I have had it with Target curbside bring me spoiled and expired food. Today they delivered to my car spoiled moldy celery, and worst of all, 7 day expired lunch meat! Plus, missing two items I ordered, hamburger patties and dressing packets. This has been going on for years! I have brought it to the attention of their Managers, today it was Manager Bonnie, and they never take it serious enough to fix the problem! Bonnie never even apologized! I am a Senior with health issues. If I had eaten that expired lunchmeat, or given it to my toddler grandchildren, we could have become seriously ill and hospitalized. Today I sent an email to Targets CEO, and tomorrow I am contacting a filing a complaint with the numerous health departments that regulate grocery stores. I showed up at 9:45 am with limited time to shop, only to be told that the fitting rooms don't open till 10 even though the store itself was already open and fully staffed. Multiple employees were standing around chatting, clearly not busy, but none were willing to even try to be helpful. It's baffling that a retail store that sells clothing doesn't prioritize customer service. This kind of rigid policy and unmotivated staff makes you question how much Target values their customers. BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET!!! My wife purchased a Home Depot gift card for Christmas for me here, which turned out to be unusable. We initially suspected fraud - which has apparently become a major issue with gift cards - but after five different visits/phone calls between Target and Home Depot (totaling 4+ hours) we discovered the problem was actually due an issue with Target not properly activating the card. Despite having a receipt with an activation code, Target flat out refused to address their mistake or honor the purchase. This location has a racial profiling problem. Akin to the other review that was posted about 21 days ago at the time of this post, I was followed around inside this target for about 25 minutes by "asset protection" When I confronted him and offered to show him my receipt for the items I had purchased, he stated "it's a big store, it's my job to walk around." If it's such a big store, why would he spend his time only walking around the toy section and register where I was right behind me? After complaining to customer service, The "lead" on duty (on Sat Feb 15th 2025 at 9:00 pm) basically laughed and told me "it's his job to follow people around". Last night I came to your location to see if you had any sports cards in stock and I picked up 4 packs and walked around a bit. Unknowingly I was being followed by target security personnel. I ended up putting two of the packs back on the shelf and went to the cashier to check out. I bought my two packs and was walking out of the store when the security guard told me he would call the police on me and already taken a picture of my license plate. I gave him my receipt and asked him if I could show him where I put the other two packs. He declined and said" if I don't find them police will find you". I see the bad reviews on this Target and honestly I don't think it's any worse than any other Target (or better). I didn't like Target's remodel but that was a corporate thing. As soon as any location did a remodel the app never aligned to show stock and location accurately. That wasn't limited to here. Found it at every location I went to once they remodeled. While the personnel inside the CVS inside of Target have been great, location is WOEFULLY understaffed for the high volume of clientele. This, combined with CVS' internal systems to process insurance (and secondary insurance) makes CVS Pharmacies are business to avoid. Yesterday, my wife went to pickup my prescriptions. They failed to process the insurance. Despite her 40 minutes of waiting, the line grew to HOURS long when she left. I returned today. I was AT the counter only to get my 3 Rxs to find they still hadn't processed through insurance. Tgen, as I'm at the counter, the tech literally said I had to come back after lunch. The curtain fell. After waiting the 30 minutes' break, I finally got my Rxs. Combined, my wife and I spent 1 hour 45 minutes picking up 3 prescriptions that should have been ready the first time. Not to mention the utter disregard for customers' time and the implied "FU" to the customer. No, CVS, it's "FU." Walgreens will be getting a new customer. read more

Almost every time I place an online order there are items that are cancelled as not being in stock. However when you place the order, multiples are showing as being available. This completely defeats the convenience aspect of online ordering as I now have to go to multiple stores as Target CANNOT get their inventory straight, EVER! So frustrating. read more

This has to be the worst Target in the state of Colorado. Every manger of this location should be fired! Employees don't make a store, managers do, and these ones are terrible. The shelves are never stocked, items on the app are constantly out of stock but yet every Target in the area except for this one has the same items in stock...hum....and this has been for years now. I also wait in huge lines every time I am here, be it checkout or pharmacy, huge lines. I will literally drive the extra 10 mins to a different Target location away from my home because this place sucks so bad. read more

I'm not sure what's happened to this place but it's gone down hill so fast. The bathrooms are always absolutely disgusting; the fitting rooms as well. Nothing is ever stocked and if you need help, good luck finishing an associate who's willing and able. Also beware groceries aren't turned over fast enough and there are almost always expired food. I love Target, and really loved the Target where I used to live. Didn't realize just how much I loved my old Target until I moved and started shopping at Twenty Mile. The shelves are not often stocked, and when I've mentioned that at checkout sometimes they share they are understaffed (which is very likely). Every time I go there is something that I would consider a staple that is out (bananas, pretzels, bread, milk, etc), and sometimes there are multiple empty shelves. I also have found their produce not to be as good/stay as fresh as long as competitor's. There are some people who work the checkouts that are extremely slow. I would encourage management to place their most efficient employees at the checkout to help ensure customers can get out in a timely manner. Waiting 10 minutes while your groceries get rang and bagged seems long in comparison to other groceries/Target stores. On the plus side, I have found some associates very helpful, and a few are not. I'm so sad to write a less than stellar review, but after being disappointed on nearly every shopping trip, I felt it was time to share my concerns. I think with some swaps of who works where, and looking at staffing, I know this Target location can rise to the occasion! read more

