Absolutely disgusting place to shop at! I had my fist encounter with a raggedy a&$ Karen!" On Sunday I go to target in OAK CREEK to get some laundry detergent because they had a deal if you spend $50 you can get $10 off, and I had coupons as well, which made it a really great deal and was right up my alley because I need some fabric softener and etc. I also stop by the toddler aisle to see what's cute for my baby because I always have to get her something so I found a super cute pair of slippers and like two shirts. I also found a purse. That I have previously bought from target that was the same brand but bigger and I bought it in brown. So when I seen this light green bag just much smaller like a fanny pack! I'm like this bag is so cute... so fast forward I get to the self checkout line after waiting in the line for a few minutes. And as I'm going past the self check out attending or (whatever they called) I see her take a look at what's inside my cart and side eyeing me which made me think she thought I was stealing and sure enough She walks up to me and tells me that she needs me to open the bag and I'm looking confused like you mean my purse?? Like what?? She's like no the bag that you're buying .. so I opened the bag and she takes out the paper and I asked her if I could have the paper back and she tells me NO AND how its " target policy that they have to remove the paper out of purses and how kids have been coming in to steal and pop the sensor tags of items and putting them in bags" so I instantly am confused because what does all that extra stuff you said have to do with anything!!! Remind YOU A LADY IN SELF CHECKOUT BROUGHT A BIGGER PURSE THEN THIS LITTLE PURE I WAS GETTING AND SHE DID NOT CHECK GET BAG AT ALL!!!! And of course she didn't because she's was WHITE! & I'm BLACK. I have been to target multiple times and have NEVER EVER CHECK MY BAG TO MAKE SURE NOTHING WAS IN IT. This was completely unacceptable and I will be posting this on every social media platform to share my disappointed and unprofessional unpleasant experience! And to add other things. Best of the Targets in the south suburbs of Milwaukee. 3.5 stars rounding up. I do wish they would encourage those here that seem to be clueless about using a self checkout to use a line with a checker instead, but that's kind of part and parcel for this Target being almost too Midwestern nice, dontcha know. There was a pricing issue with a BOGO50 deal as I self checked, and the nice lady fixed it right away for me, so there's that. Still not a 5 stars, because...Logan Square Chicago is like the Valhalla of Targets now, and that new Target model has yet to make it to the Milwaukee area. read more

I was just at Target. When I checked out your cashier asked me a question about the Target app on my phone. Now, I didn't have my phone with me at the time. This girl treated me lime I was stupid because I really didn't know what she was talking about. I am So tired of being treated like an uneducated senior. I use to be a radiology tech and can calculate KVP/ MAS / TIME to take a proper dose of radiation. She is blond where's glasses and is heavy. If she doesn't like her job which was obvious she doesn't she should find another one where she doesn't have to deal with the public!!!!!!! read more

With Target and their ilk, newer always seems better, this Target is a little old. It's not as large and well stocked as some Targets I've been to, now it has to compete with a Meijer's down the road not far. The workers here have been friendly and helpful to the extent that they are able, like other comparable department stores they seem chronically understaffed. The location is good if you're passing through the area, it's pretty close to I-94. read more

The best of the Targets nearby. Friendly and talkative cashiers and salespeople. Huge clothing section and someone always there to help in the cosmetic/beauty department. If you have the Target app you can also save a bunch of money with extra coupons. As a company, I love target, especially this particular location. read more

This would of been a great review BUT Sara "one of the store managers" is clearly not good a customer service and caused this 1 star rating. I took time on a Packer Sunday, during the Holiday Season to give a young man a compliment who helped me as the drive up attendant. He was AWESOME! My service was so great I wanted the Top Manager because his customer service was that good. To end the review & not make it any longer. She was difficult, arguementative and clearly does not know how to handle a phone call from a customer. Note to Sara: it's not what you say it's how you say it. read more

Not please with the delivery service lately with the Target located at Oak Cree, Wisconsin. I had order a 8 cube organizer along with with eight baskets and my order was cancelled by the person delivering the order for Target. This has happened twice for no reason because they have plenty in stock. Target really needs to get better delivery services because no matter if they use there delivery person or FedEx the service is terrible lately. I am a target credit card member and have been loyal for a while now but I am really considering not doing business with them going forward. What is just as sad is that when they cancelled my order they had credit the item but not the delivery and I had to reach out to customer service to complain about my order and fix the issue with the delivery fee. Very time consuming and not needed if this was delivered in the first place. I was home as I am working remotely due to the Covid19 pandemic. read more

