So,
All the complaints on Yelp are because the couch is expensive. Then dont buy it!! You cant write a bad review of a company just because the price of some of their products are high, they can charge that much because guess what, the product is great!!! And you also cant write a bad review because they have "too many options", Options are one of the best things you can have in this world. Have a green lovesac in a green room and want to repaint the room tan. BAM, get a tan cover for your lovesac, its so convenient!!
That all being said and being out of the way, I am basing my review on three things.
1. Initial visits
2. Purchasing the product
3. Post purchase (even years later)
1. I had always enjoyed Lovesacs, my buddy had one and it was my favorite piece of furniture to sit on. My girlfriend and I went to the Lovesac store one day to take a look and see what everything cost. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. Walked out without buying anything. Went back a week later to look again. Figured everything out cost and price wise.
2. Came back again one week later to purchase and again, staff was friendly and helpful. Went over all pricing and options(sheesh sounds like Im buying a car) Purchased and done. Staff met me down at their back door and helped me load it into my car. The Supersac I purchased barely fit into the back of my 2004 Sentra but not a problem.
3. Which brings us to now, 2 years later. Moved out to California and brought my Lovesac with me. It seemed to be getting flat pretty quick and so I called up the Lovesac Mayfair store and told them about my dilemma. They explained that sometimes Lovesacs dont get filled as much as others, so they told me not to worry, to just send them a picture of it and they would send me a 10 lb box of foam. 1 week later here is my box of foam. My "Sac" (haha) is now full and better than ever. I plan on keeping it as long as I can, and will definitely buy more in the years to come. Seriously some of the best customer service Ive seen in a long time, and I used to work retail and food-service.
**On a sidenote, before I called the store, tried working with online Lovesac support, yuck, I'll just stick to calling the store. Online support was pretty rude lol.** read more
