There are pieces that definitely cover style, comfort and durability. However, it's difficult to find a piece that has everything within the budget you may have set for yourself. And while I didn't find a sofa that spoke to me at that time, I found myself here again, a few years later, looking for a mattress. And this time I did give them all my money. There was a very patient gentleman who put up with me for at least an hour while I tried all the mattresses that fit my criteria, and then while I waffled between my two favorites. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He didn't steer me directly to the most expensive mattress, I found that myself. However it's not the one I chose. I picked the second most expensive one lol I hate shopping, my back chronically hurts from an injury, and the mattress I liked the best alleviated some of that pain. The checkout process was easy. I qualified for a credit card I didn't need, but it allows me to pay off the purchase at my leisure instead of immediately. The delivery was great too. After a couple weeks we had a call to schedule, followed up on the morning of, received a text when they were on the way, and after the delivery was completed. The gentlemen who removed the old mattress set and installed the new one were very professional. I work from home and they barely made a sound. They were respectful of my property and quick. I didn't feel the need to shop around, most places have the same stock and comparable prices. I like BiltRite and was happy with my experience. The mattress has been a lifesaver for me as I don't wake up in intense pain every morning. I find that my experiences over almost 20 years with this store have been pleasant and no pressure. I ordered the mattress and for the price of the box spring was going to get an adjustable base (top only) for the same price. The day before delivery, I called and changed my mind and wanted the box springs instead. They were accommodating and I knew it could have changed my delivery. Stopped in at the Racine store with a picture. The store manager Jason was super helpful and scheduled a service call. Great communication on when they would be out and Isaac and Brice arrived right on time. They were able to fix the problem here, but there was no question at all that the problem would be fixed even if it required taking it back to the Greenfield store where the mattress was made. When I stopped in at the Racine store Jason noticed that we had never had a comfort adjustment and asked if we also wanted that. We didn't because the mattress has been perfect from the first night, but it was nice to have the question asked and see a company stand behind their product years after the sale.

I have called several mattress firm customer service numbers and they tell me to go through the arduous process of printing off the measuring device and doing the laundry list of assigned pictures. I don't own a printer so this will be a chore so that I can gamble that my warrenty will be honored. My warrenty is for 10 years. The last person I spoke to on the phone basically said there was nothing mattress firm can do for me because this is a manufacturer issue. That being said, go ahead and buy your mattress online for a cheaper price. There's no need to have mattress firm be a middle man if they have no ability to provide customer service if the product is faulty.

In fact, the fabric has held up all of these years with children and dogs! However, the back cushions were sagging and the seats welt cords had worn through. Looked to replace the sofa, but found nothing that compared to this piece. Brought the cushions to the Greenfield store and even though the company that made this sofa was no longer in business, they agreed to add fill and delete the welt cords and renew the cushions. It only took 4 days (had them back in time to watch the NCAA tourney which made my husband happy!) and the couch looks like new! Thank you to Anthony and Michael for an awesome job!!!
