After I filled everything out THEN they decide to tell me that I wouldn't be seen by a doctor in person but would do the exam remotely and if there was a problem they would refer me to another doctor. They claimed they called me to let me know this (they didn't, they called to confirm the appointment though), they claimed it was on their website (I can't seem to find it now) when I said I wanted to do the exam face to face. I walked out pissed that my time was wasted and I spent 15 minutes in there longer than I should have. Stay away!
