A fantastic alternative to the blue and gold competitor. with better products too. I have to say, the parking lot isn't very friendly in the way it's laid out. Under some fresh snow, this could be hard to figure out where the exit route is. In the summer, it's no big deal. The inside of this store is clean and well organized. Nice. read more

Friendly, helpful employees - yes! Clean, organized store - yes! Quick, efficient order pick up process - yes! My only wish is that they had more groceries (they have most, but not all). I mean Target is Target, everyone loves it. However, every time we go to this one we always have a great experience. When someone goes above and beyond for customer service, and then on top of that, the entire team is doing it, something right is going on. One time we went in I lost my phone and the employees all made it priority to help me find it. I am always greeted and told goodbye with a smile, everyone seems like hey enjoy their jobs and are happy, and it really sets a great vibe. Stores that can function like that, especially now a days, deserve to be called out. The store is always very clean too. My kid always looks forward to our target runs but we all like to try and to this one specifically. Keep up that good management. read more

Came here for a refresh on my home office and living room area. Love that they had the majority of things I wanted in stock. Their value section had a lot of items and had the perfect center piece I needed for my coffee table! Sad they didn't have a couple of things, but the majority was there. This is about the Starbucks housed in Target. Outside of the pathetic lack volume and severally over priced goods. The most outrageous and disgusting is the filthy, syrup coated tables and the truck load of dead bugs and food under and around the soda machine. No possible way it has been cleaned (serviced) in a very long time. Feel sorry employees that their managers and supervisors lack the direction for training and motivating good people. Target as a partner or landlord is equally responsible for allowing this kind of operation to exsist under their watch, as it DOES reflect on them too! read more

It feels like I've been decorating my new old house for ages. In reality? It's only been a few months. I've purchased all the big items-- Bed? Check. Dressers? Check. Sofa, club chairs, and dining table? Check, check, check! And, now I'm down to the little things. A shower curtain, lampshades, decorative pillows, window treatments, and throws. I was on the hunt for a couple of those items (shower curtain, window treatments, and lampshades). That hunt brought be to a different spot in Menomonee Falls where I was able to find window treatments but struck out on the hunt for shower curtain and lampshades. Consulting Yelp, I found that there was a Target nearby. Target is a great spot to find those small, stylish flourishes at amazing prices to complete a room. With my fingers crossed, I entered this Target. The first thing I'll say is I've been to a Target or ten in my life and this particular Target was clean, orderly, and well designed. I immediately made my way to their home department where I found two lampshades that were a perfect fit in both style and color for my new bedroom. I was unable to find a shower curtain, but it's for a stall shower and so is a funky size. They do have plenty of shower curtains of the usual bathtub length size to choose from. Beyond that, the service was efficient and they offer self check out as well (which is always nice if you're trying to grab something quickly and go). All in all, a solid Target experience. I am always amazed at how good it feels to walk in this store. It's bright and clean. Everything is where it is supposed to be. The staff are welcoming and always smiling. It's just a great feeling. The drive-up service at this store is INCREDIBLE!!! I placed an order and it was ready well before the 2 hour window. I let them know I was coming and they were in the parking lot with my stuff when I got there!!! I have never seen such incredible service at a Target before! I like Target stores. And this one was pretty friendly and although it was out of stock on some of the Target exclusives we were interested in in the board game area it was a good place to visit. The restrooms were clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and complimentary and the merchandise included some good variety. I didn't find the perfect beverage for my road trip, nor did I find some awesome clothing on this visit but the store seemed clean and well maintained. read more

I just love Target in general. This Target in Menomonee Falls is great. I have found what I have been looking for. A little bit far from where I live, but worth the drive. I have been looking around for a specific purse for myself. I have searched through multiple Targets. This Target had my purse I was looking for! Within that day I bought my purse, I also bought coffee for myself, too. This Target is mainly the best one I have been to so far. The area is clean, organized, and always refreshing. I just feel like the suburban versions of big boxes are always "nicer... " (And now, "Rockin' the Suburbs" by Ben Folds is in my brain. Ha.) It's a Target. I mean, really. What else can be said? Well, for one, it's clean and well-organized. Ample parking? Of course. Well-stocked with all sorts of stuff and things and items? Yes, absolutely. And it's one of those "super" Targets... grocery and all that, to boot. I mean, it's kind of like I could sing that Biz Markie song to any Target. You do have what I need/want, generally. That said, being out of my element always changes things, that's for certain. But still... despite me not loving being in the good ol' Falls, this Target is pretty dang great. read more

