This target is terrible! The customer service sucks, lines are long, its tech area is messy and the employees for the most part are not very helpful. I had to flag down a second employee and plead for him to help unlock the ink jet printer ink (he is the only exception- he followed through and was helpful) after others just passed by and another employee told me she would get help but no one came. Another man was also waiting for ink jet printer case to be opened. Target needs to staff their store better. The target at corona crossings is much nicer and better staffed - go to that one if you're looking for a good Target. read more

Convenient, right off the freeway. Lots of parking, though this location is usually pretty busy since it's right next to Kohl's and in same plaza as Yogurtland, etc. and across the street from Tyler Mall. Price: decent, you can price match to Walmart, or Target online, etc. Sometimes they have really good sales, especially if you do couponing. Yesterday was a horrible day for me. I went to the target on Tyler in Riverside to shop for some clothes for my daughters. I work for a Kids dental office. I saw a lady with Kids and I offered her a flyer while I was shopping and the security guard went up to me in front of the lady screamed at me and said to me get out of my store and I said sir I'm sorry I'm shopping. He said no you can't be doing that here and I said oh I'm Sorry and he was very rude in front of the lady which was very embarrassing for me, but I'm a regular customer there and I always see how there's people stealing putting stuff in their backpack opening stuff and they watch them, but they don't tell them nothing and me that I'm trying to shop and try to offer somebody a flyer was embarrassed in front of the people and kicked out that is super sad and unbelievable read more

Extremely slow service and rude/dumb employees. If u come here for 1 thing be ready to wait like an hour in line just to pay. This location is so busy I do not know why they don't have it staffed better. Especially the Cvs! I feel bad for the people that work here because they constantly have to make up for the lack of staff. We're standing in line so long and there's registers that could be filled with employees. If they can afford self check out they can afford more employees to assist. Especially on the weekends! I got so fed up with waiting I put my stuff up and I'll go to somewhere closer to my house. 01/02 11am Victor helped me at the first register past self checkout. He was super friendly, kind and informative. I was saying I only had a certain amount left on my Target card so I would need to pay cash for the rest. Victor then informed me of the Target debit card where I would still be able to get my 5% off by using that in the future. I had no idea! I'm always maxing and paying off my Target credit card just to be able to save my 5%. Target takes all my money so I like to save where I can. I ordered a large pick up from there and they forgot three items. Additionally, when I tried to call them, they did not answer their phones.

Make sure your canned items are not expired, express caution when ordering from drive up or online. With pick up orders, you most likely won't get the item that you ordered. Guest service girl was polite, but when manager approached she was combative and rude for no reason. I was trying to price match an item to Walmart and I guess Target stopped comparing prices. I felt like I was in another universe, it was bad. read more

Came here with a shopping list and ended up with a cartful of good deals. I was here to get laundry detergent and cleaning supplies but as usual I like to browse every aisle and was able to get some good deals. They are currnetly having a sale/clearance on their summer apparel so I was able to score a few summery tops and dresses at a great price! I also found some cute sandals to go with these dresses. After the apprel section, I headed over to the toys sections and found a few good LEGOS for my kiddos. I know it is early to shop ahead for the holidays so I will be sure to hide these LEGOS before Santa arrives. Large parking lot and staff is quite friendly. Some of the price self check machines weren't working so I had to call some staff memebers to find out prices. Overall good shopping exerience. read more

The outside of the store is filthy, and your feet are literally sticking to the ground. There are so many vagrants as well. Called to see if BHM collection had arrived no one answers the phone after several calls. I decided to stop by and could clearly see they are short staffed. The employees that were there are not enthusiastic or seem to be willing to help. The store was in disarray to the point I decided there's no need to even want to try anything. . It would be helpful if there wasn't boxes and clothes all over the floor so people could try clothes on. This store badly needs to be cleaned up from the inside out. read more

I am fed up of going to target and purchase something that is priced on the shelf and then go to the register and the price is significantly more and on top of that the manager of the store telling you that's the price and I can leave if I don't want to purchase the stuff and that was the price. This Store needs to close out or hire more security or at least have their security guard actually do their work! My brother was assaulted in the store and NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON in the store did something about it. Picked up my order today via Drive Up. A lady named Alize helped me and she was very sweet, to me and my service dog and made sure my order was accurate by going back to grab a missing item before handing over my order. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I came to buy a microwave. But they did not have it on the shelf. But Sergio help me get one from the back. He said that he will take about 10 minutes to go get it. At first I thought that maybe he will not come back and maybe forget because he would be helping other people. But to my surprise he actually came with the microwave. We were still going to do some shopping so he took the microwave to customer service until we were done. The price tag on the shelf was $69.99. But on his scanner when he checked it it was about $79.99. So he said to just tell customer service to help with price adjustment. So I go to customer service after I finish shopping, and there was a lady there who was being rude and told me that she could not honor that price. But David in customer service came out of nowhere and said that they could honor it. He typed a few things on the computer and then the price adjustment worked. Even though the lady said there was no way. So thank you so much Sergio and David for AMAZING customer service!!! We need more people like you! The male manager that works here, I think his name is Alex, needs to be retrained in all areas or just demoted. I've gone in twice needing to speak to a manager and both times it was him. The only answers he was able to give me is "I don't know what's going on." It's a joke how incompetent he is and it's ridiculous how he knows nothing about anything. If you need baby formula that happens to be locked up in the cabinet, all I can is GOOD LUCK! I was in Target today around 3:30 pm waiting for at LEAST 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come help me after I pressed the help button so someone can come help me get the formula my baby needs. This is for the Starbucks inside the Target; I appreciate that the drinks and food taste decent and has consistency throughout all Starbucks locations but OHMYGAWD, the service is so slow here. Not only is it sloth-SLOW, but I was standing in front of the cash register for 5min with no recognition from the 2 baristas (a Latina & AfricanAmerican girl). Just attempted back to school shopping. My child has grown so much so we really needed to update his wardrobe, and I had no clue what sizes he would need. So, stands to reason, we would need fitting rooms. This specific store has 3 different fitting room areas. All 3 were closed. All 3 had piles and piles of totes, bins, discarded clothes, go backs, broken down cardboard boxes, trash, and discarded hangers all over. When I asked the attendant for a room, she gestured over her shoulder and said the other one was open. There was only 1 room open out of the 4 rooms over there. And that one room in question? The floor was covered in clothes, and hangers. The room was hidden behind a flatbed cart, and a stack of broken down card board boxes. The hallway was also covered In piles of clothes, and boxes, and trash. What a terrible experience. I wish I could say this was an isolated experience, but the last time I went in for a dress shirt a few months ago, there was also not a single room made available for patrons, and also stack and stacks of totes, and clothes all over. read more

