when i went into the target today, my mother, 4 year old sister and i were assaulted by 3 boys (they had thrown glue at us. i learned that not only did they do this 2 times THAT day to other customers (with glitter), but they do this so frequently that the employees there know them, have escorted them out AND called the cops on them, but continue to let them in the store because the 3 boys "just dont care". there were SO many employees there, but each and every one of them stood like statues when all of this happened. dont go to this store if you want this to happen to you as well. the employees there wont help you if this were to happen to you. they wouldnt even call the police for us. the only thing that i will say is that the only employee that i felt sympathized with us, was josh and another woman (sorry i cant remember her name). read more

This review focuses on the Target "Drive Up" option. Since COVID began I decided to try the various curbside, delivery, and drive up options to limit exposure to those outside of my household. I have seen how the Target app and drive up feature has changed over these last 9 months. Overall - it's very easy to place an order via the app, your order is ready within 6 hours - usually in half that time, and then you just drive up, show your code on your phone through the window, pop the trunk, and the associate places your order in your trunk and you are done. It's a pretty simple process - here are some of my experiences: This location will often forget some of your items or give you someone else's order by accident. The one time I received the wrong order I caught the mistake before I left because this was when they would hand you your order through the window. Now I just pop the trunk so it's a surprise when I get home. When you don't receive an item you can go on the app and click on a problem with the order and then you have options such as: cancel/refund the item, ship to me, or find at another location. Usually I have them ship it to me, but perishable items cannot be shipped, along with most liquid drinks, and sometimes the item is out of stock. At this point your only option is to go to another store or just refund the item. *I have tried calling the store when an item is incorrect, expired, or damaged and have never been able to get through to an actual person. I have used the chat option on the Target website. **Change - The app now requires you to wait 24 hours before notating an issue with the order. Negative change - You can no longer add an additional person to your drive up order. This means I can no longer add my husband to the order, so he can pick it up on the way home, instead I have to bring the baby with me to go during the day or we tag out and I try to go before the 9P COVID curfew. I wish they would allow us continue to add a second person and then to show an ID. It can take some time to pick up your order. You may wait a bit for an associate to come out, usually the associate will ask you to click out of the app (where you said I am here) and say you are coming later, then click I'm here again so it refreshes the system and shows your new pick up code. *When you click I am here you kind of just sit and wait, it would be nice it the app responded by saying thank you, we are collecting your order and will be out momentarily or a countdown, because sometimes you wait so long you wonder if they know you are there. **One associate said don't click you are here after refreshing so we waited for quite a while and saw an associate waiting in the foyer and as soon as we re-clicked I'm here she came out to us - so make sure and click I'm here the first and second time if needed. Change: As the process has developed, Target has added the ability to pick up many perishable items. This option has been wonderful - you can get eggs, dairy, meat, and fruits and veggies. Some grocery delivery or pick up options have long wait times, mark up the cost, or high minimums. For those with young children this has been wonderful - as we have to buy items such as diary products constantly. Overall - the drive up option has it's challenges but it has been great for someone who is high risk and who has young children. I really wish I could have another family member pick up the order for me. I definitely will continue to use drive up. I like this location because there is a lot of general parking and easy access into the lot. For Christmas they had additional drive up spots marked and were very busy. The staff have all been very nice and wear their masks. I will be back again! read more

Not happy with my experience at this location today. I had several items to try on, went to the dressing rooms, was told I could not get one until 9:30 (it was 9am when I asked). There were three employees in the area folding clothes so this was not a situation where there was not enough help. I had to be at work at 10 so I had to leave everything and leave. Great experience and I never thought I would say that for a Kaiser! I was months late to get my flu shut and with COVID 19 being spread, I realized I should get it. I made an appointment online (they don't require much either to fill out online), and the next day had my appointment. Checked in a few minutes early, was the only one there, had my flu shot, and that was it. It was small, clean, and the 2 ladies working there for friendly and helpful. I definitely would make use of this facility again. Best kept secret. It's not a full service clinic, but they do enough for minor illnesses and preventative...ear infections, colds, UTIs, pink eye, general physicals, pap smears, flu shots, TB tests, etc. I 100% would make use of this clinic again. It's more personable in here, it's smaller and more informal so everyone is in and out, and it just feels less threatening than going to a full on hospital. read more

