I'm giving a 4 because there's a LOT of stuff here. I walked around for an hour but couldn't find what I wanted. To be fair, I needed two specific items with a particular look/feel. And yes, I refuse to compromise sometimes. But that's ok. There are two full aisles of vases, aisles of lamps. A full corner section of the building just for canvas art and other wall art. Another corner is all seasonal stuff like lawn furniture and outdoor goodies. I could have walked around for another hour if I had the time. If I wasn't on a budget I would have picked up a few items that I really don't need but think I should have. I'm proud of my restraint! If you have a new place or are just in the mood to redecorate then definitely stop here. The prices on everything are really fair, on par with Home Goods. You can't miss the place. It's on 27th just off the freeway.

I typically don't shop here but needed a Frame for a picture and I knew they had a large assortment. First you can get lost in this store its huge it not a bad thing but overwhelming. Wall decor, kitchen accessories, patio and home furniture, outside decor, interior decor, pillows, rugs omg so many things to mention. While I'm not very sure of the furniture or lets say tables ect quality but most of what I saw was nice. The prices are decent. I may need extra time here and maybe you as well to really look at things. Workers had masks and sanitizer.

They also have a massive seasonal department, which I can't wait to raid for Halloween decor.

One of my clients recently requested I escort them to Chano's Warehouse in Milwaukee this past Saturday; I was not certain what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The exterior is somewhat sparse: a few lawn/garden tools, stacks of chairs/bins, and little else. It gives every appearance of an over-sized pole-barn and to be frank that's exactly what it is. The carpark is somewhat disorganised, but there is plenty of space and also parking available on the street. The warehouse itself is enormous, with all manner of items available for purchase: furniture, china, glasses, toys, clothing, and so on. There are vintage items: phonograph records, farm implements, period toys, etc. I was very pleasantly surprised to observe that although piled high, all the items were clean and polished; the towels/sheets/linens appeared to have been laundered and were folded/arranged nicely. The glasses were beautifully polished and the furniture was spanking clean. Yes, there is some disarray; there are heaps and heaps of things and one cannot attend to everything. Yes, the pricing is very fair; I did not think anything was too dear although some items were marked. However, considering how many items were available, this is probably not surprising and Maria, when ringing me up, offered very reasonable amounts to me (which I accepted). Yes, there is some haggling allowed on the pricing; I was able to chat for a bit with Maria, the owner, who was very friendly and told me how much she enjoyed having this business and welcoming customers. Yes, there was a line but it moved quickly and quite honestly, there was so much to look at I really didn't think it took that long. It may be reasonable to suggest that the success of Chano's Warehouse is perhaps unanticipated and that Maria and her staff are doing the best they can. Nobody's perfect. I enjoyed my visit to Chano's Warehouse (as did my clients) and look forward to returning soon (with more clients).

Finally made it to Chanos!…read more Lots of stuff to look through! Hard part was it's 50/50 in items being labeled for pricing. Which is a little odd then when you make it to checkout/makes me personally not want to grab non-labeled items. Another customer told me you can kind of bargain/haggle the pricing but if that isn't something you're comfortable doing... Overall the price I was given for my total was my max I would have spent had she gone higher I would have asked her to individually note the prices so I could put one thing back. I personally would have priced it probably $5 less especially due to one of the items being a short basket that had some imperfections and I couldn't see it being valued for more than $3 based on average of other places I'd been. But it was an experience

I had already done much of my garden shopping for the year, prior to visiting, but was in need of a fancy iron trellis, some tomato plants, native grasses. Custom Grown Greenhouses has a large selection of affordable vegetables, herbs, annuals, a small selection of perennials, and they also carried affordably priced pre-made succulent planters (which are really popular and pricey at other garden shops). I did find the tomato I was looking for, and the native grass selection was adequate, although not extensive. I was disappointed that there wasn't much of a trellis selection beyond the most basic trellis, but many things just weren't clearly priced, so you'd have to find an associate. I actually would've bought lots more, had prices just been clearly displayed. This place IS affordable, and it's definitely worth checking out.

My fiancée is really into gardening. Unfortunately, she didn't get seeds in the ground this year because our housing situation was a bit up in the air just as she'd have needed to be planting. In need of some greenery in our lives we stopped in here just to take a look around. This place is way bigger than it looks from the street. As you walk back, you'll pass from room to well-organized room of all sorts of annuals, perennials, vegetables, and other decorative plants. I don't have much of a green thumb myself, but I couldn't help myself from getting a really cool hanging basket with a succulent in it called "string of pearls" or "rosary beads." It looks like a string filled with tiny grapes or peas. It's a cool, unique, and weird houseplant. I've got it hanging on my front porch right now (but thankfully protected from the crazy storms). It's not always immediately clear what something costs just looking at the tables, but it seemed like the staff was buzzing around enough that you could ask easily. All-in-all, a great and apparently underrated place
