I booked an…read moreappointment the day before and showed up, was quickly checked in and did my initial exam with Marina. She was super sweet and Dr. Tracy Salgado eventually took over for my actual exam. She answered all the various questions I had and took her time to make sure we covered all the info that I came in for. The process was efficient, thorough and I wasn't pressured to purchase lenses like some of my previous experiences at different establishments. Overall, everyone I spoke to was super nice & down to earth so even though this is a bit of a drive for me, I'm definitely going to be returning for my yearly checkups and I highly recommend everyone to give this place a try!

I've been coming here for years and have always loved the doctors--they've consistently provided…read moreexcellent care. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has gotten much worse recently. I've experienced appointments being accidentally canceled, being placed on hold for 15+ minutes, dismissive attitudes, and staff giving inconsistent or inaccurate information. Most recently, I called to have a copy of my contact lens prescription emailed to me so I could purchase lenses while I was already at the store. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes, so I waited. After more than 20 minutes with no email, I called back. I was placed on hold again, and when someone finally answered, she asked for my date of birth. After I explained that I still hadn't received the email, she simply said they were busy and wouldn't be able to send it right away. I explained that I had already called earlier and was waiting at the store because I had been told it would only take 10-15 minutes. She then asked for my name, and after I gave it, she repeated my date of birth--but got the birth year wrong. It felt like she hadn't been listening and was just trying to dismiss my request. She eventually said she would send it "as soon as possible" because they were busy, but the rude attitude and lack of professionalism were disappointing. I understand that offices get busy, but clear communication, attention to detail, and respectful customer service should still be expected. I truly hope the front desk improves because the doctors are excellent, and it would be a shame for the overall patient experience to be affected by poor administrative service.

When I finally managed to speak with the manager in person, she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. Right in front of me, she popped the lenses out of my glasses and twisted the frame, then denied ever touching them. First she said she would help resolve the issue, and then suddenly changed her story and said, "Sorry, we can't help, it's been almost a year." The frustrating part is that when I tried to get help earlier -- before it had been a year -- the staff kept telling me the manager was unavailable and that nobody else could assist me. Now I'm stuck with expensive YSL glasses that I can't even use. On top of that, I feel like I was overcharged with unnecessary add-ons and hidden costs. I have honestly never experienced customer service this bad before. The manager was incredibly unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. Very disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