Large location including a full grocery area, Starbucks, and CVS. Their drive up option is 100%. I usually go during the week day while my kids are in school. I'm not sure if I've just had bad luck when I go, but I always seem to go when they're stocking shelves. They are polite and move their stocking carts from the middle of the aisle to the sides so I can get by, but I feel like I'm disturbing them. I'm sure it's to look trendy, but their diagonal aisles in the back irk me. I'm always using the app to locate where things are and it makes it difficult to navigate where the aisle numbers are. read more

Like most people, I love to roam around Target and load my cart with a bunch of things I don't need. However, I absolutely loath this Target. Their return policy is total shat and they give me a hard time returning everything, even with a receipt. Today I returned a couple of items totaling $10 with a receipt. They told me I had to have the money put on a merchandise credit and not my actual credit card. What?!?!!?? I have had such issues here that I didn't even argue because it is not worth the battle. Tar-zhay, what else can I say...drive in front of the Walmart across the street and you'll know why it's been given this term of endearment. Neat, clean, and organized and totally dead in the evenings. It's nice to pop into a big box for one item and to be able to check out with the red and khaki employee drooling from boredom behind the return counter. Where do they miss the mark? The grocery section has something to be desired and a big miss on not having the large organic certified layout like the sister store Super Targets. Maybe there's just to many rednecks on this side (oh, come on, you know the ones with the jacked up truck/ flag pole in the middle/ spewing black clouds of diesel through your air conditioning vents?) Maybe that's why Whole foods and Trader Joes have stayed away so far too...not enough population density is my guess. read more

This Target is pretty average in terms of stores. It's somewhat clean, (definitely more so then Walmart across the street) It runs pretty smoothly. They just need more people on the cash registers and for the self checkout to move quicker. Another small problem is that the products here seem to have dwindled ever since the pandemic started. read more

I have to agree with Cass B. that the store is less than super. Several sections appear picked over, and the clearance items were sparse and in disarray. Also, the everyday pricing on groceries is just not that great. I didn't see any real deals on tortilla chips, etc. When items are on sale, it seems like they are knocking a few cents off something that is already overpriced. The baking section was not great. Why are shampoo and body wash 3 aisles apart? The plan-o-gram for the store needs a serious redo. I miss the old Target at Lincoln and Parker road. read more

I've been coming to this Target for about 5 years now, and I think I can count on one hand the times I've seen anything out of order, or spilt, or messy. It's clean, organized and never really crowded. The ailses are big enough so you don't play "wait for the oblivious customer to stop blocking traffic" and there always seems to be at least a dozen staff members walking the floor to help people out. Super friendly too - I always get a healthy "Hello, how are you doing?" from them. I find they have the best prices as far as frozen items, milk & cereal, and cleaning/toilietry stuff. Compare the prices to Soopers or Safeway on deodorant and toothpaste, you'll be surprised. Meat and fruit, you're better off going to Soopers or Sprouts. The checkout staff is hands down the friendliest in town (even better than Kunjani - yeah, I know!) and they always keep enough checkers around so you'll be through the line in no time. The 5% rewards program they run is awesome. They issue you a card that is connected to your checking, just like your debit card, and when you use it at Target, you get 5% back, on the spot. No check in the mail or waiting to get to 500 points or something, On the spot, and it shows up the next day or so on your debit ledger just like any other purchase. And it's free. Also, if you have your own re-usable bags (yes you need to get these) they'll give you 5 cents every time you use them. Hey it adds up people! read more

Hit or miss I'm new to the area and it takes a lot for me to NOT love target, but this one I don't love. First of all, I use their little bullseye app to navigate the store, so when I ask for help and tell someone "I used my app and looked where it said and STILL can't find it" that means it's your turn to look, not point me in a general direction or say "ummm, well that's where it SHOULD BE" yes, I know that's where it SHOULD be bc that's where the app says it's in stock, however I circled several times and I'm done. Also, I really despise how I purchased a shirt for my toddler, next day it was on clearance on the app, I tell the lady at customer service and even gave her the receipt with the item info on it and she says "do you have proof of the discount?" Doesn't she work there? Isn't there a way for her to look it up without me doing it? It seemed at though she didn't try or just didn't know how to. THANKFULLY the shirt was still there, so I scanned it on my phone and there it was, plain as day. So I had to screenshot it and take it back, and once I did there were no issues, but jeez I really had to work for it! I also despise how Target seems to allow their employees to wear ear buds. It's quite annoying to see someone in uniform and try to flag them or get their attention and not know if they're playing the system bc they have ear buds in. I think it's just ride and if you're on a break maybe they should cover their work shirt or something. Also, why is it that I can find something on the app, but if I ask someone they just say they don't know and don't even try to pull it up? This Target has a little smaller selection and variety than most Super Target stores but since they're located out in Parker they normally don't sell out as quick on their good weekly sales/deals as much busier Target stores. Normally if sale item is out of stock at another location, they are a lot more likely to still have the item here. Especially toys :-) read more

It's a Target so there's not much to tell. I do like their fresh foods section up near Starbucks. The salads and sandwiches are really yummy and gift you a pretty nice inexpensive lunch option if you are looking for non-fast food. There usually aren't long lines either at the check stand or the customer service desk, even during the holidays. They keep this one well staffed. I do miss the old one that was on Lincoln and Parker Road. Something about it made it feel like home but of course it's better than driving to Castle Rock or Aurora to get your Target fix. The eyeglass center is also very nice and have reasonable prices on frames. read more

I like that this location has a Starbucks. I like their clothing for kids, but the quality for women's clothing is not that great. The loud walkie-talkies on the employees are completely annoying to hear while I'm shopping. And my biggest complaint is that they have two doors to enter The store but the registers closest to those doors are never open, only the center check out areas have employees working.