This is going to be a long story but it just speaks on the unprofessionalism of the staff within this target location. Yesterday, 4/26/2020, I ordered an oscillating fan and a 6" extension cord. Nothing much, nothing too major. It's getting hotter and I wanted to ensure I had something to help get the air moving. I received a message at 8pm from a woman named April who said she had my items and would be delivering them... 9:30 rolls around and I call her and she says, "oh I forgot, they were out so I gotta call and have them refund your money..." midnight rolls around and she says, "I'm waiting on HR".... so today at 11:06a I call target to speak with the team in guest services about rectifying this situation and the gentleman who answered the phone didn't give his name nor did he ask what the issue was?! He could clearly hear me and instead a woman who was near him said, "ugh we have things to do...just hang up.." Are you fucking serious? Well, lovely thing is...I enjoy writing reviews and most of the time, it's about praising a company but this target and their team are an embarrassment. Camie was so helpful, she was able to help with my feminine needs that I was embarrassed to ask about. She was able to make feel safe enough to talk about my situation and left me feeling empowered to continue the rest of the day. I drove to this location because the app said that you had x toys on hand but the shelves are empty. I then approach an employee and inquire on this toy. She knows exactly what I'm talking about and says she will bring it out from the stockroom. When she comes back she has a different version of what I'm looking for and says she can bring the right one out but I can't buy both of them. This is where everything just went downhill. Since when am I not allowed to buy a toy? Or toys? I didn't see anything on the shelf. I didn't see a limit quantity notice. And how are all of these toys in the back, aren't we trying to sell them? I wasn't understanding how they were refusing to let me buy two toys. They were not identical. Just made by the same brand. They way that this employee handled this situation and represented herself as a store manager makes me question her professionalism and her desire to follow your purpose. She wasn't here to help me. She was here to drill me on some unknown rule that I can't buy a toy or in this case toys. She made me feel like I was trying to steal something trying to take the toy out of my hands. All I wanted was to buy a toy for the holidays. And I felt like I was attempting to rob the shelves. Like I was asking for discounts and coupons. My shopping experience did not leave me at ease. In fact I feel so overwhelmed that I had to come to back and forth verbal struggle to buy a toy. She then continues to tell me that her employees have faced hard times with covid? I'm not sure how me wanting to buy a toy relates. But so have I and so has my family and I just wanted to buy gifts for my family to brighten up the spirits during these times and it was the worse feeling ever. If you have rules and quantity limitations. Make a note. Put up a notice. Don't tell me you have this toy and I can buy it and then say I have to make a decision of taking only 1. Since when do we limit toys. No one else around me was asking for this toy. I wasn't taking all of the stock in the back. This store needs to review your purpose and remember that during these times customers matter too. Customers bring in revenue and we choose to shop here over other stores. Went to the self-check our aisle where I bought a few things. I was having trouble with one item when the sales clerk, Elena, looks over and just calls out "Just hold onto the button." I did it and thank you and she said, "You don't have to keep pushing the button, just hold on to it, it's not that hard." The employees take their job very seriously it seems like they are going to be working there the rest of their lives that's why the job matters so much. I came here the other night and an Employee named Armin helped me out. It seemed like he never knows what he's doing. He looks like a deer in the headlights. There's also a manager named Serene she usually works at night. She's a tall girl with glasses. She's very awkward so it's hard not to notice her. On many different occasions she never knew what to do in a situation. I tried to complain about her but she refused to give me her managers name. My Elderly Mother needed an immune supplement, especially because of the current pandemic. We needed her to start on them immediately and Emily was gracious enough to process the order promptly, and ensure that my Elderly Mother received the items that I ordered using the Target App Drive Up specifications - Emily made sure the items got into my Mom's hands when one of the employees did not courteously respond to my Mother when my Mother was trying to explain in her limited English that it was her 1st time using the Drive Up Option and that her family had ordered the immune supplements for her. Thank you Emily for helping ensure my Mom's health and her well being - this was a true example of showing service and care for the most Vulnerable in our communities, the Elderly. I just moved into the Northridge area and my expectations were high for this Target. I started shopping here close to the Holiday's when Target hires seasonal employees and it's probably the best time to shop. A lot of the younger cashiers are extremely nice and go above and beyond. Now shopping any other time I suggest always checking your RECEIPT at this location since they tend to over charge and not give you the AD deals. Not too long ago I met the worse of the worse a very distracted cashier by the name of ARMINE, told him to please charge me for the heavier stuff in my shopping cart and he did. Taking his sweet time and kept looking towards the elevator ??? as if he was waiting for someone.... at the end he asked me are you going to pay for the stuff in your shopping cart ?? I got very upset and told him you already charged me check! and yes he proceeded to check on his end. He never apologized and continued checking out. I've been doing drive up pick up because I'm disabled and it's saves my day. But they are always missing an item that they are charging me for. Then the person will say to come back at 4 or such and such time to pick up your item that you are missing and is paid and it also says that says you've already have picked up. This is the 3rd time here! What in the scam is going on here with the management??? And when I call them regarding what had happened they hang up on me or put me on hold until I hang up (I've waited 30-45 minutes for a few times). When I call corporate, they give me a refund right away and understand my concerns. Unfortunately no one cares here! The employees and managers okay with doing this is unacceptable! Management has done nothing to get rid of the flock of boys soliciting candy. It has gotten to the point of verbal altercation if you don't buy their candy. The candy doesn't even go to their school like they say that it does. It's money straight to their pockets. One of the kids even started taking off his hoodie to start a brawl with a customer who told them to stop asking people for money. I am getting really annoyed now when I come here. There is not a day when I go to Target and only walk out with one item. Target is my favorite store ever. I love this location in particular. I always find what I am looking for and more! I love that they maintain the store clean and organized. The employees have always been helpful and attentive. I also love scoring sweet deals on stuff I don't really need. Like dog clothes, make up, work out clothes etc,.They also have a Starbucks at this location which just adds on to the lists of why I love Target!! My favorite sections of the store are beauty, produce, music and clothing. Sometime i even find myself getting lost in home appliances section. read more

My favorite Target. I've spent plenty of money here last year. Can't go to target without leaving with a bunch of stuff you didn't plan on buying. Make sure you use your Cartwheel app and Target mobile coupons along with your regular Sunday paper coupons to save the most money. I love Cartwheel! Also, some sale/clearance items aren't marked correctly so make sure you scan everything to get the right price. read more
