This is the WORST target! If it wasn't enough that they put our good Target out of business (a bitter point of contention still)... I don't know who is running this place, but there is this thing where they will purposely say that there are things in this store that no other store has. And not only are they not limited but are in full stock! But they're not. This Target is not at all close to our house, and we drive all the way over here, and they are always out of stock of the item that the website says they're lipping full of. So who's the lie? Does this Target just never update their stock? So they purposely hide things so that folks will just come to their store and spend money on other garbage? And or course here is the transcript of every convo I've ever had with a sales associate about it: Me: it says it's in stock online Them: well it's in stock Me: I don't see it on the shelves anywhere Them: well I guess it's not in stock HATE THIS PLACE! read more

My least favorite target I've ever shopped at. The layout makes no sense. Everything is always just thrown around and disorderly. Clothes just shoved on racks, no shoes in their boxes, toys on the floor and randomly on the shelves. Goodwill is more organized and tidy than this store. read more

I wish this target had a better selection of clothing for women. I've been to other locations that have way more merchandise to look through than this one. Do enjoy the wide selection of groceries however read more

This Target is easy and clean for the most part. There are only a few specific spots which I regular- they need organizing attention. All in all: I still shop here when I want something on the higher end and I love looking at the seasonal section. read more

I ordered online. Once I got the update that my order was ready, I went into the store to pick up my order. I can not wear a mask. Thank you for accepting me in the store without a mask. Not missing a beat to stay polite and professional during my time in the store. read more

The pickup drive up is horrible , I've been coming here a year and it's slowly gotten worse. The management is shit as well in the store pickup area only/curbside. The actual physical store is just like any other good target. But whew this target officially lost my business. They many times cancel items in my order and hold my money for days before refund. The purpose of pickup is suppose to be easier and for the last 5 pickups it's been more stressful than a shopping trip with my two toddlers. read more

This review is for the lady who checked us out today, Robin. It's a busy Saturday and she was scanning things at the speed of molasses. Looking around, saying "we'll get this done eventually" "slowly but surely". We were in line for 20 minutes and stood there while she scanned our one bag worth of items for another 10. This is not the kind of checker we need on a Saturday when only 2 registers are open. Train your employees better! read more

This target is huge with stuff for any occasion and person. The store is clean and has great helpful staff. The only downside is the roof is leaking and has buckets dripping water everywhere. Hopefully that gets fixed soon so It can be a more enjoyable and open area. read more

Awesome new-er store! Everytime I come here, it is not that crowded. (Not that I'm complaining) Their shelves are usually well stocked, and the produce is decent. I am giving 5 stars because of the customer service I received the other night. I was shopping for my sisters baby shower this coming weekend. I printed the list from the baby registry, and off I went. It is very convenient that Target puts the aisle number where the item is located. The first few items I found no problemo. The crib mattress, I could not find. An employee (didn't get her name) came over to help. She checked stock, and though inventory showed one in stock, we couldn't find it. She called the closest store, and had them set one aside for me at the customer service desk. Great customer service. read more

My least favorite location, always a bunch of kids running around playing hid and seek and congregating in the patio furniture area, feels more like a teenage lounge than a place to shop. read more

Clearance items go QUICK at this location! Even if it's only 15% off. I think other Targets have more variety than this one though. Need more items!! Oh well,.... I still like Target because I can use my Target card to save 5%, and combine my cartwheel coupons, target coupons, and manufacturing coupons. Also, it is close to home. Woot! Woot! High school is close by as well as Hawaiian falls and he movie theater. Now you have high school kids playing inside target. They'll grab and use the toys and put it some place else. Walking around with my child, hearing teens talk dirty, mess with brand new toys and misplace them elsewhere. I thought I was inside wal mart for a split second. Sadly the workers have to clean up after these teens. Looks like target is the new hang out spot for high schoolers. read more

