The adjustment was done and out I walked. Sometime later my wife told me that I had an indentation on each side of my head where the arms of the frames went. My glasses kept slipping and they were very uncomfortable. I went back for another adjustment and Michelle was working. Bottom line. The previous "adjustment" damaged the frame and Michelle replaced the frame and fit them perfectly to my head. I will keep going there but will make sure Michelle is working when I go. Dr. Johnny said that that diagnosis/solution (prism) RARELY EVER CHANGES, so I don't need to keep going back and having it evaluated and paying hundreds of dollars. Holy crap! He also explained what macular degeneration is and what causes it. My blonde son with light blue eyes needs to be wearing a baseball hat and sunglasses as often as possible to prevent it in his old age. So those are just two examples of fantastic helpful friendly information I got in one hour. Not to mention, the staff is so nice and helpful. My husband and I both got awesome frames that we love and get lots of compliments on. (and by the way, just now my husband had an issue with his friends and they fixed it quickly and no problem!!!) He mentioned afterward, on the way home, that, and I quote, "Thankfully Dr. Leung is still young so will be there awhile!" I couldn't agree more! Why do I like this eye dr. so much? He is so patient with me, takes time to explain about my eyes and shows the pictures they took of my eyes. He did the same for my husband. He lets us stay in the same room during our eye exams and that helps to calm me. Now for the staff...they are all exceptional!
