The prices are very fair. They offer a huge discount over buying similar new high quality furniture. However that being said the prices here are not your typical consignment store prices. This place offers only the cream of the crop for sale. Well curated collection. This is not your typical busted type of Goodwill thrift store. There is parking in front of the store but it is a bit tight. They have a restroom for patrons. The staff is always very friendly and cordial. Are they going out of business or don't want to give you an estimate of what they will price an item at? Anyway, I wound up selling everything on Facebook marketplace at great prices and no commission fees.