Now I know when I walked in the store was closing in 18 minutes... However I needed one item. I noticed everyone was in a hurry to get off work (as expected) BUT I passed 8 employees on the way to grabbing my 1 item and not 1 employee greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. Did I mention 8 ?! There was even somebody putting away clothes in the section I was in , she gave me a dirty look.I actually could've used the help to find a plain gray shirt for my sons tryouts for school tomorrow. I can't remember the last time I wrote a negative review but I just felt the target needs to step up their customer service. read more

ONE lane open with a cashier at 8:30 on Memorial Day. ONE.. are you kidding me!!?!? TERRIBLE management, everyone heading to self checkout due to no lanes open. TERRIBLE customer service. read more

This place always has what I need. Definitely prefer this over a Wal-Mart any day. They also have a convenient Pizza hut place inside if you get hungry and a Starbucks if you want a drink. Employees are nice and helpful, especially the ones in the video game section; the one tall skinny guy especially, always see him there and always asks if I need help. I also like how they have a Pokemon gym right in front, so I can stop by and take it over as I'm also shopping for groceries. read more

The store is always clean and organized. Employees are profession and kind! Great selection of merchandise!!

Clean store at least however I came here at 7am and waited in line for pokemon cards since that's the only way you can get cards these days and their inventory sucked. It's bad enough that you have to expect champions path or vivid voltage but they didn't have either on their restock day. They literally put out 4 boxes of baseball cards and that was it. When I asked the manager if there were any Pokémon cards he said "yeah in the back with toys". He straight up lied. There were 0 Pokémon cards in toys. I know about the scalper problem but let's be real scalpers target sports cards not Pokémon, at least when it comes to target because they're expansions are garbage. read more

I may have found my new favorite Target. I just was in for a quickie yesterday. They are having a sale and things were crowded and disheveled. I found something online at this location so I will see if it looks better. The store is huge and since I love Target, won't mind wandering around a little and checking out this 20 year's of wonderful designers. Happy shopping. I'll report back if needed. read more

Fairly new Target with a "bucks" inside. Plenty of parking but still gets really busy and it's in a huge shopping area. Please drive slow, lots of kids and foot traffic. read more

Very friendly staff. And very clean. Undergoing lots of remodeling but still a nice store. I go at least 4 times a week. My 3 month old son loves all the baby stuff there and they offer 20 percent off car seats when you bring an old one in. read more

Check your expiration dates on any food you purchase. Twice now we had problems at this location. First was a box of canned cat food that had a hole chewed into it. The smell down the aisle was horrific, like a dead animal. I grabbed the first worker (that happened to be two aisles over and ignoring the stench) and he walked over kicked the box and said "I will find someone". Just left it there. Now yesterday, my wife bought string cheese from here. Mind you it is December 1st. She bit into it and suggested the texture was off. Low and behold the expiration date was JUNE of 2015. Seriously. Six months passed the expiration. Check your food dates before you buy it!! read more

Terrible customer service. Only one cashier light was on, and the lady rudely yelled at me that her lane was in fact closed and to find somewhere else to go. If this is how target allows their employees to act to customers, I will not be supporting them anymore. read more

Cart employee parked a long line of carts right behind my vehicle and then walked to the store! He messed with the doors and after several minutes finally came back and moved the carts. Had my backup lights on when he parked the carts there. Won't be back to shop at Target again! read more

Got curbside pickup, got home and half my stuff is missing. Apparently all of the cold items never made it to my car. It's quite a drive and there is a pandemic going on so I'm trying to call to make sure if I drive back, the stuff will be brought to my car. No one is answering the phone. For 30 minutes. A huge store like Target can't answer their phone? So what, I'm just out that money? Because I have a health condition and am not risking my life to go inside for $50 worth of stuff. I am beyond annoyed and feel ripped off. read more

How hard is it to answer the phone, and help a customer? Apparently at this target, damn near impossible.

I love this Super Target in Pflugerville! It's always clean, well stocked, and they have a Starbucks!

