I was in desperate need of a specialty soda and called this location late last night at 945 and was so lucky to speak with Feras (sorry, I think this was your name, I was driving when you spelled it for me on the phone). Feras went above and beyond and looked in multiple places for me and even looked at several different targets. Your store was the 8th store I called and no one showed as much initiative or care as Feras! I was so thankful for his kindness and willingness to look into this for me! I hope this doesn't come off presumptuous but in my opinion this was probably the worst target I've ever been in (at least to south county standards) first off it's disorganized in the front they have a Pizza Hut and the Starbucks and the seats were all atrocious. It's funny when you order something it's all premade now and you just pick it up you get your own Slurpee it's like you do everything there is no service lol Anyways, the store it's self is laid out very odd. I couldn't find two simple items quickly and easily and had to walk around the whole store and one of the store employees pointed me in the wrong direction. it's not getting one star because checking out the cashier was very nice and they did a good job keeping the lines low. I was hassled by the staff member in the electronic section yesterday. She claimed to be a high ranking Target employee. I was there because I had purchased a Fire HD 10 about 9 days prior, and I had noticed that the price was reduced to approximately half of my purchase price. Knowing the Target policy (of being reimbursed the difference if receipt is brought in within 14 days), I brought that to staff member's attention. I was polite and showed my receipt. The price apparently had been reduced for just a few days? and was back to original price. I was then challenged by the rude staff member "do u have proof of the lower price??" I said that Target should have record of these special deals. Anyway, geez! It's like she was assuming I was trying to rip them off. She finally ended up apologizing, and I was reimbursed the difference. It was so upsetting that I won't be going back to that store. read more

I went in a couple of nights ago looking for summer items like pool floats and a mini pool. An employee by the name of Yuri approached me to ask if there anything else in particular I was looking for. I had told him I just was Browsing at the moment. He asked if I had the Target Circle app, I said no and he suggested I downloaded to get the best store offers and weekly Ads, So I did. I had a couple things happen with a few of my items I purchased. One of them had a price issue, and the other didn't have a tag to scan. I was helped by Yuri as my cashier and I was so appreciative of how friendly, thorough and charismatic he was. I USED TO visit this location often, however the team lead or LOD that runs the self checkout (long grey hair), recently disrespected and embarrassed my girlfriend and I. We came in with our service dog for the first time and set him down briefly in the child's seat of the cart as we were walking in. I understand it is target policy to not allow pets in the carts for sanitation purposes, however this individual took it upon their self to chase us down half way across the store and stand in front of our cart and stop it with their hands as I was walking full speed. They then disrespected us in front of multiple other patrons and embarrassed us immensely. I have not returned to this locations since the incident for this reason. As a former Team Member and team lead, I know target policy never directs any employee to engage directly with customers in anything close to this manner. This lead needs to be reminded that their $18/hr does not entitle them to touch guests nor their carts. read more

First off there was a rat running around in the parking lot that scared the crap out of me. I did not expect it at all and I didn't like the thought of it running up my leg as I watched it scurry underneath cars. That being said, inside this Target it's pretty clean. I just got an iTunes gift card here and my Mom bought some groceries. My Mom has this Target card too so we get like 5% off or something like that so we used that. Waited my turn in line, watched the first 5 people grab whatever they wanted up until my turn, the girl decided to tell me, sorry because of "low stock" we can only let the rest of you grab 3 items total, when clearly everyone saw the first people take a basket full of cards. I go to target Almost daily, some nights I run right before they close and today was one of those, I checked online and saw this one had easer eggs, I drove from Irvine to the north target location. I get there at 9:55, 5 minutes before closing, security is putting cars inside to block the door and doesn't even look at me, the other woman on the other side was also ignoring the guy who was waiting with me. I knock on the door so he finally looks up and show him the time, he says they close the doors 5 minutes before. As the door opens on the other side, the guy says he needs to use the restroom and she lets him in, I tell her I need one thing she says they're closed I tell her there's still 5 minutes. She says what do you need; I tell her it shows on your app you still have Easter eggs, with her bitchy voice she responds right away "no we're out of those thank you" closes the door. Ok change your hours, you do not close at 10pm that is full of shit, you close at 9:55. Now with reports of suspicion of human trafficking at this location I hope they loose business read more

