I would recommend this office in a heartbeat. They book up fairly quickly and I could only get an appointment a week out, so I'd recommend calling early. At my appointment, I didn't have to wait long until I was seen, and each of the providers saw me quickly and without long wait times in between. Will definitely be back for my next year's exam.

He was really considerate of making sure I had affordable options, and I never even said anything about cost. Super fantastic experience, and I will go back again, whether I am using Sightbox or not!

I got glasses and contacts from this location in July of last year and received an email today…read moresaying my prescription has expired. I went back and checked the actual prescription - written by the doctor- and it expires in a year, which is 4 months from now. I called WP customer service and they wouldn't confirm anything without me giving out all my personal data. I think it's in really poor taste to try and trick customers into purchasing again or simply going to the doctor earlier than needed. I'm so glad I took a picture of the prescription rather than trusting WP. I'm going to take my business back to Wise Vision who has never tried to pull something so dishonest and sneaky. I think large companies like WP forget how expensive it is to invest in these services and this really shows their lack of understanding and care for their customers.
