They had a decent selection. They are certainly at a higher price point than the Ashley, and Steinhafels furniture stores. The quality looks decent, but until I take delivery in Kate February I won't know for sure. read more

Buyer beware! We bought 3 barstools $2100 plus tax Then a $300 delivery fee... The color did not go with our house...my fiancé called and they did not call him back they called and told me it would be $300 pick up fee ( I offered to drop them off and was told no) and a 10% restocking fee... that was the price of one stool... The manage rwas very rude! We were not told any of this at check out. He said "it's on the paper work" WOW? I so it will cost us $ 810 to return bar stools that cost $700 a stool. So terrible. Arhaus sells pieces of mediocre quality at premium pricing and refused to acknowledge customer complaints. We recently purchased a Leandro media cabinet that was advertised as "Craftsman-built from solid reclaimed spalted oak wood." The website description was later updated to "Craftsman-built from solid reclaimed spalted oak wood, and oak veneers", apparently in response to my complaint. The reality is that the piece, along with other Arhaus furniture, are cheaply veneered engineered materials, not craftsman built wood. The veneers are not well applied, and the lack of quality is apparently. I also had to repair the veneer on a coffee table that we purchased where the veneer extended above the surface and quickly caught/was pulled off. Shame on me for not learning our lesson with that piece. I talked to CSR on 4/28 and sent pictures of the poor quality piece to the requested email (arhauscustomercare4@arhaus.com). After not getting a response, I sent a follow up on 5/2 that again received no response. As of this review, still no response, other than they apparently updated the website description to avoid the obvious false marketing. At this point, I'm very disappointed to learn that Arhaus has both major quality issues and major customer service issues. If you have the money to buy these pieces, I highly recommend instead looking at an actual craft furniture manufacturer where you will get a much higher quality product at similar prices. read more

We made the mistake of spending nearly 17k on furniture for our new home from Arhaus in Brookfield. You'd expect a company that is charging exorbitant prices for furniture to be able to provide an exceptional customer experience. They don't invest in their processes, and it's clear they don't outsource logistics and warranty services to the right companies (probably the cheapest). Go read reviews on Fidelitone (logistics company used for deliveries) and Uniters Protection Plan (fraudulent warranty 5-year protection plan). Jeff (store manager) wouldn't return my call, then told me that I worded the warranty claim wrong, and that's why my claim was denied. It's not when you notice the damage, it's when it actually happened. My wording is why the claim was denied. It's a complete joke. Shame on Arhaus for partnering with a warranty company that denies everyone (read the reviews, everyone has the same experience that we had). The entire customer experience has been terrible, and the quality of the furniture is sub-par. At the end of the day, they don't back their products, and they leave their customers out to dry. read more

Pedro at Arhaus is simply amazing!! Not only did he really take a lot of time helping us furnish our new apartment, but he made us feel like family through the whole process. My husband is getting ready to go overseas, and he wanted to get our apartment as finished as possible before he leaves. Pedro heard our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He helped us arrange for quick delivery of our new sofa, which is so incredibly comfortable and well-made! We seriously can't say enough about him.. he is AWESOME!! We will be working with Pedro at Arhaus for all of our home decorating needs! read more

The employees were very rude. Went in to look for couches for living room and took pictures of the staged items for my mother, who was not there but wanted pictures and got yelled at for taking pictures when seeing then an older woman taking pictures of a shelf right next to an employee, but not getting talked to. We're not disturbing anyone, but got asked to leave the store because we weren't "shopping" when really we were. We had problems in the past ordering things from here, but never in person. They lost a customer and not going there again. They need nicer employees that don't look at their customers like rodents just because they are not wearing Prada sunglasses and a Louis Vuitton bag. I went to a conference in WI and decided to visit the store, and I had the pleasure of meeting Shakira Berg, I explained that I lived in GA, and I was impressed by how professional she was. I described my house and areas where I was planning to upgrade my furnitures and she took her time, and treated me in a super professional way. I'm back to home and I decided to hire her as my Design Consultant without think twice. I'm in love of the Brentwood sectional collection, the Kensington Dinning table and the Everest chair. I stopped in Arhaus for the first time about a month ago, during a search for some furniture and accessories for an urban loft living space. I must have been in a dozen stores, from chains (and of course Ikea) to third ward boutiques. I couldn't find anything that fit the industrial and slightly arts and crafts aesthetic I was trying for. Stepping into Arhaus, I finally found a modern, eclectic, but centered collection that I could work with. Their curators/buyers have a great eye, personally I think they're a step ahead of RH. Cary and Pedro in the Brookfield store spent almost an hour helping us pick a bunch of throw pillows (of all things) and the process was fun! Cary helped me pick a chair, rug, and some pendant lamps in a previous trip, and I couldn't be happier with how they all look in my home. Each piece just exudes quality, and I get compliments all the time. We'll definitely be back. read more