2014 YELP 365 CHALLENGE - 163/365 This Target is pretty freakin' amazing. I'm surprised it barely gets 3-3.5 stars on Yelp. It's uphill which is kinda weird to me, but I think it's nice because I feel like less people know about it since it's rather hidden from the main streets. My boyfriend lives in Rancho Santa Margarita but he drives out to this Target because he hates the RSM one, haha. This is supposedly a much larger Target than most. I've only been here a few times so I haven't really noticed. I just notice that not many people go here in general! I went last night and the place was practically empty. They have a GINORMOUS parking lot, and probably only 1/5 of it was taken up by customers. Everything was really organized in the store and they seemed to have plenty of stock for everything I was there to buy for. The lines for the cash registers were also SUPER short and I didn't end up waiting at all! Overall, 5 star Target for me! I had no problems with it! :) read more

This location is a super store with a super market combined with a regular Target. The store is relatively new and has a wide open plan, making it easy to walk through and locate your purchases. Getting a Target Card will get you 5 percent off all purchases. The produce department is okay, I can find fresher at other markets. The bakery is decent (prices a little high for Target), but you can get some great deals on frozen foods, canned foods, and beverages to name a few. You will find a larger selection of the items you expect to find at Target. They also have a mini Pizza Hut with some other items and a Starbucks. You can do most of your shopping at this location. read more

This Target gets the 4th star just due to the size of the place. They have about everything there. Plus the parking lot is pretty big too. The store was clean and pretty well stocked, being so close to Christmas I figured it would be a little more chaotic. The only problem I had was there were quite a few people in line and there were only 2 registers open. First off you'd think being the week before Christmas they'd have more checkers working. Secondly, I'm not sure if they don't all know how to work registers, but it was a bit frustrating standing in line with only 2 registers open, looking around I noticed literally about 5 other Target employees just standing around up in front of the check stands. They had plenty of employees, yet only 2 lines open? That was my only pinch. Other than that, the store is definitely nice, big and well kept. read more

I've been coming to this target for years and I'm very upset. I saw a review that stated how helpful rob was for them and how he helped them so much with the teacher discount, which made me even more upset because I got a whole different side of rob. Maybe it was some form of discrimination coming from him, you never know these days. I was informed there was a teacher discount, I had to ask multiple different employees questions. No one but rob seemed to know how the discount worked. He told me what I needed to do and I did it but it didn't work. His solution was wait 2-24 hours, that's it. He didn't offer any other resources or options, and apparently you're supposed to get the code right away. I'm sure he knew that but insisted there was nothing else he could do. I still didn't get the code. Rob refused to give me the discount even though I could prove I was a teacher, but with other families he's being super helpful and making sure they got the code, why was I treated differently? Why was I dismissed so quickly? I went back today with my receipt and told them I STILL haven't received their code. They told me they couldn't manually give me 15% off even though workers have done that for me before countless times. I once had a worker completely change the price of my transaction during Christmas because a tiny tree was ringing up as $200 and that seemed incorrect. If target truly can't manually give 15% off for teachers, then the company is doing it wrong. They state they want to help teachers out for publicity, not because they actually want to help. What's the point of offering something that's supposed to help teachers but they can't use it? Teachers buy so many of their own supplies. On top of that, I had my 15 year old service dog wrapped in a blanket on the baby carrier. He wasn't even touching the cart. No employees said anything to me or have ever in the past when I've done this. Never had a problem. But today, rob told me he wasn't allowed to be in the cart. I seriously think this dude has an issue with me for some messed up reason. I'm very disappointed by the service I received. There was one blonde lady in customer service with a red flannel who was very nice and helpful. She was so sorry that her manager said she couldn't give me the discount. I've worked retail. I just called to see if we can shop at this store (our local Target that until the pandemic we shopped at weekly) to check if they are upholding the mask mandate in CA. NO, they are NOT requiring masks. Fine, you don't care about this house of 4 then we are done with all Target stores, in person and online. We are compromised, it takes little effort to protect us all, but you cow to the screaming uninformed, science denying political nut bars and slap us in the face. They may be loud and over the top angry, but that doesn't make them right. So, here's the rub, we can silently shun Target, quit shopping your stores altogether, and WE (those wearing masks) will have a greater impact. You chose to lose our business. read more