I love target but I'm Shocked that target is not enforcing better covid19 protocols. I Just watched a maskless family walk around the store with a coughing toddler. The child played with multiple toys, coughed all over them, and then the toys were left in the middle of the isles. Same thing in the school and crafting isles. Not once did the parents encourage that the child cover their mouth. Target should be doing better. Maybe 10% of people are wearing masks. Interesting that less than 50% of the state of texas is vaccinated against Covid19. If you're not going to encourage masks, better social distancing should be enforced. Every part of the store I went to today it seemed that I was followed by this entitled family that felt that it was ok to let their sick child touch and play with everything. I could not get out of target fast enough today! read more

This store is really great for shopping. I love to shop here for Christmas presents. They always have great bargins and I usually spend under $700 for three kids. LOL! This place is always clean with staff smilining from east to west. All registers are usually open and they are never long. I am usually in and out of this store pretty quick. read more

This store is always in good shape. The place is clean and typically well stocked. Good thing it is not busy most of the time because they don't keep lots of cashiers standing around waiting for people to check out. Instead, everyone is on the floor keeping it clean and helping customer's find items. This is a nice Target. I like shopping here. read more

20 lanes, 20 and they only open the ones in the center of the store. I cannot say enough about Ilya in the pharmacy and the epic 2 hour flu-shot session he had with my son today. He was so patient with my child. We went in to get a flu shot and my son just lost it. He was scared and afraid his shot would hurt. Ilya was so sweet and kind to him. When I was losing my cool, he stayed calm. We would leave to calm down and come back when my son said he was ready to take his shot and we would start all over again. Finally, after two hours of this, Ilya found his window and took it. I was impressed that he wanted to make the shot a pleasant experience and wanted to do everything he could not to make it a traumatic one. This pharmacy is lucky to have him. read more

I spend so much time and money at this Target I just pretend my bills are rent. This location is clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful. At Christmas time they are on the ball with returns. I hear horror stories about post Christmas returns at Target....not at my Target. They are the best! read more

I love love LOVE this Target. I have always been a fan of Targets, as their stores are always clean, well-stocked, and organized in a easy-to-find-things fashion. Unlike Walmart, the employees are generally happy and willing to help, and the store is CLEAN. And doesn't look old. This one is definitely one of the best that I've been to; it's got a huge selection of just about everything, including food. And I think that's what I like most about this Target - they have a great grocery. I've been able to find all my highly specific needs (e.g. gluten-free, ethnic) that I used to have to get at a standalone grocery store. Checkout lines have always been quick (even on the weekends!), the cashiers are almost always happy, prices are very competitive, and I never have trouble finding someone if I end up needing help with something. I'm so glad this is right around the corner from my house. I'm here pretty much a couple times a week, at least. read more

Today I was Amazed by the level of Customer service I received from this Location. It was a magnificent experience it Started with Nathan in the electronics I purchased a TV and it was damaged he assured me they would do the best that could to help. I returned the TV and I was expecting a dissatisfying outcome because of how busy the store was and I purchased the TV on Black Friday just a little while ago. This was not the case at all Nathan met me in electronics called for Management prior to me getting there so I didn't have to repeat myself over and over again. Nathan introduces me to David "Dav" the MGR. After Dav looked at my issue he quickly said "Let me tell you what we can do since we do not have your product in stock no longer. " I was not expecting this response either in the past at other retailers (Walmart) the attitudes were bad and unbothered. Nathan went to the back and found the right TV for me. He then had Marie check me out on a register that was not opened so I would not have to stand in line again. (They had 90% of the lanes open and they all were full)Marie explained to me the return policy and was very personable. Nathan then had William help me take the TV and load it in my Truck. I highly recommend this Target and their staff. I do not know whom the Store Manager is however the Staff is truly treating your customers the right way Thank You All read more

I called the store before I drove 45 minutes and was told the item I was looking for is in stock. I specifically said I am driving in from Northwest Austin if there was a chance they would be gone. He said no, there are plenty here. I arrive and I am told they can't sell it. Even after verifying with the employee that admitted he told me to drive down and pick one up. The manager Merna got involved and still would not honor her employees word. Needless to say I am pissed and disgusted with the Stonehill Target! read more
