I have read all the reviews about Wise Optical Center before making an appointment. Many complained about providing your credit card information and never gave the reason. Here is the reason for requesting your credit card. Many customers were not honoring their appointments. They never called to cancel they simply was a no show leaving new appointments to be denied. Your credit card is charged if you do not call and cancel your appointment. I have been wearing glasses for many years. This has been the best exam an customer service of all. I asked questions before during and after my exam. I was assisted in selecting the right frames for my requested desires, wants and needs. There were some negative reviews about how long after the estimated time before you haven't gotten your glasses. Be for real folks. Do you know your insurance must approve the lenses before it goes to the lab? Have you stopped to think that if the lab is backed up it may take extra days? Have you taken into consideration that the delivery service used may be delayed due to weather conditions? Be considerate and stop making it all about you. jury still out on this place as my glasses came back from the lab with out the lenses I paid for. No one bother checking to make sure these lenses were transitional as I paid for. Needless to say they had to go back and I am told it will be another 2 weeks with out my glases. Ill check back in a couple week if they come back on time and IF they come back with correct lenses and prescription! still not sure if lab error or store error when sending glasses out with the proper spec instructions read more

i go to Wise Optical all the time for my check ups.. I have always been welcomed with open arm's, never felt like i was rushed at all. the staff are very knowledgeable of the product and what would be suitable for me. I was cutting some wood around the house late one night over the weekend and a fragment wound up in my eye that needing attention. The owner and doctor met me in the office at 10:30 on a Sunday night to look at my eye and prescribe a steroid and painkiller to fix my issue. More than anything it made my nerves calm because I knew I was going to be okay. These are good, no great people. read more

Went back to get a script for contact lenses and he wouldnt give it to me for the brand I needed but told me I had to schedule another appointment and waste more money which is nonsense since I've already used that brand for years. Peter is a friendly, helpful, patient optician. The office is clean, comfortable, and spacious. I got a good deal on a complicated prescription, and he said I'd have in 3 days compared to 7 days or more at other places. my wife had a great experience here! Michele greeted her and was so friendly and courteous, then Dr Zand gaveher a very thorough eye exam, she said he was extremely patient and really took his time and explained everything to her. Dr. Jay and Peter the optician were excellent. The optometrist seems very knowledgeable and Peter the guy who makes the glasses seems great.This was my first time getting glasses and I was scared and depressed for having to get glasses. Guess we all age, anyhow I didnt want to go in but since they have such a convienient location and a very nice looking store I took the plunge and walked in. BUT Unfortunately I just came to realize after my initial review that they didnt offer a selection of lenses to me so I assume I just got the cheapest plastic lenses and paid a premium price, but hey everyone needs to pay their rent, just would have been nice to have a selection, also AAA offers 30% discount on eyeglasses when filled with prescription and they didnt mention that to me, not sure if they dont participate in that offer from AAA but they probably do. I dont have insurance so that would have saved me about $100 bucks. read more