Whenever I need to go to Target, I always choose to come to this one! It's a really big Target and it's always so clean & organized. I've always had the best customer service from this location as well! I feel like they have a better selection of items compared to other Targets (probably due to its size) but I love how many items you have to look at when you come here. I was getting my prescription filled here for years. One day I go in to pick up a refill and instead of $15, it is $41. The pharmacist said the manufacturer raised the prices. I took my prescription to CalMed, and it was the usual $15. They said they were not aware of any such dramatic price increase for my medication. Target was just being greedy. Prior to the opening of this Target, I was (regrettably) on Team Wal-mart... this location changed everything! Not only is it INSANELY beautiful inside and out but the parking lot is huge and is so close to my house that I can't help but go there about 4 times a week for just about anything! They also just remodeled and added a grocery section so now it really is my one-stop shop for everything I ever thought I needed ever. Also, the food court has a Starbucks as well as popcorn, chicken, and other healthy options for eating while you shop. Oftentimes my girlfriends and I will simply make dates to go to target together and wander around, listlessly shopping and coming away with little impulse buys that make our hearts happy. Regardless of day of the week or time of day, I can always count on this Target to be clean, organized and brimming with helpful staff. read more

If you ever thought it impossible that there could be a fancy Target, you are mistaken, my friend. This Target was so clean, beautiful, and neat. The items are all in the right places, and the sale items are actually labeled properly. No longer do you have to quest for the right price because it is actually right there in front of you where you found the item. The clothes are neatly folded or properly placed on the hanger (no slipping here folks!), color coded, and the sizes are in the order from smallest to largest. It was wonderful! (Am I nerd for noticing all these things? Don't answer that.) Not to mention all the staff I met were super friendly and professional. It almost felt like I was in one of those commercials, like if Target was in Pleasantville. It also has a spacious parking lot, but for some reason they all seem to be so far from the store front. They also have a Starbucks and their own food there. Try the cookie that has everything in it. Mmmm. So tasty. But alas, there is one flaw. Some may not know this, but not all items are priced the same at all Targets. A tank top may cost $5 on sale at my local Target, but it would cost $10 in this one. Nay. This is not a Super-Target, but it almost is. I would call it a Demi-Super-Target. It has a small restaurant and a Starbucks. It also has a medium sized grocery section, pharmacy, etc, etc. If my house burned down, and I had to rebuild my life in one store, I would come here. read more

Parking is great at this Target and it's new and big. The shopping experience is good for the most part, but customer service is not as great. The folks at the Alicia location are much friendlier. Oh, and for pick up, even though there's a separate "pick up" sign, but according to the guy behind the counter, there's only one line for both refunds and pick up. What?! That's different than all the other Targets. In any case, customer service is just slower than average here. But still, the rest of this Target feels nice and we will continue coming here. read more

I came here on Black Friday 2018. I was purchasing games and puzzles because they had a sign that said "50%off games and puzzles". I asked a lady named Jen, who seemed like a manager, if the promo applied to all of my items, so she checked with the toy manager who explained that it was just a few of the games/puzzles. Jen then called Ryan, the store manager, to explain it to him and he decided to give me 20% off my entire purchase, which turned out to be an even better discount!