I come here once a month, clean store always well kept they have all my needs you pay a little extra than other stores but i think they carry a variety of quality brands that other stores don't have, only thing I didn't like is the wait time, need ore cashiers. Always well stocked and has clearance items other stores have at regular price...but has the slowest checkouts ever....confused and don't know how to use the registers or make change. I've also noticed that this location in particular has issues with the Cartwheel items not discounting. read more

Expired food products on the shelves. Things like coffee drinks have been 2-3 months out of date (not talking about a few in the back, it's at least half of them out of date) and are mixed in with others in date which means they're putting up new stock without rotating out old stuff. read more

Had a bad experience with the pharmacy the other day. The support staff is wonderful by the way and always friendly to me. But the one pharmacist Kevin Lemm was very rude to not only me but one of his support staff members as well. I simply asked if Target had any antibacterial, unscented soap. He very rudely and sarcastically said that all soap is antibacterial and walked away without helping us. Duh all soap is antibacterial hence the concept of what soap is. I needed unscented soap which is seemingly almost impossible to find now a days in stores. I just can't believe that such a simple question seemed so beneath him that he felt he needed to be rude. I will probably try using a different pharmacy from now on. :( read more

This Target now has a decent selection of Meat, Fruit, vegetables and other groceries. I may never need another store!

Racism is alive and well in this target. The employees are not even discreet about it. They followed my husband around the store and made sure to watch him really closely at self checkout. He was buying thank you cards for our son's graduation and other odds and ends. This is not the first time that we've felt uncomfortable in this store at this location. The fitting room staff pick and choose who's items they want to count if you get my drift. read more

This location always has a much better selection and deals than the Racine location, definitely worth the trip. Returns are made simple even without a receipt and the Starbucks is always a nice place to hangout. read more

Love this Target, great selection of groceries, health care needs, household items, pet needs, you name it, they have it. Prices are reasonable and once I apply my mobile coupons, coupons and cartwheel ap, I can save some good money. Only downfall is, they need more employees. Sometimes when you are looking for help, you cannot find it and never enough registers are open. read more

Literally the only reason I come to this target is because it is around the corner. However, they literally never have anything I am looking for through the cartwheel app. If you know you are looking for something specific, do not waste your time. I came to this target looking for an outfit and NOTHING was stocked. I don't mean clearance either I'm talking new outfits out on the shelf ( I know this because I go to target almost every other day ) fast forward to about a week later I tried to make an exchange and the man helping me was a bit rude. The woman that was helping him at one point said " you're going to have to do these all individually" to which he responded "oh great" right in front of me! They ended up not doing the exchange for me even though I drove to another target right after that because I was not willing to argue with them and they did it no problems. I know it is a stressful job but at the end of the day your JOB is customer service and HOSPITALITY. If you can't handle people then you're in the wrong job! read more

I do like this target very much, unfortunately this is the third time coming here and again I did not receive any help. I stood in front of the TV's for a good 10 minutes and 3 employees walked right past me. I even asked out loud for help and no one came. Sure I could have pressed the help button, but what's the point of telling workers they need to work? As I walked away, I saw 4 of them huddled up laughing. It could be that I was dressed down, or maybe that I'm Asian. I would hate to play the race card, but even as I was walking out, the two women working in the cellular department looked right at me and gave me a dirty look. I love this target , yes it's a little old now compared to others . But the staff has always been helpful . Never long waits to check out and room for parking . The only down fall is that their prices are a little expensive compared to the new meiejrs down the street. read more

This target is horrible!!!! Every isle I went to had carts full of stuff to be stocked. Most stores do stocking after the store closes not target. It was a huge pain in the ass. My friend and I went to valentines day clearance. There was a box stocked full of coloring books and crayons marked 50% off. The ass that was stacking shelves heard our conversation and said they were not half off. We said the sign said it was. His answer was maybe a customer put it where it doesn't belong they do that all the time. What a rude ass. Then I was checking out and a coloring book that was in a box with other books for a dollar rang up for 6.99. I said that the sign said it was a dollar she responded by saying it was put in the wrong spot like everybody does. Trying to find a checkout was another story. There were only a few checkouts open and tons of people trying to check out. There were several employees walking around doing nothing but no register was opened. What a pain in the ass. I will never go to this target again. I would rather go out of my way to avoid the frustration of this damn store read more
