Get Professionally stalked be sales people who couldn't be more obvious. We made it a game to try and lose the salesman, ducking, weaving, zig-zag, dash, and hiding. We lost him for about 10 minutes. We were still under warranty for both of what I purchased. They absolutely refused to help me with the service issue, no return phone calls, no support when I went into the store. I will never shop at Colders again and recommend that you don't either if you want to have any kind of service at all.

We were thrilled scheduled delivery for 5 days later. Here is the bad part on delivery the two young kids had trouble carrying the queen bed in. They said they had only been on the job a month. They didn't have a tape measure as we wanted to make sure it fit our frame as it was built 30 years ago. No tape measure. We get ours but they had brought it in and said we would have to take the bed apart. You are kidding right!! The bed doesn't not come apart easily. Well they call the supervisor no problem he said we have leg extensions. He tells the kid they are in the truck. No I guess they are not. I have to call customer service and have them shipped to be in four days. The kid says we will leave it and come back and later or you can set it up when you get the legs. That's a hard no!! What if it didn't work or missing pieces or we broke something setting it up? We said take it back and deliver it when we get the leg extensions. Lots of grumbling and they finally get it back into the truck and leave We call once we get the leg extensions and we can not schedule delivery until 2 weeks later!!! So we are almost a month into this now and we said forget it cancel the order and the manager at Delafielz says "you wouldn't break up with a girlfriend like over a disagreement ". Guess what yes we did!! Heads up go to Mattress Firm Peter and Matt in Lake Geneva amazing and guess what it is Labor Day weekend and it will be delivered in two days!! We stopped at their warehouse/larger store (there is also a design center downtown) and found a large showroom full of things I'd very much like to buy. There's a clearance area off to the side that sells floor models and returns at good discounts. We were looking for some lounge-y chairs and there were options aplenty. Helping us was very knowledgeable Barb who was never intrusive and let us look around. After making the rounds, we kept coming back to one specific chair - Barb let us know they had 2 in stock from a cancelled order (most things are made to order) in our preferred color, plus they were included in their anniversary sale. SOLD!! I work on the commercial furniture side and felt that the quality here was oberall very high and the prices, for what you get, are pretty fair. It's not IKEA prices to be fair but it's also not made in China crap that will fall apart and bottom out in a few months. You'll love it if: you appreciate mid century or modern design, want a high level of quality, want to customize items. You won't like it if: you need cupholders in your furniture.
