Santa, snowmen, Grinch, rudolph and more. Definitely come here if these are what you're after. In general though, this maybe just not the spot for holiday shopping for me, and instead referring here for more general home-needs. First, they mismeasured the dining and living room space and ordered the wrong sized table and sofa. Then they ordered the wrong light fixture. We ordered certain fabric for the pillows but later we're told there wasn't enough fabric. 3 months after receiving our Sofa the seat cushion fabric is terribly wrinkled. There are seams down the front and back which are unsightly. The dining room table chipped at the bottom after being here approximately 2 weeks. They came and repaired it and it happened again. We called and they informed us they would repair it one more time but then it would cost $200.00 every time. The paint is super thin and appears cheap but the table was very expensive. Warren Barnett has yet to rectify the problems but would take the sofa back if WE paid a 45% restocking fee and signed a "gag understanding between your family and my business" not to talk about it. The sofa was in excess of 5K. They insinuated that we caused the damage to the table and suggested putting a rug under it to prevent the chair legs from nicking the table or put felt on the legs of the chairs. Seriously? Extremely disappointed in the quality of these products and Warren Barnett service. Would never recommend.

First timer and I was shocked how such a little store has so much to offer and it took me so long to get through it. My first excursion I came home with a bunch of specialty picture frames, a key hook and a candle set but took lots of pictures for my "wish list" of things to buy. Staff is very friendly and the whole experience is very relaxing. No one bothers you while you look and they are they when you need to them answer questions. My kinda place. It is unbelievably rude unconscionable to treat a potential customer so that you're too busy to help them. The couch fit me perfectly but now sadly, I'm gonna have to go elsewhere and not get what I want because Bob's chose to a customer service operation that doesn't give a crap about their customers.
