Dr Tapia is the nicest eye doctor I've ever seen. She is extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend her!

They are like car dealers pricing isn't transparent. I saw on aarp what a great deal I would get and the specifics. I walked out paying over $700 and they are the I've ever had. two weeks later. This is a national chain in the middle of Manhattan, not some mom-and-pop shop in the middle of nowhere. How is it possible that a business dealing with medical prescriptions can't figure out how to send a simple fax? What's worse is that I called over a week ago and was promised follow-up, yet here I am, still chasing down my prescription so I can order contacts. The staff just gives the same excuse without offering any real solution. It's beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. Unless they're going out of business, there's absolutely no excuse for this level of negligence. I shouldn't have to physically go to the store just because they can't get their basic office equipment working. Ridiculous. Save yourself the stress and go to a location that actually knows how to support its customers.
