02-09-2026 I chose to do a little shopping here and look around. This is a fantastic place to shop. I placed a small order for pick up. A bottle of pharmacy vitamins, a box of rice and two packs of chicken. Easy enough to test order pick-up. After that, I went inside and did my walking around. I even asked the door attendant about sandwiches. He not only told me where they were, he walked me over there. At the checkout, I asked the cashier to give me my three dollars change in quarters (while watching body language for eye-rolls and pronounced disrespectful exhales). This chipper, professional and happy cashier was smiles the whole time. This speaks volumes for how an employer is treating the help, and down the line, how the help treats guests. The store is really clean and organized. This business would make a great example setter for competitors. Will I be a return customer? You better believe it! How come no one is talking about Meijer more?!?! I recently rediscovered how nice Meijer is! This location has always been clean with a great selection of products, from produce, meat and bakery to home goods and clothes! It'll be your one stop shop for everything. They have great deals on meat and produce often and have super cute housewares and clothes! Their baby/kid selection is fantastic! Especially for baby needs(meds, soap, random feeding items). I wish they had a registry! Make sure to download their app and save $$ when shopping by clipping electronic coupons and earning points each purchase to be redeemed for $ off your future purchases. I do not know what is going on with this store but it definately has taken a landslide... produce area smelled and fruits and vegetables were NOT looking like good quality. The store is not looking kept up. Some areas looked unkept and dirty. I really hope it gets straightened out and just a off time at store. read more

I like the variety Meijers offers & the prices are good BUT, for whatever the reason they refuse to put their weekly ads in local news papers except once a month if that. Attempts to view it online is so frustrating because of additional unrelated ads. I do look at online ads from other grocery stores finding everyone one other then Meijies easy to navigate. Every other grocer puts their ads in all of the papers including free papers. So, I will only shop stores where I can either look at the paper or easily navigate the weekly ads online so I can plan for my week. I refuse to have to go into a Meijies store just to see what they are offering for the week. Not offering your ads is not saving money! read more

Been to West bend store 5 times 2 of the times they did not have items shown in their flier for this store. By talking to staff didn't know about these items or didn't have them. I guess a different tilt on the bait and switch. read more

Basically a massive walmart, I come here whenever I get the chance to. Awesome store.

Bad customer service and their generic brand products (Meijer) are worst than Walmart's (Great Value).

Huge fan of this store since it's so close to where I live. It's always been clean when I shop there and the staff has always been friendly in the checkout line. Produce has been cheaper here than at other grocery stores nearby at least for me and I think there's better variety as well. Absolutely no complaints from me, I love shopping here! read more

Layout is incredibly stupid, non-intuitive, but making customers criss cross the entire store for necessities is planned (hoping for "impulse buys during the journey)-hygiene/bath opposite groceries in one corner, pet food in another, cleaning products and dairy in the furthest wall? Another reason I and MANY people choose to buy milk, bread, eggs at local gas stations or Walgreen's-only a few steps from the door to get what I want/need on my way home after 9hrs of work, not a speedy walkathon/workout (we're buying basic stuff at higher prices at gas stations and drugstores because of the convenience-NOT having to walk through an entire store after working all day, not interested in "browsing", just want that gallon of milk or dozen eggs= HINT HINT!!) Produce selection is good, AND far fresher than Pick n Save-or Piggly Wiggly which isn't difficult AT ALL (I won't buy any produce at either EVER again, someone needs to let them know that cucumbers don't like cold/water, make sure produce workers remove bags with rotting produce, slash prices on prepackaged salads BEFORE their expiration date, look at expired produce---actually includes EVERY department-including the dairy and meat!!), and, because of turnover, Walmart has cheaper, fresher produce (Sendik's is just TOO expensive and Woodman's, which was/IS the best is too far away for normal grocery shopping). Deli, well, the pizza by the slice is good for the price (doesn't compare at ALL to a slice from Sal's, but still better than Pizza Hut), but the rest of the deli--well, someone needs desperately to tell them that adding "pickle relish" to every item ISN'T at ALL a "win" and is pretty GROSS for MOST people with tastebuds. I'm German/Austrian with my grandparents immigrating here, bringing their recipes. German style potato salad has a LOT of *BACON* in it (which your salad lacks almost completely), SOME onions cooked with the bacon but definitely NOT pickle relish, not a SINGLE trace (it's SUPER gross!!) Also, Meijer's might want to get a jump on the competition by going "gluten free" for pasta salads, deli options, sandwiches. Just a suggestion. Update : pizza is pretty awesome, except that they put onions and green peppers on EVERY pizza except for the most bland (BUT NOT a good choice for people catching a slice during their lunch hour), no mushrooms, olives, etc. read more

Was going to transfer my prescription to take advantage of their $25 promotion. They were very rude and unacommodating. You would think to earn your business they would have better customer service. I guess it's hard to find good help these days, unfortunately. read more

If you want to use the pick up service my advice is don't! I placed my order at 7:30am to be picked up between 3-4pm. We got there and were texted that they were backed up and wouldn't be able to fill until 4-5pm. A little while later got another text saying the order would be filled between 5-6pm. I text back to cancel the order. Then I got a text saying the order was being filled right then. Finally got our order and got it home only to find I was charged for things I didn't get or order. Tried to call to resolve this and was on hold for an hour before I hung up. Tried again the next day and same thing. In hindsight I should have went through the order as we were handed the bags, but being disabled it would have been difficult. It was very disappointing, I only ordered 20 things, I was kind of like come on!!! How can you mess this up??!! I guess if you don't mind being charged for things you didn't order or get, with no way to resolve the problem, it's the service for you. I won't be using it again!! read more

Great store!! The layout of the store is nice and everything is easy to find. The most important thing I love about this store is the customer service is FANTASTIC! You don't see this type of customer service anymore. You should definitely visit one! read more
