We also bought a stunning Green Mountain grill, though from another store. The three items I mentioned in my initial review that we wanted to buy, we would have gladly purchased at Murdoch's if things had gone differently. Since that post, we've returned to Murdoch's twice more, but unfortunately, not much has changed. We've bought five additional guns--but not here, again due to our customer service experiences. When we stopped in during the winter to look at snow blowers, the salesperson couldn't answer our questions confidently. I wish I could give Murdoch's a better rating, but it's just not the kind of experience that makes me want to spend my hard-earned money. Customer service and profiling issues need improvement. This store could have made several sales but missed the mark.

I had heard home renovation could be an overwhelming undertaking with hiccups, false starts,…read moredelays, and sometimes even outright failures. I had never gone through major remodel or worked with a designer before and was unsure of the process. I researched and spoke with several designers. When talking with Carla's A Classic Design, what stuck with me was that right away they showed genuine excitement and great vision around the possibilities. And they were firm, but polite, about the existing design elements that had to go. The renovation included a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a mud room. Angie and team asked me a lot of questions about my tastes, listened to my ideas and brought back a vision that was awesome! They did such a great job of ensuring the design was something that I would love. The result is that they gave me such a beautiful place, one that I couldn't imagine getting to on my own, but it feels 100% mine and I enjoy it every day! We loved the work Carla and Angie provided so much that we hired them again to do the complete design for our vacation home.
