Isn't it the foundation of customer service regardless of our appearances? Scrolling through the reviews and this seems to be the "trend" of not acknowledging customers for years! Instead of responding a generic message, please take the time to re-train your employees. It does not take a lot to say "hi, how can I help you?"

She redesigned the entire bathroom and it actually works out better for us. We needed a handicapped accessible bathroom and she was very conscious of making sure we were comfortable with every decision and action from beginning to end. Then we met with Eric, Brittany and Staci to go over everything from beginning to end. They all walked us through everything and how we could track daily updates. Through the process, they communicated constantly to make sure things were going good. Martin was also incredible every time he was here. He was also very conscious to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. We couldn't have asked for 4 better people to work with.
