She was not able to give any information. Very dissapointing , the attitude was not great either ! The escuses were more than ridiculous.

He goes over the photo scans and explains what he looks for and it puts me so at ease knowing that he is paying attention and looking for those details. I didn't want to drive there for eye care anymore so I gave this a try Earlier reviews were not good so I was not sure what I'd be walking into It was a great experience from top to bottom. The doctor was informative and efficient. The person helping me choose lenses (MaryAnn maybe?) actually helped me by showing me the frames she had ordered that were not on display anymore. She noticed the ones I chose from the wall were similar and pulled hers out to show me. I ended up ordering her lenses! That's a first for sure They have a good selection of lenses. I also ordered daily contacts which fit comfortably. I'm waiting on the orders for both, I expect about 3-4 weeks from the sounds of it. Looking forward to picking up my glasses

They first tried to give me a different frame than I ordered, a less expensive one I might add...But I noticed, and asked them to send back with the frame I chose. After wearing for a couple weeks I came back so they could make changes. My transition lens had me looking straight through the "magnified" reading section. The Reading section besides being in my line of sight, it was 3 times weaker than my off the shelf reading glasses. Trying to use my new glasses to read, I had to hold the reading material with my arms completely extended, that's where it was in focus.... Not sure who wants to read like that! Long story short, they said I'd have to see the doctor, and get a new script, for the reading section??? By the way, they don't measure the height of the readers with some cool device, they have a representative mark the lens while I'm wearing them, while her hands are shacking !!! Poor attitude, horrible customer service, They say 100% guarantee! NOT TRUE!

I can't imagine going anywhere else now that I've had the BEST! My husband has to come with me each time, (for his appt too), since I'm so afraid of going to the eye dr. He mentioned afterward, on the way home, that, and I quote, "Thankfully Dr. Leung is still young so will be there awhile!" I couldn't agree more! Why do I like this eye dr. so much? He is patient, and that is saying something for someone like me who is scared to death of the eye dr. I don't know where this comes from, but the why is beside the point. He is so patient with me, takes time to explain about my eyes and shows the pictures they took of my eyes. He did the same for my husband. He lets us stay in the same room during our eye exams and that helps to calm me. Now for the staff...they are all exceptional! Friendly, answers any questions, and are patient when looking for frames when I can't decide which ones I would look best in. (Neither of us needed frames yesterday at our appt. but from past experience know this to be true). You don't feel rushed here, and everyone makes you feel like you are the ONLY patient they have! I told her that I learned more in one visit (for my son, not even an appt for myself) then I have learned in many years seeing other eye doctors. dr. Johnny absolutely takes time to explain everything to you about your eyes. I have been seeing another eye doctor and paying out of pocket for a reevaluation every year. Dr. Johnny said that that diagnosis/solution (prism) RARELY EVER CHANGES, so I don't need to keep going back and having it evaluated and paying hundreds of dollars. Holy crap! He also explained what macular degeneration is and what causes it. My blonde son with light blue eyes needs to be wearing a baseball hat and sunglasses as often as possible to prevent it in his old age. So those are just two examples of fantastic helpful friendly information I got in one hour. Not to mention, the staff is so nice and helpful. My husband and I both got awesome frames that we love and get lots of compliments on. (and by the way, just now my husband had an issue with his friends and they fixed it quickly and no problem!!!) I just really can't say enough about this office and would recommend it HIGHLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY to anyone!

A TRUE NIGHTMARE! NEVER FORGET!!…read more I've had my eyes examined since 1983 and never experienced such unprofessional treatment with no result. Don't succumb to the radio advertisements. Better experience at VisionWorks and SVS. 1. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. I arrived and entry door was LOCKED and nobody in office. At 9am, my appointment time, the entry door was still LOCKED and I had to CALL the office to get the entry door unlocked. I was told they weren't expecting me. This was the first RED flag. 2. After completing paperwork, I was taken to the doctor's office for eye examination. The technician was extremely RUDE with onboarding my information. She was VERY confused why I couldn't read the eye chart after inserting my own mono-vision contacts. She became more upset and I almost left the appointment. 3. I finally met the eye doctor and was told I could try multi focal contacts. I paid $80 for contact fitting with trials. He has to order trial contacts and to make an appointment for two weeks out. 4. I received a phone call reminder to come in to fit contacts. So I arrive and the same technician asks me about my new contact use. I had to say I was there to pick them up. She left the room and the doctor came in and mentioned contacts were still being shipped. He informed me to call office in one week. 5. I call back in one week and now the contacts are backordered and doctor not returning for another week. I was told the person who procures contacts would call me back after doctor follow up. No return call so I call and ask the status and I was told the contacts are no longer available. Plus Yaldo is NO longer able to assist in obtaining ANY trial contacts. I was offered the SAME script for the SAME mono-vision contacts that I had before eye examination. So NOTHING has changed. Also, it took over two weeks to receive script by USPS. 5. Yaldo is NOT interested in promoting glasses or contacts at the Rochester Hills location. I believe this location is just a follow up to eye surgery done at their main office. Customer service is NOT in their vocabulary. Please go elsewhere for your vision needs.