The Arhaus in Brookfield is a joke. I've never had such a bad experience that I've felt compelled to give a bad review, but Arhaus has earned it. We ordered furniture to be delivered. We called in April, and were told it had never left Cleveland. The salesperson at the store said she would have it shipped up and then contact us to schedule delivery. Ok great. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks we called. Nope, never brought up from Cleveland. Ok fine. Furniture will be up here near the end of May and then we can schedule delivery for beginning of June. Again, no phone call near the end of May to schedule delivery. I reach out online to customer service-she tells me that it's been shipped from Cleveland and to follow up with the store to track the order. We call the store and are told it hasn't left Cleveland yet. Seriously?! Who knows what's going on. But, 20 min after that phone call we get an email saying our furniture will be delivered the next day. It didn't leave Cleveland, but can be here tomorrow? Ok. Get a call 2 hours before delivery time that the truck broke down and they can't do the delivery for 3 weeks. Arhaus lies to customers. They are unorganized and don't know what is going on. It's a terrible company and I highly recommend you shop elsewhere. read more

This is a great store for design inspiration. Although their prices can be on the high side, I feel the uniqueness and ability to customize their products makes up for it. I have to admit, I feel this store does not feel as luxurious or special as the Illinois stores do. Whenever I used to go shopping there it would take my breath away just looking at the displays. I feel like they have "dumbed" down the Wisconsin one a bit to the point of being too stark and open. I get there are farms and it is more rustic here, but Arhaus must think about who will actually shop at their stores. As a long time customer I say, bring on the bling and sophistication! I did find the staff helpful and really liked the outdoor display. I hope they will continue to add more items and give this Arhaus the wow factor we all expect. read more

i recently moved and decided my furniture was dated so went to Arhaus in Brookfield for new dining room and living room furniture. I am so thrilled with my new furniture! The time they spent with me selecting styles that fit my taste and room sizes was invaluable. i worked with Boris and he was so talented and had such creative ideas. The furniture is all well constructed, the fabrics are beautiful. They did a design layout of my rooms first and arranged things perfectly. Bought a wood and leather bench back in August of 2017. The one they delivered had a crack in it that we discovered and were promised a replacement by the sales associate. Weeks went by and no follow-up communication. Went to the store to speak to an associate and ours was not there. They promised she'd get back to us and once again never heard back. Called again and spoke to someone that said they'd follow-up and apologized for the confusion. Once again didn't hear back from anyone. Have emailed a couple times too (October and January) and received promises that they would schedule a replacement. Still waiting and keep calling to ask when it's going to happen. This place has worthless customer service and I'd never recommend shopping here to anyone. read more

Arhaus in general is a great store for inspiration. The store in Chicago is wonderful. They have easy parking, two floors of furniture and accessories on display, a floor plan that invites exploration. The staff at the Naples, Florida store is helpful and once again, there is an ease of wandering around checking out dishes and cabinets, dining sets and bedroom furniture. Now, Brookfield, Wisconsin. Not so much. The layout is generous but the inventory and displays are less than. It might be appeal to a different market, but we have lived in all three areas and this one did not do "it." We did find a sectional that we thought we'd like. The DELIVERY! A nightmare. It came, wrong piece, called, no, that was the right piece, and back again. Several hours of waiting around. THEN: a drafting table. Ordered it. Available. Nope, needed to come from Ohio. Delivery scheduled. Waited around. A phone call. "Hey, we're here at------. Wanted to check the delivery address." Whoops. The wrong one. Cannot deliver it to another address tonight (now 8PM Friday) "Ya better call and straighten this out"...delivery to us) Called the store. No reply. Evaluation: This store needs to figure things out. Customer service. Delivery. Call backs. Responsiveness. Store layout. Sorry, Arhaus. Bye Bye. read more