This target is not my favorite but after not coming here for two years I decided to see what's happening. I found some items for the grandkids and after unloading onto the belt. The checker turned off his light and said it would be faster if I went to another checker s he was going to process a red card for the customer. Great!!!???!!! I took all my stuff off the belt and went to the self check out. It was faster. I then went to the head cashier to explain what just happened. Oh she said I am sorry but that's not our policy and I will speak to the checker. We also saw a worker talking with another worker and bang he dropped a small glass frame and it broke. I asked a worker about a $100 toaster oven and he said out of stock. You need to try another store. Too many problems with Target!! Oh one more the scanner wasn't working to check a price. Purchased an HP keyboard from Target.com. Waited a week to receive it. Sure nothing like Amazon Prime! Finally arrived and it has no USB plug with it! Called the store to see if they have one like it. Thought I'd at least be able to exchange it for one with all the parts. No one answers the phone at 8:58 PM, either in electronics or customer service. Store website says they're open 'til midnight (because people are Christmas shopping this time of year). Target.com customer service already closed at 8:58 PM. Haven't been able to print out and balance my checkbook because no keyboard working, so I can't type/print anything. My Target run are my stress reliever even when I don't need anything lol. This location is my go to, for sure!!! The associates are always great help when needed, great stock in this location. Workers here are very helpful, went for a Ninja Blender on sale this week the app showed they had it in stock , showing up to the store they didn't have it on the shelves, I asked one of the associates and went to check for me the back or if they didn't have it bin the back he was going to check one last spot for me and boom he come back with the blender. very helpful and friendly.. I love using the Target apps for sales ,coupons and scanning items for prices. Its saved me a lot of money and Target does price match from their app, unlike other stores they are so rude when needing to adjust price or coupon codes. !!!!! One star too many. I found Christmas pajamas that's were not ringing up. The very rude cashier stated they were not on sale . A couple of other employees approached us and said ," just give her 70% off" I shared that all the Christmas items were 90% off. The young lady said. It's 70% off do you want it or not. Target or Wal-Mart? That's easy, I shop at the place where things are organized. Lately, however, this older building has gotten a complete overhaul inside. While it's still work in progress I've always been satisfied with the employees and management here. Target for me represents good value on household items and recently I learned about the app called Cartwheel that uses a scanner for the barcode to see if there are cheaper prices online that will be honored at the register. The downside is it takes a bit of time and I'm conscious of holding up the line but the savings! Cat litter alone saves me $4 on two plus I get a $5 gift card for buying two. Sweet deal. Having groceries in the same place is nice but I only get things to save a second trip to a crowded grocery store when I'm in a hurry. While the clothes are intended to be fashion forward and stylish, I've usually found them to be compromised in fit, fabric or details, albeit functional (for chores around the house). One item I scored here over ten years ago is a distressed leather belt with a hefty buckle. Less than $20 and It feels and looks better than many John Varvatos belts I've seen. While this store is smaller than many, it is well organized overall. The lines to get out will always annoy me but sometimes I get lucky and get in and out rapido. read more

I had a horrible experience at the Starbucks today with my daughter who came to visit me for Mother's Day. The employee Isabel was extremely rude and yelled at her for no reason. My daughter was simply asking when the drink we ordered 30 minutes ago was going to be ready as everyone behind us had all got their drinks. She raised her voice at my daughter and said "SOMEONE MUST OF TAKEN IT SINCE YOU LEFT YOUR FIRST DRINK SIT ON THE COUNTER FOR OVER 10 minutes!!" Which is simply not true as she grabbed it as they were setting it down since we were just waiting for our drinks. She then said "THAT'S NOT TRUE CUS I PUT IT DOWN ME!!!!!" My daughter is not one to argue or anything so she simply put her drink down and walked away with tears. That whole situation was extremely uncomfortable and uncalled for. All my daughter did was ask if my drink was going to be ready soon and got yelled at. Fortunately we spoke to the manager and he was great! He was very kind and informed us she would be spoken to.
