After the appointment, I went to the eye glasses shop where there were extremely reasonably priced glasses and someone there to help you chose. It seems risky, as I don't usually think to review doctors, so if I had a bad experience and you ask me to review, that could backfire. But not in this case. Honestly I went once over a year ago (oops...maybe I should go back. Gotta see if she takes my new job's health care) but the point is she would be where I'd start for another appointment. I can't really go into specifics since it's been a while. And I've had a few eye doctors over my life so she did everything I expect in an exam. It was a good exam, I got what I needed, the office looked nice and clean, there was enough room for parking. I also like that she has a couple of late nights and weekend appointments. That's a BIG plus in my book. If she's in your network, give her I try. I will again.

I have been to the office multiple times and often find myself thinking that this is the model of how a doctor's office should be run. My first time there I had a minor eye emergency. It was almost 5:00 PM. I called a few spots and no one would take me because it was too late. Dr. Radtke and her staff stayed late specifically to make sure I was treated that day. If she hadn't I probably would have been in the emergency room all night. For prompt, thorough, and courteous treatment look no further.

I'm not sure if it's because the trying times in which we currently live in that this place has an exceptional order and structure to how they operate but it's a plus plus plus in my book!!! 2. The staff here are very informative and friendly. I find that they move expeditiously but not in a way that you would feel rushed. 3. The ophthalmologist that attended to me and my hubby was awesome sauce! Why because she spoke in a respectful tone, her appearance along with her aura says she loves what she does. She too was very informative. Lastly do to me and my husbands sense of humor, when Dr. Ramserat asked us to read the lines FKJML we started reading the lines FREDDY, KING, JACK, MARY, LIMA she still remained professional when she could have responded differently. Instead she smiled and laughed with us and told us that we were originals but she enjoyed the time as well as meeting us. Now as far as the selection of Glasses wasn't pleased with that too tough.

I speak English only, so now I have to be inconvenienced to call the office (when their constantly leaving you on hold) and ask what they're saying. Secondly, they are so far from accommodating, they gave me an appointment over one month out for my child. Lastly, I recently made an appointment and I was early so I called from outside asking if I could go in and the lady said "I just wanna let you know your appointment is four days before what the insurance will cover".... well thats funny because when I called to make the appointment (more than a month prior) I specifically asked to have the appointment on a date the insurance would cover! The receptionist on the phone was absolutely unprofessional, hardly spoke English, and was so far from accommodating!!! Oh! It may be true, but the last three times I went, just so happened my child's eyes are getting worse and worse and he needs special (expensive) medicine from them that insurance will not cover. It took almost a month to get them in which is unheard of. It wouldn't have been as bad if I was provided regular updates rather than having to check every few days by calling them myself... When my frames finally got in, there was a tiny scratch on one of the lenses so they had to be re-order new lenses which took another 2-3 weeks... I did appreciate their transparency however. Once the lenses were finally in, I had to bring my frames back to get the lenses replaced. Tracy was super nice and helpful but her co-worker Henry seemed reluctant to adjust my glasses a few times and seemed rushed to go home which made the overall experience (with what already started off as a bad experience from the previous amalgamation of events) all the much worse - like a cherry on top. In the end, the actual frames and lenses were fine and I am happy with but I have NEVER experienced customer service this atrocious to the point where I felt the need to spend time out of my Saturday to write a long, detailed "Karen-esque" review.