If I could give Arhaus Furniture in Brookfield zero stars, I would. This was a bad, bad experience from the get-go. The day we purchased a sectional and two throw pillows, we realized we were overcharged $619 as soon as we got home. Our salesman, Boris, acknowledged the overage that day and promised to refund my credit card. He did not. After a few phone calls (none of which were returned) I finally reached him and was told I could not be refunded until after the furniture was delivered. Huh? Anyways, two of the three pieces were finally delivered and one pillow. A couple days later the third and final piece was delivered but not the second pillow. The missing sectional piece was the fault of the delivery crew who is outsourced; the missing pillow was the fault of Arhaus who never shipped it. Almost one week after delivery, still no refund and yet another phone call not returned. So on Saturday I stopped in to pick up the second pillow and Boris acknowledged the refund would be made that day and he would email me the refund receipt so I didn't have to wait until he finished with his other customer. He had all my credit card info. written down including the 3-digit code and expiration date. Not too thrilled about that. Saturday came and went and no email from Arhaus and no refund on my credit card. I called on Monday and Boris wasn't in so Jill, the manager, agreed to refund me the $619. I asked for an emailed receipt but it never came. Two days later, nothing. On Wednesday I called Jill back to confirm if she did in fact issue the refund. She said she did and would email me the receipt but she could not get into the system and would call me back to confirm when she got back in. I told her how I never get callbacks but she said she would. When I tell her how upsetting this is becoming, she is completely indifferent; crickets. She couldn't care less and not ONCE during this entire ordeal did I receive an apology from Boris or Jill. Six hours later still no call back from Jill. Now my other half drives to the sore (and he won't be so nice) and Jill confirms the refund was posted on Monday. Days later still nothing. I only got relief after I contacted Corporate, who were very nice and who followed up on phone calls. Believe it or not, this is a shortened review. There were many other phone calls unreturned over this one month period. STILL not sure where that piece of paper is with all my credit card information. Jill can't find it but thinks Boris shredded it. I have zero faith in this store. read more

My husband and I purchased a sofa and chaise from this location and had numerous issues with both. We were eventually offered a reselection from corporate and chose case goods as we no longer trusted the quality of upholstered items from Arhaus. Our experience has made it very clear that customer service across the company is non-existent. From the beginning, our sales person as well as her manager didn't return a single phone call, as promised. Concierge is no different. All promised follow up calls more times than I can count and not a single time over the last 2+ years has anyone done so. The sales person never called with information on drapery we wanted to purchase and lost additional sales, the store managers didn't call when the sales person was supposedly always with a customer to address pricing issues and delays and concierge never called once regarding pending warranty claims, to advise of delays or to schedule delivery. Despite offering some beautiful, unique furniture, the complete lack of customer service and what seems to be care in general, has swayed me to shop elsewhere. read more

If we could give them 0 stars we would. We began shopping in Oct 2017 and still have unresolved issues in regard to the items that we purchased. This has been the worst shopping experience of our lives. We read the other reviews and experienced the same and then some. Obviously we will never shop there or recommend this store to anyone. The lack of communication continues. We are still waiting for a response on a question that we had over 10 days ago. The delivery date mix-ups, the damaged goods received, damage to our home from the delivery people, the incorrect invoices and just general incompetence. They are very good at passing the buck. As we have had no response to our questions from the local store we will now have to contact the corporate office. The number of calls and people at the store we spoke with became so confusing we had to keep notes on dates and who we spoke with. The amount of time, energy and trips to the store that has been wasted on our part on what is THEIR job is mind-boggling. Save yourself a lot of time, aggravation and money. read more
