I love Target...but not this location. Employees here seem generally unhappy and not very helpful. I walked in to guest services today to pick up an order. There were 6 employees but not a one acknowledged me for several minutes. They all seemed irritated and were not friendly. The stock here seems to run low compared to the Lone Tree Target as well. One more reason not to shop here. The store feel overall is not as nice as the Lone Tree location either. When I went to check out today, I asked a store employee if they would price match their website. She said yes and told the cashier to take care of it as I approached the checkout. The cashier mean mugged me and let out a sigh...I looked her directly in the eyes and smiled...she just stared at me with a look of disgust. Can you play some music over the loud speakers while we shop? It's eerily quiet. There's hardly anyone ever working. To get help in the back of the store you have to find someone in the front of the store. They have about a dozen registers, but only 1 or 2 ringing at a time. There is more management than ringers and they will often just be standing around while they see you waiting with your one or two items in back of a customer who is doing a month of food shopping, and do nothing. They need to have someone constantly on their express checkout. Being from the east coast, I've always favored Target over Walmart and I can't believe I'm now saying this but I actually now prefer Walmart just cause I am in and out in no time. Your store really needs to get on board with the self check out. read more

They don't usually seem to have everything. They're always missing something that another target has. The women's section always seems cluttered and messy. The shoes always seem so baron. read more

If I could rate this store less than 1 star, I would. When I've gone in looking for something in particular, it's usually out of stock! I've seen management standing around talking bad about the other employees. There only ever seems to be a couple people who have lasted more than a month! What's with all the turnover? I'd rather go out of my way to shop at the Lonetree store. read more

Walmart i.e. next building has better rates for identical items. Otherwise, consistently organized and well stocked. Store is always clean and tidy. Employees are friendly and capable. Easy store to utilize whether you need just a couple items, or your on a full-on shopping trip. read more

Preparing for vacation, I was in a hurry to grab last minute items and grabbed the wrong size. Went to the counter to do an exchange to be told they don't do same day returns per their asset protection policy. This policy is absurd and located nowhere on the receipt. read more

The store is very clean but I usually can't find any customer service & when I do there all in a group chatting it up. They have a good assortment of grocery items but they always seem to be missing that one thing I need or I know I can go across the street & pay 1/2 the amount. Like others have said usually the smallest & not so clearance -clearance section. read more

My wife (who worked for this Target for 17 years) and my daughter shop at this Target weekly. This last weekend, while they were shopping, a pair of local high school morons were riding the electric carts (reserved for disabled folks or people who have issues walking). They managed to crash into an end cap in the toy section of the store because they were jacking around. Luckily they did not hurt anyone's kids who were in the toy section. My daughter called them out a jackasses and told them to take the carts back where they got them. My daughter and wife followed them up to the front of the store to report the destroyed end cap. During the exchange, 2 teenage Target employees turned on my daughter instead of placing the blame on the two moronic teenagers (probably from the same school). This store has gone in the crapper over the last few years and we will no longer shop at this place. The health and welfare of their "guest" means nothing to the Target employees. These electric carts should be locked up and only given to those in need via a trip tot he service desk. I logged this complaint with a "manager" the same day it happened but I will not hear back from anyone at Target because they do not care about this store or its patrons. Stay away, there is better stores in the area. As an aside, we have had to throw away food purchased at this store because they do not re-stock properly and they leave expired items on the shelves. Just shows the general lack of respect for themselves and the general public. Do yourselves a favor and shop elsewhere. read more

For some reason the employees in this mall stores are rude or racist. I love target but this location I will avoid at all costs. Did not like the cashier's attitude toward customers. Who has name along the lines of "mmie". She wasn't straight up rude but chose how she acted differently to each customer. read more

Worst customer service. Alicia who is a manager is not only rude but she is confrontational. I wanted to return a rug that I had used the end of two gift cards on to pay for. Like most people want to gift cards were empty I threw them away. When I came back to return the rug they said it had to go back to the gift cards not to my credit card and not to cash. In essence they were forcing me to shop at target with the money because they were only willing to give me a target gift card. I've been a loyal target customer but I will never come to the store again. read more

Target has a little bit smaller selection and variety than I was expecting. I still ended up finding what I needed. then I went to the Pizza Hut and the breadsticks were already pre ready and the pizza took 1 minute. very quick but the breadsticks were way too seasoned. I couldn't eat them. the cheese pizza was good though read more

Is this Target going out of business? The last 4 times I have been here they have 3 lanes open of an available 24 and I have never seen the express lane open. Apparently they really rely on their self checkout which would be fine if there wasn't a ginormous line there every time. If not going out of business than schedule some people to work the checkout lanes! read more

We have always liked shopping at the Parker Target. We would just like to praise one of the employees ( NOVELLA ). She is a retiree who works at the store to have something to do in her retirement years. She's amazing, you can just tell she was successful at her past career. We think she would be great in management if she choice to do so. read more

I just moved to Parker and was pleasantly surprised there was a Target so close. Unfortunately, after the awful customer service I received today, I might as well have been at Walmart. I ordered pictures from home and went to pick them up after an email was sent saying they were ready. Me and my husband waited by the photo counter for at least 15 minutes while being ignored by 2 men working the customer service area right next to the photo counter. Several other Target employees also passed us without asking if we needed help. The woman working the area finally came back... Ignored us for another 15 minutes while she worked on the Kodak machine. When she finally acknowledged us she asked what our name was and said our pictures were not ready and were jamming up the machine. We shopped around for another 30 minutes and returned to the photo area. We stood there being unacknowledged for at least another 15 minutes. I finally asked the lady if she was going to tell us the status of our photos...she said they just will not print and we could retry to send the order. She gave us a 3 dollar off our purchase coupon. Terrible service and the worst I have ever gotten from a Target. I will be reluctant to return. read more

I bought a new head of iceberg lettuce yesterday when I tried to use it today it was basically infested with bugs. I counted 11 on the first two leaves. Nasty. Never buying produce from there again, which makes me sad. I used to love this store. Selection hasn't been good for a long time read more

I just had several returns to do. Waited In line at customer service for a few minutes. No one showed. No big deal I thought, I would get my shopping done and then go back to "customer service" and use my returns against my purchase. I grabbed my mere 12 items and return to customer service. The customer service rep that helped me I will not name but her name might rhyme with "who" was there to assist me. I explained that I could get store credit and use it against my purchases. When the returns were finished and a gift card was issued I asked if I could purchase my small amount of items with her. There were no other customers in line. She asked how many items I had, sighed heavily, and then said "no I'd rather you go to someone else." They might want to reevaluate her job title as customer service. Frustrating. I've had interactions with her in the past and she just seems very unhappy with her job. read more
