Target Headquarters is located in this Mall in downtown Minneapolis Minnesota. I can't remember when I started shopping at Target. I really feel like this could be Five Stars. I took off one because they changed the rewards program and I'm not sure I'm getting as much out of the rewards. The other is the app steering me to upgrade for free shipping for same day delivery. I'm not in any rush! I finally learned how to select regular free delivery when I spend $35. So yesterday I saved $2.40 including a discount for a box of Sweet n Low and I also purchased Atkins getting a huge savings on a 10 pack of snack bars and very reasonable price on Peanut Butter Cookies. I'm still disappointed I can't buy the Atkins Chocolate Chip Cookies. Plus the Chocolate Mint Harney and Sons Tea was not available. It wasn't any time before I got emails about my order and quickly the items were shipped. I'll most likely update this review after I see the condition of the items when they arrive. I highly recommend you check prices and item availability using the Target app or website. Nine times out of ten I have found the lowest prices at Target. I also found the Up and Up Store Brand is very good. I've used many of the Target brand items. I also have a lot of clothes from Target. Definitely recommend Target and especially the App!!

Poorly stocked meat shelf - May 5

Shelves are never fully stocked. Sometimes the store lacks basic items (i.e. flour, ground pork, or yeast) that I'm looking for. They lock up many essential items, including detergent. I wanted to get a Tide detergent, so I pressed the help button and waited for 5 minutes for a store associate to help me open the case. No one came, so I left the store without purchasing detergent or any other items. Sometimes I just look at the shelves and laugh at how poorly stocked they are, wondering if I've been transported back to the pandemic times when people were buying items in bulk, leaving the shelves empty. The escalator in front of the Target has been closed for 3 months. It doesn't look like any parts of the escalator have been removed or changed out, so I'm not sure if they are even planning on fixing it. Most of the self-check out kiosks are closed half the time, even though there are only two cashiers available. Target HQ is right across the street, so they should be aware of the escalators being out of commission, the stocking problems, and the declining shopping experience in the store. Target is able to pay policemen to stand in front of Target in addition to security employees, so it doesn't make sense how they can't hire more retail employees to stock the shelves. Of course, the policemen just chat with each other and don't do anything about people who loiter in front of Target even though there is a sign saying not to loiter. I guess rules are meant to be broken here in Minneapolis, since no one (especially Target HQ) really cares about quality. The shopping experience here is depressing.

Ordered blanket with full price and they sent me used item. Yuck. As if covid is over

2022 is a bad year for the Target online customers. Inflation, shrinkflation and quality are big issues with Target. Big disappointment with their online shopping/shipping/return experiences, customer service. Slow shipping service, no protection in the box, inexperienced packaging. Items often came broken, dented. Whatever is inside oozed out. Avoid buying snacks together with can or (skincare)bottles. They will drop everything together without bubble wrap. Or they will use a giant bubble wrap around the items. Like that's going to prevent items squeeze each other. They will sent you cat food cans that are dented. They send many expired items or almost expired items when you paid for the full price. Especially pet food. They also request those items back to the store after you provides enough photo evidences. They want you to return the items in separated boxes. It means if you have 5 damaged/ expired items from 5 different orders, you need to find 5 different boxes to return those. It's very inconvenient to request expired or broken items back to their store or by post when you can just throw away in the trash bin. Inflation for the pantry items are crazy high. Some of the items are 4-10 usd more expensive than the price for the past 10 years. For some reason, Target still wants the customer to shop in their store. They attract more customers with their 5 or 10 dollars store credit when you shop in the store. But for people who shops online? There is no benefit for them even when they are Target members for years. They only give out 5/10 dollars coupon to the Same day delivery service which it's some sort of free shipping that they used to provides anyway. I don't know what for is the quick Fix an issue option for the online shoppers . After you file expired/damaged items and still needs to talk to the customer service. Why even bother ? Customer service request you to provide lots of damaged/expired items and kept telling you that you are helping them to be better. As a customer, you have to do lots more to get refund/replacement. You don't need me to help you get better, you just want customer to do extra work to give up on request for a refund/replacement. It's a bad business tactic again. Their 3rd party items can not be returned that easily. They didn't adjust the price too. Some 3rd party list the items more expensive than they list on their own website. Target has no control over it. The return service is inconvenient, price is steep, cookies are shrinking, so many expired , broken items. You pay so much and the quality is just not there. I'll slow down for my crazy love with Target.

Weight is same as item. How can box be empty? Target made a mistake...now lying!

Very sad and frustrating. I had bought an item from item that I returned new and unopoened. UPS confirmed that it was delivered, with exact weight. Target rep who opened the box forgot to scan. Since then I have been requesting them, but no response. Lori-the rep says box was empty with no contents. UPS says box weight was 15 lbs at delivery to Target. Cmon Target, have some mercy on customers. Order number (#9077866293846).

Went to Nicollet Mall target with my aunt today Nice store! 2 Levels I haven't been in since its been remodeled a few years ago I was in there about 5 or 6 years ago Love the new look! Love the huge grocery selection! Love the artwork on the wall as you walk in! Has a Wine And Spirits and a Starbucks inside! I normally shop at the Crystal Target or a Super Target in either Plymouth or Knollwood.

Ask the Community - Target

Is there a way to get free parking in the ramp?

No. You can get discounted parking if you spend $20 or more. If you're not in the store that long, your parking might end up being free. Otherwise, getting anything for free downtown is extremely rare.

It would also be a good place to buy an interesting wedding gift if you have very posh friends. Between high-end imported furniture to... well, still very high-end local goods (Blu Dot), there's lots of room to browse here. I must admit that Roam doesn't quite roam into my budget or personal style. When the friendly owner (I think) began to explain some of the designers they carry, I wanted to stop her and say, "All my furniture is from craigslist, m'lady." Still, I can appreciate what they are doing here. In my brain, it roams more into the category of frivolity-that-might-actually-be-kind-of-awesome.

I came in specifically to look at Joybird sofas as they are an authorized retailer and have sofas on the sales floor. Its scary to make an online purchase (and such a large, custom purchase) without touching and feeling an item, so I was thrilled to learn this store was so close to home and had what I was looking to purchase. I had a great time working with Kristin. After countless emails and a couple visits to the store I ordered my sofa, and also ended up with a chair and lamp. Kristin was great to offer her designer opinion while listening to mine and helping me make the big decision based on my existing home design. They offer financing (OAC) and 'white glove' delivery (they take all the packaging stuff with them when they leave, set the item in the room of your choosing) just like Joybird, but they will for other items you purchase there, too. The kicker is the 2 week in home trial period. Keep it for two weeks and if you decide you hate it they will take it back to the store and offer you store credit to replace the item. This really eased my worry about spending 2K on a sofa I may not like as much in person. I can't wait until it arrives! They also have home decor items here, like pillows and lamps. Its a super fun place to just look around and get inspiration, or fall in love with a custom fox lamp which would totally look amazing on your nightstand. Or maybe that fun mounted anatomical model of a heart on your desk. Or maybe that chair with acrylic arms. You get the idea... Inventory is changing constantly, so visit often. See you there!

I wasn't sure if I could afford it so I had her price out a chair for me it was $1100 but they had a 20% off sale so it would be $880. I'm new to furniture shopshopping so I went to another store later (La-Z-Boy) and it was comparable to that. I walked in at 20 minutes to closing on a Sunday night, but Billie didn't seem rushed at all. I was the one saying "let's just wrap this up. Can you give me something to look at online?" And she gave me two websites she thought I would like based on our conversations and looking at what they have to offer. I will see where our furniture shopping journey takes me but I plan to be back!