I am commenting on an experience at the Target Cafe. At 12:45 I was told it would take 30 min for a hot dog. Instead I asked for the bread sticks, not available. Ordered a grilled cheese which, I was told, would take 7 min. The girl brought it to my table and said, "I should not serve this to you. They never turn out." and proceeded to throw it into a trash can. She gave me a $5 gift card as a refund. This is ridiculous. Why have a cafe?? read more

I had a very traumatizing experience at my local target I was waiting out side and I wanted to go back in because it's cold outside and I was not about to get frost bite today NO MA'AM so on my way in I was brutally yelled at by the target employee screaming "THATS OUT" target I love you and all but now I can't give you five stars read more

The complete remodel of this store is fantastic. The layout is is almost boutique like in the ladies and accessories department in that it just flows from one distinct line of offerings to the next. This location also has a very well stocked grocery selection which is a great option for basics as well as (surprisingly) vegetarian frozen items! You would be hard pressed not to find what you are looking for in this well appointed store. Clean, bright, friendly staff, overall a very pleasant shopping experience! read more

I finally returned after that debit card snapfu, and now i'm asking myself why. My daughter saved up her pennies and wanted to buy a cake pop maker. Lucky for us there was one left at this Target! Yay we thought! Boy were we wrong. I drive all the home and rip open the package. To our utter disgust the pop cake maker was very much used. How did we know, because there was still cake and oil and sludge everywhere!!! So know you know, target takes used returns, doesn't check them and puts them right back on the shelf! YUCK YUCK YUCK! I promptly returned it and the customer service gal didn't have a darn thing to say, not sorry, not wow we messed up. Just 21.99 back on your card. I wonder about other items that may have been used that I didn't know about. gross! What ever happened to checking products before returning them to the shelves? I wish I could select no stars, after today's experience. I purchased several items at this store on 5-30-19. I returned on 6-3-19 to the same store, and attempted to return 2 of the 7 items I purchased. I was never greeted or even acknowledged by the CS person, because she was too busy having a personal conversation with another employee. She returned one item, and said the second item was not on my receipt or even in their inventory. She talked to 3 people, and after 15 min. Of waiting around and each other and making their own conclusions, a second woman stated I never purchased the pants there. I asked how she came to that conclusion, and she stated she had checked the cameras. I question her seeing the pants on camera, and she stated she never did. That the cashier careful placed all items in my bag, including an item I never purchased, but rather price checked. The so called manager walked off, and left me talking after attempting to resolve this issue and understand how she would not see the items I purchased so clearly, except for the item I wanted to return. I did not take the item without paying for it, and I never shop at any other target store. I will no longer do business with you, after experiencing a handful of worthless employees who degraded me and disrespected me by sarcastically wishing me a good day and laughing at me on my way out the door. read more

Store has been in decline for awhile - service and checkout staff have low morale.

I went to target today and the entire front section of the store smelled like cat pee or something. Time to rip out those carpets in the front! It smelled so bad the smell was lingering with the products I grabbed. Ugh. read more

The woman at the customer service desk was rude and gave the feeling like it was a huge burden when I asked if I could hold an item until the next day since there were issues with the pickup order I couldn't resolve at the time. Tried to ask a question but she cut me off to repeat herself before she knew what I was actually asking. Eventually gave up trying to talk to her and left. Came back the next day and worked with another customer service rep that was nicer (but incompetent..) and the lady from the day before was there and made the same repeated comments (she wasn't even helping either of us, just walking by). Very unhelpful. Went through a lot of hoops to just pick up an order.. I've had better experiences with Walmart in the ghetto. read more
