited for a couple minutes and then finally asked them if they could help. One of the employees responded as if she was annoyed and told me the line was closed. It would have been nice if they told me and the other people lining up behind me that the line was closed before we wasted our time. I then took my sale item to an open register and was told my Sale Item was not on sale. I took one of the employees to show them where the sale item was found, proved it was on sale and she told me 'sorry, it was marked wrong.' Are you kidding me? Seriously? Too bad, it was marked wrong? wow, i would have expected more from Target. Do not go to this location. Take the time to go to a different Target. Still better than WalMart though.... read more

Shocked when we walked in, and I'm not exaggerating! It was filthy! The AC wasn't working well on a hot day, to start, AND near the snack bar section there was a pungent smell of urine. My husband and I purchased a mobile phone plan and were having a difficult time getting everything in order. The manager of the tech department, Paul, was extremely helpful! He was able to sort through the issue and was able to resolve everything. His customer service was great. We live 20 miles away from this Target at Tyler location but we will definitely be making the commute just because we appreciate the customer service! read more

I usually LOVE Target. In fact it's one of my favorite stores, but this particular Target and my visit today has really changed my opinion of the store. I waited in line behind 4 people for over 20 mins, I would have changed lines but every available line (which was than half of the available lanes were open) were moving just as slow. It wasn't until I was leaving did I hear a manger finally ask for back up. It should be noted this was not a particularly busy day, in fact I barely saw any other people while actually shopping the store, every one seemed to stuck at the front trying to leave. read more

Came in to purchase a rug for my living room that I had seen a couple days before on sale for 89.99. When we were checking put I realized it was ringing up as 99.99 and I asked her if it was on sale and it wasn't. It's Sunday and that's when the new sales start, the tag hadn't been taken down yet. I've worked in retail and I get it. It's a busy store and missing a tag is easy to do. I was disappointed but still wanted to buy the item but she asked if I had cartwheel to see if the item had a coupon and it did! I saved 20% plus another 5% for signing up for the Red card. I can't remember the woman's name but she was an older lady. She was super sweet and had a ladybug pin on her uniform. I think her name was Peggy or Penny but I could be mistaken. I always come in for one thing and come out walking with several items. Yes, Walmart is a lot cheaper-but sometimes I prefer going to Target to avoid the long lines and rude customer service. I really like that you can get your Red Card (debit or credit card) and get 5% off! This Target is confusing, I'm used to other ones that are placed the same and I can't find anything here, just roaming around endlessly, I was totally lost. The lines were long, even though they had 6 lanes open, it was still long. Good thing is they have self check-out.
